What a wonderful place and community. [name removed] and [name removed] will make sure your loved one is well taken care of. They really treat each and every resident as if they are family. You can rest comfortably knowing that your loved one is in good hands.

I adore the staff who work there. Very kind loving and attentive people. Amenities offered and room sizes are perfect.

As of spring this year, a new staff team was hired and is continuously working very hard to make changes which has resulted in them progressively being able to successfully accomplish big improvements in the Ashley Pointe Senior Living Community. In addition to creating a better living environment, they have recently partnered with Select Rehabilitation company to provide OT/PT/ST services on-site with the goal of enabling all residents in this ALF/ILF to remain as functionally active and independent as possible. The best is yet to come!!

The location of the facility was great a close to me. Staff were all very friendly.

I have been happy here. The staff are super friendly.Food ranges from good to very good. Always lots of choices and plentiful. I don't partake in activities by choice. But I have recently started exercise classes and love the instructors here. I appreciate the transportation to medical appointments as I don't drive. Also, the location is great as I am in walking distance of stores including a good sized mall. If there is one thing to improve, it would be housekeeping services. They are good as far as they go but it's mostly superficial.

The facility has gone through a new team transition and I cannot express how amazing they have been! They have a compassionate approach and welcome you like family. They wear their hearts on their sleeves and it shows. It's definitely a fresh of breath air knowing the positive changes are also resonating through resident care. They understand that not every individual has the same social or medical history and are able to individualize care plans strategically for each resident. There is something to be said about their resident dedication and their resilience proves it :)

The Pines is an excellent place. I highly recommend!

My Barrington Terrace story began in March. I had been at another community before that. So far, I find the place is family oriented. I’ve met a lot of good people. The entertainment is great! I like getting three square meals a day. I rank the food good. I can’t say enough about the servers in the dining room. They are busy but always accommodating. [name removed] pushes water drinking and helps everyone stay on track with less dehydration in the heat of this summer. I recommend living here!

The staff are very professional and caring toward my father. He likes the freedom to participate in all the activities that they have or remain in his room and watch television. He tells me the food is good and he does not miss a meal! The facility is very nice and recently updated. It is worth the price.

I looked at several ALFs for my uncle and Five Star Premiere was the nicest I found. The studio apartments were much spacier than the other places and has a pool, which many do not. It is a very well kept place and it was a great experience meeting the friendly staff. [name removed] has been great as the sales director, showing me around and helping me pick an apartment. They are also very reasonably priced for all they have to offer.

This is a great facility & works really well for our needs It is a clean facility, very well organized facility Very professional staff ?? They do a lot of activities, piano & cornhole It was beautiful decorated for 4th of July

Birchwoods has great staff - they are kind and personable and this make it far better than any place that may have newer rooms etc but no friendly people. It’s a great community. I’m so happy my parents are there.

The value for cost gets a 5+++. What we like the most about Oak Ridge is the involvement of the staff with the residents and the activities that they offer for the families with the residents. We would 100% recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Our experience was wonderful. They provided a tour, explained everything, provided assistance getting my dad transferred from another facility and made the process easy. My dad loves it there. He says the food is great. Better then where he was.

Love Craver Heights . The staff is fantastic! Very attentive to their patients.. very caring and loving! Would highly recommend to anyone needing loving care.The dining experience is amazing and the activities are wonderful and creative for all different abilities.

What our family likes the most about Brookdale Park Place is that the residents are very friendly and so is the staff. The food is excellent. The front yard and natural areas are well kept and are nice to spend time sitting outside.

This is our third visit to The Palms and we had looked at other communities and we decided on this Palms. We like the location very much right around the corner from our doctors. We like the fact we are in a villa and not an apartment. People are very friendly!! We can not wait to move in.

We cannot comment on the activities my mother did not really participate in them. That was her choice/level of ability. There always seem to be things going on. I had moved my mother to the Pines On Carmel after she had been at a different assisted-living facility receiving very subpar care. So I certainly had something to compare Pines on Carmel to. I have also visited many many assisted-living and memory care facilities in the Charlotte area. Some of them initially look better, maybe better decor, etc., but for the things that matter to me, Pines delivered! Everyone there was friendly and helpful. They always answered questions and offered tidbits about how my mother was doing without being asked. My mother was always clean and so was the facility. That was not the case at her prior location. As my mother entered the final stage of her life in hospice care the staff went out of their way to give my family privacy and support and comfort. I am so grateful for the staff and how they treated my mother and my family. I have only good things to say.

My Dad transferred to assisted living at Morningside in May. Every staff member I have encountered along the way has been amazing. I wish I could remember all of their names, but I’m one who remembers faces. Just a few names that do stand out are [names removed] and all of the meal service ladies. One in particular made sure if she was there that I ended my day with dessert. There are so many others that crossed our paths that were just as amazing. During such a difficult time in our lives it was a comfort to know that my Dad was in good hands when we couldn’t be with him. In the end, Dad transitioned to Hospice care and he received the same tender care and compassion that they greeted him with on day one. We are so thankful for everyone that played a role in his care.

I can't say enough about the great care my husband has received at Sugar Creek. The staff provides great care with a genuine dose of love. Service & care with love is what they provide for the residents
