Good humor, good friends. I think the activities we do are fun and interesting. The food needs improving, but overall doing a great job!

I've been here since June 2015, and I have enjoyed my stay so far. It is my first time in such a facility, I've made a lot of friends. Our activities director is informative and full of energy. She does a great job and gives it all she has. God bless her.

Everyone is so nice. The building is clean. I don't have anything bad to say. I love living in this community. We always have things to do.

This is a great place to work or play. The activities are good! HLD is a great leader who helps us. She's very active and fun to be with.

I've lived in this community a long time, and I feel we have a fine lady doing the activities. She's always busy - never a dull moment - and I'd vote for her anytime. She is fair, honest, and good to all the workers. That's important. And she realizes it's very important to do her very best. I feel that we have a top person for all our activities, and that our prayers have been answered.

Marilyn has adjusted very well to her new environment. This can be attributed to the staff at Princeton Village. They are friendly, helpful and address problems it they come up. My only concern is at times I find her room is unlocked. As a result some items have been taken, but they have always been found and returned. Her room is clean and the staff has always been receptive to hern eeds.I would highly recommend Princeton Village.

I live here and want to recognize med tech, Grettel, for being very observant of the residents. For example she came into my room with my nightly meds and noticed my legs needed moisturizer and returned from her cart to assist with my legs. This is one example of how she observes the residents and treats us well!

My parents and I have peace of mind knowing they are well-cared for in this small community. The staff is great and very attentive!

We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Elmcroft of Austin! It was a difficult situation for us, and the staff here was very understanding and very accommodating throughout the whole process. I also really appreciate how much they went out of their way to help my loved one feel welcome!

Our experience with Elmcroft of Timberlin Parc has been a very good one! It was a very pleasant surprise on my first visit how clean and well kept the facility was. The staff is friendly and professional, and they've really gone above and beyond to help our family through a difficult situation. I would highly recommend Elmcroft, it is a very nice place.

This place is awesome. My mom fell and broke her hip at another facility and when she came here and had an emergency they were on the job immediately. She was in the ambulance quick and was at the hospital in 5 minutes. They called me right away when this occurred. They are so excellent here. My mom is thrilled to be there.

Great staff that dedicates their time to you and your family's differing individual needs.

Elmcroft of Cottonwood is expensive but it is the fairest one of the ones I've viewed. I think the location is good. The way that the place is set up is good also. It has been a good but it is just expensive. I now know how expensive it will be when I get to that point especially when you don't have anything planned.

The director at Elmcroft made the difference. He has experience as a nurse and could talk about medical concerns for my mother. The facility is clean and the people are friendly. So far I am very pleased with my mother's care

They do a great job at Elmcroft of Timberlin Parc. They have a great activities director and she keeps them hopping. That is a big part about what is nice about this place. The food is great and the staff are great here. I am very pleased with this facility.

The staff at Elmcroft of Carrollwood is outstanding. Shawn, the director, is fabulous. He is very attentive and willing to work with the needs of the family, and willing to bend over backwards to make it work. My mom has been in other facilities, and this one is by far the best, largely because of the leadership of the director.

The med-techs are above average. Pretty much everything there is above and beyond, compared to my grandmother who was in assisted living six years ago. I have no complaints whatsoever with the facility.

They have done a great job. They have been very accommodating to all her needs. We have overall been very, very pleased. They have a nurse on-call twenty-four/seven. We have been very happy with everything.

Well my mom needed memory care, so they could improve on the complete facility for memory care, because she was able to get out and they were concerned about that, because they didn't have any locks on the doors during the day. Other than that I thought it was fantastic.
