very nice, well maintained, newly updated, very clean, medium sized and affordable. they do the shared apt. space well.

Bright and friendly feeling. Rock fireplace. large open spaces. Director very personable and knows residents well. Observed activity on Memory Care Unit and residents were involved with 3 staff helping include them into the activity. Units fresh and clean with no odors. Ratio 1:10 Assisted Living and 1:7 Memory Care. 61 total residents, 16 memory care. Personal errands on request of resident; transport to appointments, from hospital. Have doctor contract for monthly care or will transport to clinic. Frequent outings personalized to individual interests. $3220 includes personal assistance. Med management additional.

I spoke with Nancy who is fabulous. They are waiving the $1500 community fee this month. She said that they may be able to work with us a bit on pricing. Sounds like a great place.

Respite encouraged. $125/night. Private rooms $2995. All apartments (studio like) Large male population. Someone responds in less than 5 minutes to call button. Food choices for meals.

Clean, quiet. 1 room small, but large closet big enough for a dresser, which is a plus. Large bathroom.

My husband got warm fuzzy feelings.

This location is about 3/4 of a mile from our house.

My wife is very satisfied at Sodalis. My daughter's also like the place. Nothing in life is perfect. Everything can be better.

They staff in general have bent over backwards to make my sister happy. I have phone numbers to text various staff members, and when I've used them, they've responded immediately. Sometimes they serve wonderful food that my sister loves, and other times they serve things she doesn't like. But overall the food seems to be good. And the resident rooms are very adequate.

We chose Sodalis College Station because this one had in house rehab which my mom needed at that time, we are very glad she is here. She is happy and is receiving great care. I have only seen my moms room, it is nice size for what she needs. The food has had some ups and down but for the most part it is has been good. It is nice that everything is so new and it really feels like an apartment where as some others we saw felt more clinical. I would recommend to others looking.

We chose Elmcroft of Pensacola because of the staff, they were super friendly and went above and beyond and tried to make everything a smooth transition from the rehabilitation facility. The room sizes here are pretty good size for what she needs. One of the cools things is they allow families to bring their pets to see your loved ones in the courtyard. Another thing they have is a hairdresser and do their nails. I would recommend them.

The community is usually pretty clean and the staff is very friendly. The care that my loved one is receiving is quite good as well. Compared to other communities in the area, we think Elmcroft Of Carrollwood is a pretty good value.

My mom really likes the food here and the staff is very friendly. The head nurse is very involved in the care of the residents and works well with the physician who comes every week to review the care plans for each of the residents. We really appreciate that when level of care changes, the payment amount does not unless it involves incontinence care/supplies. The staff knows how to motivate my mom to get out of her room and come to the dining room for meals. Once she realized she was going to be charged for each meal brought to the room, she quickly changed her desire to eat in her room. There recently was a turnover in some of the staff and it was a little bumpy at first, but things seem to have settled down nicely. Be aware that transportation to appointments is only available on Tue/Thu and there is no one who stays with the resident. They must call for pick up when the appointment is finished and it takes some time for them to get there. Overall, the place is very clean.

Loved this community, the staff is friendly and very warm. My mother has done very well there and the new activities director has even gotten her out of her room to participate in activities. From the Executive Director to the housekeeper I could not be more pleased!

My sister and I toured 6 different places....the moment we walked into Elmcroft I knew it was the perfect place for my mom, it just felt like home. Mom liked the traditional style and feel of Elmcroft over the other choices. My sister and I are so grateful for the amazing staff and the care and love they provide. Seeing my mom this happy with a huge smile and being active again makes us wish we had done this sooner. I

Great bunch of folks. They really seem to care for my MIL. She likes the choices of food and seems to enjoy getting involved in the activities. She is coming out of her shell and seems to be having some fun. Thank you to all the wonderful people here.

My mom has lived here for 21 months. They have taken very good care of her. Very patience and take their time with her. She gives some trouble with showering but they work with her and redirect and get it done. I would recommend Elmcroft of Windcrest to people it come in contact with.

I have hear lots of good things from my loved one. I have seen a drastic improvement in him too during his stay at this facility.
