Birchwoods at Canco is a welcoming environment. My mother has been very happy living there and having all her needs met. I highly recommend.

It has made transitioning from my "former" easier than expected! I would recommend to others.

My father and some other residents recently had a conversation about how the 9% increase in rent year over year will eventually outpace their monthly income, making it unaffordable. I know this an industry-wide problem, not specific to The Horizon Club. I just wanted to share the concern the residents are having regarding affordability.

Concerns are taken seriously. Most of staff seems to actually care. Nice atmosphere considering the requirements of the residents. As far as the food goes, the meals seem to be too spicy often. I would definitely recommend Magnolia Springs Loveland to others!

What we like the most about Lewis Park Estates is the friendliness and loving care by staff, safety protocols, in house nurse practitioner .

This review is for memory care: Staff is very committed to excellent care, and always available for consultation. After hours phone coverage is very sporadic and needs improvement. Memory Care unit should have its own phone number or extension.

She's very happy there. The whole staff from office to kitchen and nurses always kind and friendly every time they see residents. She looks forward to meals and never complains about any of the food. Which is saying something. She does participate in a lot of the activities, they make the effort to go get her from her room which makes her feel wanted/important. I suppose compared to other facilities they fall in line with cost. Absolutely, we would recommend this community to other families. I've said before every person needs to find a place that fits them and their personality. This one fit well for my mom.

First thing we meet in the morning the servers are the servers at the dining area. These people meet with a smile and welcome greeting. Can we do anything for you and then they take your order and give your food they still smiling and beyond helping you!! Nurses here are so wonderful and you can depend on them. Never met happier people here that live here. Love living here at The Palms.

Very nice size apartments. They offer free cleaning 2 times monthly heat and electricity included only must get a microwave and cable on your own. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful with anything you may need. It is a great place to live. They also allow dogs and cats.

My dad has been living at Ashley Pointe for about four months now and he loves it there! We toured a few other places in the area and decided that A.P. would fit his needs the best. Breakfast is his absolute favorite meal of the day. They have plenty of daily activities and outings to keep residents busy, the casino trips being his favorite. Every Wednesday is happy hour and they have a great group of entertainers on rotation, family members usually attend and it is fun to hear the residents sing along. All the staff members are super nice and truly care for my dad and the other residents.

We love Rittenhouse!!! So much better than Brookdale. They offer a lot more. The staff is great. My mom is very happy here. The activities dept. is wonderful. There is something going on all the time. Food is good they are very accommodating to everyone. Staff is great they go above and beyond to help my mom. I get updates about my mom. I couldn't be happier with Rittenhouse.

From the administration, nurses, CNA's all the way to the cleaning staff, all do a great pb suck caring and compassion given to the residents and their families. They are earthly angels!!

All the people are friendly here at Oak Hill Terrace I really enjoy the entertainment & performers that our life enrichment Team brings in forus to enjoy. I especially Like the MIlwakee Letter Carriers. I like playing volleyball w/ my friends & doing crafts Oak Hill Terrace has so many activities to choose from.

Although it is a little pricey. I think it is an excellent facility and the directors are great to work with and answer questions.

My Aunt's situation was in flux and the sales staff here was very accommodating, providing different options and flexible timing as our care needs and dates changed. My Aunt never made it to 5star but we were happy to have her go had the situation been different.

I would tell them that for the short time that my grandmother was there she was well cared for and she enjoyed it.

From the time we first visited the palms, we were made to feel so welcome and so much a part of the community. We now have a deposit on our villa and are looking forward to moving here permanently. Already we have met several neighbors and enjoyed touring the grounds. I would say it’s a lovely place to retire When you’re not quite ready to retire completely. [name removed], our guide, made us feel extremely welcome. Five stars.

I would say that they have done an excellent job with our unique situation. Both my mom and my dad are there, and they have done a wonderful job managing conflict between them, and caring for the different levels of me that they both have. My dad needs a very high level of care as he's immobile, and their staff is always on the ball with taking care of his every need. And my mom has memory issues and they do a great job managing that as well. They both seem very happy, and management has always worked with us for anything we need. They seem to enjoy the food almost every single day, and we are blessed to have this place for my parents. Also, it is an excellent value compared to many others that we looked at.

I am looking for a Memory Care for my husband who has Alzheimer’s. I did not have an appointment, but [name removed](Director) spent a good amount of time with me. She is positive, professional & really loves what she does here at The Palms at St. Lucie West. The residents seemed very happy and relaxed and Smiling! The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff were interacting with residents and having a lot of fun. I felt like this would be a great place for my husband. Not too big and laid out nicely. If you are looking, I would recommend you start here!

We have been very pleased with Lewis Park! And we've saved $[fee removed]/month since the move from [community name removed}! Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend Lewis Park to other families. The main thing is, we worried that moving our elderly family member would be stressful or confusing to him. But from day one, he seemed content and happy at Lewis Park, and he has continued to be happy there since the move-in a year ago.
