We had a really nice tour here, the staff did a great job, they took their time and answered all our questions. We felt mom would do well here, there were a lot of amenities for the residents. We felt that mom was not in need of this type of assisted living just yet. I would definitely recommend a tour here.

My friend seems to be doing well since moving into Elmcroft. They do offer some daily activities, however he has not yet participated in any of them. He likes the food and the community is kept well taken care of. The staff seem to be helpful. I would recommend this community.

Staff there have been very helpful and pleasant and helpful.

The staff was very professional and friendly. They seem like the work for them is more than a job, it is taking care of the elderly, because they care and want the best for the elderly.

The move to this community has been beneficial for my father. The staff is very friendly and have kept him very safe. My father has shown improvement since his move here. The room he is in is comfortable and fits his needs. The complex is very well maintained and never dirty. I am happy with our decision to move him here.

We could not have selected a better facility for my wife's father. All of the staff are well trained and educated, the food is great, the activities are excellent which includes a themed family night at least once a month and trips to Walmart once a week depending upon the weather. Housing is excellent and well maintained with maintenance staff on site and on call 24 hours a day. Care is wonderful including housekeeping and laundry. Staff makes rounds 24 hours a day to ensure the safety and well being of the residents. Church service is conducted for those who wish to participate. Doctors are on call if needed and regular weekly visits are conducted by several different doctors. Transportation to and from doctors offices is supplied by the facility. Best choice we could have made.

I have lived in this area a long time. Elmcroft gives good impression on me. I enjoy all of the activities and restful time living here; with friends galore.

I think this is a very nice and caring facility. The only thing I would change is to have more supervised activities, and more "encouragement" to participate.

We toured here when we were looking. This was in our top two. We were a little iffy on the food, but other than that we really liked it. We thought this was going to be mom's choice. When we showed her the top two places, she chose the other one to our surprise, but we were pretty impressed with this place when we were touring as well.

All of my meals are well-portioned and on time. I have facilities for laundry. The staff is very mindful to provide activities that are varied to occupy us and include some personal things; such as reading time. Our medications are given to us in a timely manner by professional med-technicians.

It's very nice. So far we have had no major complaints. It's clean and the staff is friendly. Nobody is perfect, but they are pretty good.

It's only been one week today since moving my Mom to Elmcroft of Windcrest, but if the rest of her stay is as smooth and easy as this week has been...W.O.W.!! They went into overdrive to make sure her room was properly prepared and turn-key ready to bring in her furniture and goods. The entire Staff has gone out of their way to make her feel welcome and wanted. The food has been rich in flavor as well as nutritious and varied...NOT chicken made 7 different ways for 7 days in a row! Their activities continue to keep her interested and entertained as well! I hope these blessings continue throughout her stay! I WILL keep posting...good or not-so-good!!!

The staff has always been friendly and responsive. I do not think there are any questions we have asked that they have not gotten back to us on. I think that there hasn't been quite the level of activities we were hoping for, but we have been very happy.

We're very happy with how things have turned out at Elmcroft of Windcrest! The staff here is caring, friendly, and very welcoming to their new residents! It's a nice looking place, and they take great care of everyone!

So far we are pretty happy with them. I can't really say much about the activities, I know I have seen them play bingo before, but I haven't really looked into the activities much. Mom seems to be okay with the food. They have been very responsive and very available if I have any questions or concerns. Things have gone pretty smoothly as far as billing is concerned as well.

We toured several other Assisted Living Facilities and chose Princeton Village in Largo, FL for my Aunt. The team made the transition for my Aunt and all of us very easy. Since she suffers from Dementia, we wanted a facility that was equipped and experienced to give her the care she needs today and what she will need down the road. It has everything we were looking for in meals, medication management, laundry, hair salon and activities. We are very happy that we chose Princeton Village.

They have just been really good. It's clean and the staff is friendly. They are pretty responsive. The only thing would be the food, the first night we were there we had chili and green beans,the presentation wasn't really there at all. It's fine though and they eat it. They get out, and they aren't bored. It's been working out well.

Overall we've had a good experience with Elmcroft of Carrollwood. There have been a few issues we've had to work through since he moved in, having to do with the specifics of his needs and level of memory care. However, they've been very accommodating and communicative in working these out with me, and I appreciate the service.

I've been happy with them. The director was always really quick to answer the phone, return calls and answer questions, and was really helpful. They have a lot of doctors visits in the community, so that saves time. The staff is able to communicate with the doctor, since they see him everyday they are able to catch things quicker.
