Let me begin by saying how precious my grandmother was to me. When it came time to find a home for her that could assist her in being independent, but having the support and protection she needed, my standards were very high. Elmcroft in Wharton was by far the only option in our small town I would even consider. However, they exceeded my expectations. Brooke and the staff treated my grandmother like their own family. She took her last breath in the early morning hours, I couldn't get there in time, but they were there surrounding her.

The lady that gave us a tour was very knowledgeable. The facility seemed nice. The food seemed very nice and the dining room was lovely. They have a beautiful courtyard. They offer several floor plans but not many were available as they were occupied. They had daily activities. I would recommend them to others

We were very impressed with our tour. It's a nice community and very clean. The staff was all very attentive. They really seem interested in a relationship with their residents and families. When we decide to move our loved one, this will be the place! Love the small town feel with familiar faces

When we found out our aunt would need to move into an assisted living facility, Elmcroft was our first choice, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The staff is wonderful, and the Executive Director and nurse are some of the most helpful, professional, knowledgeable and kind people we've worked with. Our aunt loves the food, acccommodations, and we are all so pleased with the level and amount of activities that are offered. We would definitely recommend this facility. 5 stars, all the way!!

Elmcroft has been only excellent in every way from our experience. The friendly, caring staff goes above and beyond to accommodate. They have excellent food and our loved one sings it's praises always. Very clean, beautiful and upscale in every way. I would highly recommend this assisted living place.

The facility is spotless and beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and especially helpful. The food served in the cafeteria is delicious, varied and provided in portions that are very conscious of nutritional needs and caloric intake. We appreciate the special events, like Thanksgiving dinner with the family member. Family members have access to community services and healthcare through the Elmcroft transport van. Elmcroft is the best assisted living facility anywhere around this area. Might be even better to say, "I would live there with absolutely no hesitation, were I in need of assisted care!"

They've done a wonderful job so far at Elmcroft of Austin, we're very pleased with it! The food is great, the staff have all been friendly and attentive, and the facility itself is well kept and clean. They're definitely worth a look!

This is a wonderful assisted living community with a small town atmosphere. There is amazing longevity of caring staff. Management goes above and beyond to ensure families and residents are happy. The staff is always available with a smile. My mother has lived in this community for a few years and couldn't be happier.

They are doing a very good job. They have been so kind and, so nice, so sweet, and so patient. They are awesome they are such a great facility. Anything you need they will do, within reason. They have been wonderful. Elmcroft is a nice facility. I am relieved that she is now safe. I highly recommend them. Anytime I call, within an hour or so they call back. They let you know what's going on. The med aides, and all the staff is just incredible.

I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to see me, which seems to be the standard with all visits to properties, but in this case the receptionist was very cordial and friendly while I waited. The community is very, very nice and the residents there are very outgoing about stating how pleased they are to reside there. The rates are higher than what "A Place for Mom" told me.

Everything is going pretty good so far. It's clean and the staff is friendly. She is concerned about turnover, one of the managers is leaving. She complains about the food, but she really enjoys the outings and things, and they give her a lot of things to keep busy, so she can feel helpful. We haven't had any issues crop up so far. Because it's small, I think the max capacity is only 54, she knows what's going on, everything gets to be familiar. I think that is very helpful.

They've done a great job so far at Elmcroft of Martinez! The staff are wonderful, they've been nothing but friendly and professional. My loved one is doing very well here! It's a nice looking place, and they take great care of the people who live here, I would highly recommend it!

They are doing a really good job, we are really happy with them. They were pretty comparable in price with everything else. I have eaten the food and it's pretty decent. I really can't think of anything I would like to see improved or done better at this time.

Broadview ALF took excellent care of my Mom. Her needs were extensive and all staff members from the Directors and Nurses to the RA's and kitchen staff and maintenance workers were all professional accommodating and compassionate.

I'm very pleased. It's very clean, and the staff is very friendly. They are very good, attentive, and responsive. I have no complaints. My mother loves the food. It was smaller than the other ones I looked at and they were real friendly and very homey. It was just the best fit for us.

Small, quiet, secure in a residential area. I like the compactness and attention to detail. Size really does make a difference and Jill was very knowledgeable and helpful.

This place is very nice and I believe my Dad will be happy here,I feel he is being well taken care of and he can be as independent as anyone can at the age of 89. The employees are very friendly and are trying to get my Dad to participate in their activities. Now I don't have to worry about him living by himself and I can get back to my life and enjoy being a daughter and not his caregiver.

Clean, lovely and friendly people who work there, smaller community which we were looking for and the residents looked happy.
