Staff was great, food was not what I expected.

The attendants, for the most part, are kind and attentive. The management personnel are engaged and receptive to input. Wellstead just changed ownership so things could change. It is very expensive--like all similar facilities The food is fine and the facilities are nice.

Only been there 6 weeks. C hanged of management [date removed] Resident still adjusting. We are hoping for improvement in more cleanliness and more attentive.

I rarely hear any complaints, though there's occasional frustration about the food quality and certain items running out-like milk-which you'd expect to always be available. There's also been some communication challenges with outside therapy providers, such as canceled sessions not being clearly relayed. I've noticed the dining area could be tidied up a bit more thoroughly after meals, especially later in the evening. On a positive note, the staff are genuinely kind, friendly, and responsive to what they can address. I enjoy chatting with them. No place is perfect, but overall, it's clear the team works hard. My appreciation to those who dedicate themselves to caring for older adults-it's not an easy job, and it shows they truly care.

The staff are very nice and attentive to their needs and friendly. Sometimes it seems like they are short staffed but overall this is a very nice place to have a loved one . The nurses and aides go above and beyond to make it comfortable.

Staff is a caring, helpful, knowledgeable group. Food is well prepared and tasty. Facilities are warm and welcoming!

It was clean, not too big and most of the staff were friendly and helpful. We had one or two issues with a staff person not being very helpful but that was resolved.

Friendly staff and people. Good meals. Bright apartments, some with their own washers and dryers. Most apartments have a balcony. Within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, banks and Hart park (including the Senior Center. Plenty of activities to choose from. Accepts dogs if small and well behaved. I really can't think of any negatives. They do have rules but they are for our safety and comfort of everyone.

The sales staff was very kind and accommodating getting us through the business end and process of moving my mom into Magnokia Springs memory care. Staff is excellent. The staff that interacts daily with the residents seem to actually care about them. There just needs to be more, time seems to be their limitation. There are a good number of activities scheduled daily. Sometimes I have not actually seen the activity happen but it is on the calendar. The rooms are nice. Each resident has their own bathroom. Cleaning is not always consistent but has is still sanitary. Memory care was a big adjustment for us. I was not prepared for some aspects. 1. The number of items that go missing. By the nature of dementia, the residents put something down and someone else picks it up. My mother will literally take off her jacket and put it on someone else. Wreaths have been taken off her door. She lost her glasses the first week. Not sure if they went in the trash or squirreled away in someone's room. There are 44 residents in Magnolia Springs memory care unit, that's a lot of opportunity to lose items. 2. How the other residents' behavior would influence my mom. She reflects the mood of those around her. That is not always a good thing. 3. Once you are fully "enrolled" you will not see the upper management again. If you email or call with a problem you will get a reply but they aren't out on the floor interacting. I have been friendly with the daily staff and they have answered most of my questions. 4. I have had to initiate all the communication about my mom's condition/behavior. No one has reached out to me. The 30-day post move in meeting has not happened yet and it has been over 2 months. I'm sure some of this is typical in a larger unit but some came as a surprise. The sales spiel gave a somewhat different view. Doors to their rooms are often locked when residents are socializing due to the wandering and taking items. I like to check on mom's room, see if she needs anything (toilet paper, depends, cleanliness, etc) I have to find someone to unlock the door. That can be difficult without interrupting a meal or activity.

Arboretum was helpful and were able to get my In-Laws into a better room. The move in was a challenge due to not knowing where to send the movers and what to do with boxes. Despite the initial challenge, they are settling in and enjoying their new home.

The facility was nice, we did have some logistics issues at first, but got them worked out. I was not satisfied. at all, with how the Brookdale head office handled a refund of funds. It created a very difficult "estate" problem and required us getting an attorney.

The admin staff are hard to reach, they don't return calls and give poor responses to questions.

Creekside is a beautiful place. They keep it really clean. A lot of the staff have been there for 8 years. They are really patient with what can be a challenging illness. They took great care of my dad and even checked in with me long after he had passed.

The staff is very friendly, I like that there's a wellness center and a doctor who comes onsite. I heard they just switched ownership so I'm not sure what's to come. Hopefully the quality continues. I would definitely recommend 5 Star.

Overall we are happy she is comfortable and safe there. I would recommend to others.

The property itself is quite sleepy. The entire place could use a cherry paint job and some updating in the outer buildings. It took over a year for them to repair an elevator. The reason why we chose this place was because of the staff and the people there. My mother has been quite happy.

The price was right the vibe was nice but the administrative staff was terrible to me and to their employees

The staff is nice. No improvement and yes, we would recommend The Horizon Club to other families based on the experience so far.

I have nothing negative to say about Ashley Point in Lake Stevens.. they have been communicative a and responsive to our concerns .

My mother is now a resident, she has some issues with elevator outages. Food isn't gourmet but adequate in amount but can be a little bland. The pool isn't always available either. Sometimes there are issues with outside maintenance, including outside window cleaning.
