I really enjoy visiting here. From the moment I walk in the front door, I am greeted with enthusiasm and kindness. The way the staff care for their residents is top tier, all of the interactions I've witnessed have always been that patience and compassion. The facility is always clean and well maintained. I would definitely recommend Cinco Ranch to my friends and family in need of compassionate memory care.

[name removed] has been a great communicator and really cares about the residents and family members along with the staff. Will definitely refer more clients to Cinco Ranch Alzheimer's Care Center. Very clean and inviting Community.

I would give them all a 5. Every place has issues, but they really try to resolve them. They have changed out several management positions to resolve some issues. They really try their hardest to make the lace feel like home. They have a nurse everyday and a nurse practitioner that comes in several times a week but can be reached in an emergency.

I’ve worked at a few facilities and feel that I know what families need as they search for memory care. They have to know that their loved ones will have the attention they need, that their food is nutritious and that their rooms will be clean. Seems so basic but that’s not always the case. At Cinco Ranch, this is the exceptional standard.

My wife's stay at Sparr Heights went very well. She appreciated the compassionate care she received. I will and already have referred Sparr Heights to people who have asked about such services.

After my house burnt down, I had nowhere to go. I had called around and this was the most reasonable that I could find. The staff here are very friendly, and the residents for the most part are also very friendly. I have no complaints. This is a good place to settle down.

My father didn't have any involvement in the activities, so I wouldn't have experience on how to write these but I would recommend this community to other families

We were lucky to find a place like the Talbot on Granby for my parents. The location feels private but is in a very convenient part of town. It has a wonderful balance of nice apartments, lovely courtyard, and all the amenities. The residients are friendly and the staff is super helpful and they keep an eye out for every resident.

I am really happy here at Oak Hill Terrace I have made wonderful friends here. I enjoy eating lunch and dinner with my friends at our dining table. We have great conversations and lots of laughs together. My favorite thing to do it Diamond painting in my beautiful spacious 1 bed apt.

Staff has been there a long time....[name removed] is amazing. I think she's been there 15yrs. She started as a server and now is in sales. She is a great person to make you feel at home. Go see her!

I tour the community and i found it a great fit for anyone needing memory care. I am very please with the staff attention for details and the renovations plans they will have in a few weeks. Thank you [name removed]for the tour and the lemonade

We moved our mom to the Villas at The Palms last week. The staff have all been beyond amazing. From our initial meeting with [name removed] to engaging with all the staff, we have been very impressed with the care and concern they all have shown us. Everyone is very helpful, even the residents.

My mom was living a Barrington Terrace for 3 plus years. We had to move her to a skilled nursing facility due to her needing more care. It was a very difficult time choosing a new place. The love and care that she received at Barrington was wonderful!!! The staff are like family, they are always willing to help in any way. I was amazed the first week she was there everyone knew her name! She felt safe, comfortable and at home at Barrington Terrace in Boynton Beach. If you are looking for a loving and caring place for your loved one take a tour at Barrington Terrace. They have many actives, entertainment and special events. The courtyard is lovely and the new front patio is also.

Friendly atmosphere , helpful personal , good food, plenty of offers , entertainment , music , movies, outings, and etc. It's a good place to meet nice and interesting people .

[name removed](sales) was friendly and helpful. The facility is well kept and everyone is welcoming. Dinner options are good and parents have good things to say about the food. In our situation it would be nice if there were Some sort of place they could run down and just grab a sandwich for when my mom can’t make it down. Currently they have to give a days notice if he wants to bring her meal up (which he won’t know until that day) AND they charge $2.50 to box it up. It does seem they are often short staffed in the dinning. The overall Staff of the building is always smiling and willing to help especially the night security. They seem to have good activities but not always able to take advantage because it’s only offered on a certain day at a certain time but again that could be our specific situation. Overall great experience.

We moved out dad to Birchwoods over a year ago, and the staff have been so wonderful and caring. He has some aging challenges and Birchwoods has been very accommodating. Great variety of activities forall levels of ability.

After my father’s health began to decline, he made the decision to sell his home and move closer to me in a senior living community. We toured Ashley Pointe and immediately knew it was the perfect choice for him. It’s a small, one-story community that’s clean, cheerful, and located very close to our home. The staff was incredibly helpful and made his move-in process smooth. He initially settled into a studio apartment while on the waitlist for a studio alcove. After about eight weeks, he was able to move into the studio alcove, which he absolutely loved, along with the community environment. When my dad passed away unexpectedly, the staff was compassionate and made the process of moving his belongings much easier for us. Ashley Pointe was a great choice for us within our own community!
