Sodalis Elder Living

It's only been one week today since moving my Mom to Elmcroft of Windcrest, but if the rest of her stay is as smooth and easy as this week has been...W.O.W.!! They went into overdrive to make sure her room was properly prepared and turn-key ready to bring in her furniture and goods. The entire Staff has gone out of their way to make her feel welcome and wanted. The food has been rich in flavor as well as nutritious and varied...NOT chicken made 7 different ways for 7 days in a row! Their activities continue to keep her interested and entertained as well! I hope these blessings continue throughout her stay! I WILL keep posting...good or not-so-good!!!

The staff has always been friendly and responsive. I do not think there are any questions we have asked that they have not gotten back to us on. I think that there hasn't been quite the level of activities we were hoping for, but we have been very happy.

The staff here is so friendly and professional and the level of care that they provide here is excellent. This is a very well maintained and clean facility. It is a blessing.

We're very happy with how things have turned out at Elmcroft of Windcrest! The staff here is caring, friendly, and very welcoming to their new residents! It's a nice looking place, and they take great care of everyone!

So far we are pretty happy with them. I can't really say much about the activities, I know I have seen them play bingo before, but I haven't really looked into the activities much. Mom seems to be okay with the food. They have been very responsive and very available if I have any questions or concerns. Things have gone pretty smoothly as far as billing is concerned as well.

We toured several other Assisted Living Facilities and chose Princeton Village in Largo, FL for my Aunt. The team made the transition for my Aunt and all of us very easy. Since she suffers from Dementia, we wanted a facility that was equipped and experienced to give her the care she needs today and what she will need down the road. It has everything we were looking for in meals, medication management, laundry, hair salon and activities. We are very happy that we chose Princeton Village.

This is the first time my parent has been in an assisted living place. I am happy with the care the employees give.

They have just been really good. It's clean and the staff is friendly. They are pretty responsive. The only thing would be the food, the first night we were there we had chili and green beans,the presentation wasn't really there at all. It's fine though and they eat it. They get out, and they aren't bored. It's been working out well.

Overall we've had a good experience with Elmcroft of Carrollwood. There have been a few issues we've had to work through since he moved in, having to do with the specifics of his needs and level of memory care. However, they've been very accommodating and communicative in working these out with me, and I appreciate the service.

I've been happy with them. The director was always really quick to answer the phone, return calls and answer questions, and was really helpful. They have a lot of doctors visits in the community, so that saves time. The staff is able to communicate with the doctor, since they see him everyday they are able to catch things quicker.

My Mother has been a resident for 8 full years, now beginning her 9th year at Elmcroft at Timberlin Parc. Elmcroft is a very special place with its home-like environment and that real "family" feeling. The leadership and staff have such a genuine, caring attitude that I can relax, knowing my Mom and the other residents are getting the care they so rightly deserve. Since I have worked in the industry for many years, I feel like I have an excellent insight to say Elmcroft is the best! I have been able to recommend Elmcroft to others over the years and I currently have several friends whose loved ones call Elmcroft their home.

So far my mom seems to be enjoying being here. They have plenty of activities and they keep the community very clean. The staff has been doing well and seems to care about the residents. Overall everything has been going good and we are happy with Elmcroft. We would recommend this community to anyone.

Nursing staff and techs awesome. Caring. Above and beyond. Good food. Lots of activities including family get togethers. Nice and clean in the main areas Apartment size fine. The rooms needed some TLC. Lots of peeling paint on the floor etc. My mother in law died and no one in admin reached out or called ever. I didn't appreciate that. It was a great value to be honest. She was happy there.

They could improve on increasing the staff and we would probably recommend Sodalis Texas City

The staff, especially in memory care were very thoughtful and caring as my dad progressed. They do their best to keep the facilities clean and looking nice. The apartments are nice size and well maintained. The food was average, but there was a nice selection.

The staff has been great!! Sadly though, there has been some changes in staff that has made it less as desirable. The activities are super fun and I can't say enough about [name removed]. She is so much fun for everyone. Studio apartment is a really good size.

The best thing about Sodalis to me, was the staff. They were all extremely nice and helpful. My most negative experience was leaving to come home. I couldn't get clarity on the date and time, until almost the last minute.

The facility was bright, clean and with no unpleasant odors. When we arrived, there was an activity going on with many of residents in attendance - all seemingly enjoying themselves. The person who guided us through the facility and "interviewed" us and, in detail told us about Sodalis, was very pleasant, and sensitive to our needs. We have decided not to use Sodalis for two primary reasons - it was farther from our house and with heavy slow traffic. And it was more expensive than we had anticipated.

All staff is very friendly and listens when addressing. There was a price increase within first 3 months. Room cleaning and laundry pretty spotty on service and communication involving on the neg.

The employees were nice but my father-in-law hated the place. He said to expensive and the food wasn't good. I would recommend but my loved one would not.
