All of the staff are caring, attentive and helpful. They keep the community very clean. The only complaint I have is that the food is terrible. The management is trying to work on improving this. The service help is nice and tries, however they are short staffed. They offer a lot of activities and my loved one enjoys the music activities. This community is in a lovely area and the rooms have a nice view. This community offers excellent rehabilitation and I would recommend it.

A very nice and well-maintained community we toured. The staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions. They are preferential to the residents who are already in their independent and assisted living community to receive first choice at the vacancy openings to memory care. It makes sense, but that is why we did not choose this community there were no vacancies.

For the most part, I liked this facility. However, they did not offer all of the amenities that I would have liked. For example, I wanted a garage that was available for me to use and this was not offered by this facility. Other than this, it seemed to be quite a nice place.

Very nice and clean facility. Cost was the next factor as it was $3k less a month than Woodlands in Muncie, although they were an accredited RN facility and Elmcroft is accredited as a LPN facility, I still feel my mother is receiving the care she needs. Elmcroft offers more privacy and allows their patients more access to include going outside an enclosed area if they want as well as a room key for access.

Everything went fairly smoothly at Brookdale. The staff were very good. The facility itself started out pretty okay, but it declined very quickly. There are many activities offered. My loved one did not like the food. Overall, there were many ways that my loved one's stay could have been improved, but it was okay.

We liked this community for care for my husband. The staff were wonderful and caring. The community was clean and we were happy that it was close to home. They were short staffed at times. My husband was not happy with the meals, but he likes home cooking. They do have activites for the residents, but he did not want to participate. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

Morningside could improve by training their aides better and having more aides. The food situation leaves more to be desired. The dining room staff does their best but they could also use more training. We had a resident meeting and addressed these concerns but residents who have been here for awhile said this is an on-going issue.

I did not choose Brookdale Edina because they could not accommodate to my mother's type 1 diabetes. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable, but it was not what my mother needed.

The independent living area did not offer a step down option. The assisted living area was across town. This is a smaller community and they keep the front door locked. The people I met were nice and the apartments were reasonably well laid out. The only way out is into the interior courtyard which is well maintained, however it is small.

The staff at this community tried to take care of mom. She did fall a few times as they were not able to monitor her enough. I felt they were a little understaffed. The food was good and they did offer some activities. This community was a little to big so we did move mom to a smaller community. This community is a little expensive and I think you need to be a little more independent to live here.

My loved one is getting better and adjusting to all of the changes since moving into the Leisure Park. The staff check on her all of the time and they are very nice people, but I wish they had a social worker or something to help guide through the process because we just recently found out they have a counseling service. Other than that, things are progressing and I will be updating my review once she has been there a couple more months.

My mother is starting to finally adjust to this community. It has been an adjustment process for the her and the family. We are getting use too the routine around the community. She is starting to take an interest in her surroundings. She has made some new friends, and that has made the transition better. The staff has nerves of steel. They are very patient, and attentive. I'am starting to feel more comfortable with the care she is receiving here. Overall this is a community I would recommend, it a nice place.

This community looked nice and clean when we visited. I am not sure why but there was an odor of propane in the room they showed us. The people we met were nice and knowledgable. They did have a calendar of activities. This community was a little farther away from us than we would have liked.

Everything was good here and they gave us a good tour. We just did not like that the apartment was not as big and did not have some of the features that we were looking for. the people were helpful and they were knowledgeable.

.We took a tour of this community. It was wonderful. The staff is nice and this seems to be a new community. The other residents seem happy here. They did have activities for those who were willing to participate. We recommend this overall care and value to other families.

The staff here was okay from what I can tell from the tour. They were helpful with letting me know what they had to offer. I did see residents out and doing stuff. i just did not feel that this was the right community for mom.

Friendly staff, friendly staff, to warm inside for visitors. Weekly staff great. Weekend staff could use improvement. Some concerns addressed quickly. Not sure what happened to the bedding we provided.

The tour here was a good job. It was a clean and beautiful community. Seems like a suitable facility but I felt my mom would not fit in. They were more active and social. They were helpful, kind, and considerate.

This was a nice community. The staff I met during the tour were nice and knowledgable. This is a larger community and seemed to have a little to much going on for us.

I was happy with the tour here, but due to needing to use a motorized chair this community would not fit our needs. The staff was friendly and caring. It was clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this community for good care.
