My mom is currently a resident at Five Star Premier Residences of Pompano Beach. I would recommend them to others. It's exactly what we needed (sooner than when we moved her in, but isn't that usually the case?) I'm obviously a fan of the services and staff that we use and interact with at this facility. Mom's happy. And so are we.

I'm a resident of 3.5 months. I came because my husband is gone and I was alone. I'm a people person so I was very lonely! The friendly atmosphere was just what I needed!

My loved one was previously a resident at Oak Ridge Alzheimer's Special Care Center and the experience was great. They were incredibly accommodating and helpful! Based on our experience, I would definitely recommend Oak Ridge to others for their loved ones.

My loved one was previously a resident at Edgewood Point Assisted Living and Memory Care and the experience there was great for her. My loved one loved it there and they took really good care of her. The staff was caring and went above what was asked. They could do a better job of keeping the bathroom clean. While my loved one was there, they lost the cleaning staff and expected the caring staff to do the cleaning. They didn't have time to do both. Overall, I would recommend Edgewood Point Memory Care to any family looking for a place to care for their loved ones.

From my perspective pretty much all the questions I would rate a 5. [name removed] is very capable with being able to do most things without assistance. But he seems very happy with the staff when he does need help. The only thing I am not familiar with is the value for cost. My daughter tends to those issues. I have heard no complaints about it, so I would think that would also be rated pretty high also!

Staff very friendly, and they do all they can for you. Facility was/is always very clean and the meals are delicious.

The only one that I have an issues with is the cost, other than that the rest is all 5's. With the cost it is just way more than her long-term care insurance can pay for. However based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families.

Overall experience has been excellent. The facility is being upgraded. New roof, new interior furniture and paint. The staff is excellent. Professional and friendly. Food has been good. Health monitoring has been impressive. I am very happy with the value for my money.

Beautiful facility. [name removed] was very pleasant, professional, caring. The staff were very friendly. The grounds were immaculate. The dining room was beautiful with friendly staff. The tour was very informative and thorough.

The staff at The Pines on Carmel Senior Living is very friendly and helpful in anything that we've needed. The facility is very clean, no odor etc. The move in process was a breeze. The meals are good / nutritional. Portion size should could be a little larger for a man. Overall, I would highly recommend to others.

the caregivers here at Faye wright seem to work there absolute best to make sure the seniors here are getting want they want and need with the top care being provided, not only that but they do their best to make sure your parents are taken care of, but they do their best to make sure they are understood and cared for

The staff have been wonderful at Calusa Harbour and my SIL ended up in the hospital only 10 days after she arrived. When she returned 6 weeks later, the staff welcomed her with open arms and have been so supportive and encouraging. She loves it there and thanks us all the time for choosing CH for her. She also raves about the food and says the chef is excellent!

Finding a wonderful place for a loved one is never easy. I was fortunate to find The Palms Of St Lucie West for my dad. Upon researching Assisted Living Facilities I absolutely fell in love with [name removed] and the staff. [name removed] answered all questions and helped dad with any concerns. Dad spent 2 1/2 years there before his final days. I was so at ease knowing he was in the best of care. The Palms became his home and the staff and residents became his friends. I highly recommend this facility for your "Loved One"

We awoke one day to realize life has changed and trying to maintain our home was to much. We visited THE PALMS OF ST. LUCIE WEST AND felt instant comfort. THE STAFF ARE SINCERELY CARING. They do all they can to help you if you need it. We went into the independent living and extremly happy. SO GLAD WE MADE THE DECISION TO COME TO THE PALMS.

Fantastic place to be. Enjoy all that is available. Would not be at any other place. Love meeting my new friends !! Love the are and the grounds coming from North Carolina. Also have lived in Florida before North Carolina for 25 years

We give The Reserve at Greenbrier all 5's they have been great for our loved one. Everything about the community has been great, especially the staff members, the facility itself and all the amenities they offer.

I have lived at The Forum at Brookside nearly five years and am pleased to offer this facility a rating of A+. The accommodations here are pleasant and well maintained by the experienced and conscientious staff. Eating in our dining room is a pleasure not only because of the excellent food choices but also because of the jovial atmosphere and conversations among fellow residents. We have fun and enjoy one another’s company. Our activity directors and professional staff are very friendly and provide many opportunities for exercise, entertainment and socializing. I am pleased that everyone’s unique temperament and interests are respected which allows each of us to be as sociable or private as she or he wishes. One activity I especially enjoy is taking frequent walks around our well-maintained 40 acre campus. It is a rare treat to be able to live on such a beautiful plot of land with a brook flowing through the property - all within the city.

The Gardens community is amazing!!! I don't have enough words to describe how great everyone is. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Our dad felt at home even before he moved in. We feel so lucky to have found them.

My mother-in-law has lived at the Gardens of Port st Luvie since July 2021. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and how well they take care of her. She is very happy there.
