My mom and I have toured many faculties but this was the first place that treated us like family the moment we walked in and the facility is set up so well for people with lower mobility.

[name removed] was so helpful and professional. She showed me everything and explained all systems. [name removed] walked me through the paper word with patience and compassion.

My dad is a resident. It was difficult to make the transition but I am glad we did. My dad is safe and the stress is of my aging mother. My dad is well cared for and more social than being at home.

On behalf of myself and family I have nothing but gratitude and blessings for the staff at Laurel Oaks. From [names removed]. To all the support staff especially from the personal assistants, kitchen, housekeepers, maintenance, you are all exceptional. My Mom is happy, healthy and safe to celebrate her later senior years. So thankful for all your care you give to all the residents there.

My Grandfather was a resident at Magnolia Springs for a brief amount of time after a fight with cancer. Even though his time there was brief, the community left a lasting impression on my family. Excellent care, service, medical support, and food. I would recommend Magnolia Springs to anyone looking for a caring place for their loved one.

After viewing several assisted living I came to Magnolia Springs. From day one, the staff here have been truly supportive. I had a total shoulder replacement right before coming here. The staff followed me through every step of my hospitalization and I continued my rehab here. The Therapists here are professional and knowledgeable. The care staff are very attentive. The meals delicious and the activities fun . I have made many new friends. All in all, my time here has been very enjoyable. Thank you, [name removed] . .

I decided to take the leap one year ago I decided to make this move because it would be the best for me and i was able to have a newly renovated apartment. the community has lots to offer I'm able to be as involved as I choose or even have a as much alone time as I would like making friends is very enjoyable and easy here and when I feel like closing my door I'm able to do that we have a wonderful group of Staff members that I've now adopted as my own family.

Coral Oaks is a wonderful retirement community. Beautiful property with exceptional team members who truly care about their residents. When Hurricane Milton blew into town all the managers were “all hands on deck” to make sure each & every resident was comfortable & never had to worry. Coral Oaks is a very special place!

I came to Magnolia Springs because I had a total left shoulder replacement and needed rehab and care during my recuperation. The staff here have followed me throughout my surgery and every step of my recovery. I also have MS and my left hand and arm and leg are weak. I fall often. I needed assistance with several ADL’s . I cannot clean my home or cook meals. Here I get all the care I require along with delicious meals and fun activities and socializing. I have many new friends. The rehab for my shoulder has been difficult for me. The therapists here are professional and have helped me along to achieve as much range of motion as possible. I could not have asked for a better experience and would recommend Magnolia Springs to anyone in need of care. The entire staff, from maintenance and housekeeping to the caregivers are attentive to all your needs. I give it an A+++.

I love living here i have lived here for 2 years and im happy to call this my forever home. The sales team really took time to get to know me and what i wanted. Im 86 years young and they keep me busy all day. The food is amazing and the staff is helpful.

I can not say enough good things about Ontario Estates. My grandma loves living there. The aides are always friendly, and helpful. They always have an activity to do or she's playing cards with her friends or visiting with her resident friends in the living room area. She's never complained about the food, and looks forward to meals. Staff and management are always friendly and willing to help with any questions I have. Rates are better than any in Mansfield. Happy we chose Ontario Estates for our grandmother.

My mama recently moved to Tuscany Villa in Florida from South Carolina, and the transformation has been incredible. Before, she spent most of her time isolated in her room, but now she’s so busy with activities that I can barely reach her on the phone! The staff at Tuscany Villa is phenomenal—attentive, compassionate, and dedicated. They work together seamlessly to ensure the residents feel cared for and engaged. Their efforts have made a tremendous difference in my mama’s life, both socially and emotionally. She had been struggling with some memory issues before the move, but since being here, I’ve seen significant improvement. The vibrant environment and supportive care have truly brought her back to life. Not only is my mama thriving and happy again, but this experience has also given me peace of mind. Knowing she’s surrounded by such incredible care allows me to focus on my life without worry. Thank you, Tuscany Villa.

The staff here are kind, caring and well supported- and it shows in the care they provide to the residents. The facility is clean and well kept, and there are always activities available. From the front desk, to the kitchen, everyone is so welcoming!

I was very impressed with The Pines on Carmel. Everyone was very professional, welcoming and friendly and the facility is very nice. The Executive Director made sure to introduce herself and answer any questions and the Community Resource Director, [name removed] is an amazing wealth of knowledge. They made my family feel very comfortable and we look forward to a wonderful experience here.

My younger sister is a resident at Eagle Ridge Memory Facility since [date removed]. It was a difficult decision to make, but I have been very pleased with the attention and care that she receives from the caregivers as well as the administrative staff. They are very supportive of her and me too. Attention is paid to all of the residents. Activities are planned and everyone is encouraged to participate. Entertainers come in and everyone has a good time. Games such as Bingo are enjoyed. I looked at several places for my sister, and I believe I made the right decision.

I’ve toured this community several times and I am so happy with the cleanliness, the food and the activities offered… I’ve come for happy hour a couple of times and have already made friends. The staff and residents are so friendly and welcoming, I already feel at home! I can’t wait to be apart of the Coral Oaks family! Love [name removed]!

I met a lady at Coral Oaks thru my daughter, she was warm and invited me to have lunch with her. It was delicious and she shared a little about herself each time I went back .. at her invitation! She loved the staff , told of all the activities and special parties , said they became her family ! She had a small apt independent living and wanted to show me . It was perfect for her and she had made it her own inviting place to live! I was aware at each visit how the staff welcomed her , ask about her day and how she knew all their names! I could see she felt a belonging here and was very happy she decided to move to Coral Oaks !

My grandparents live at Coral Oaks. They love having new friends and being apart of a community! They feel safe and they love all the activities and especially the food!!! The Coral Oaks team is so attentive to my grandparents needs… it’s given our family peace of mind knowing they are around people who truly care! We would highly recommend this community for so many reasons!

The staff is exceptionally kind, caring, and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure the residents feel comfortable and valued. The facility is spotless, well-maintained, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The activities and programs offered are engaging and tailored to meet the needs of the residents, creating a vibrant and fulfilling community. Communication with families is outstanding; I always feel informed and reassured about my loved one’s care. I have been working at Rittenhouse for over 10 years. This by far is the best place for care and fun. The staff is passionate, friendly, and very helpful. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing socialization, care, and just an overall peace of mind.
