[name removed] was very friendly and professional. The apartment sizes offered by the facility were smaller than we had hoped to find. The facility seemed a little dated and tired.

The staff was very friendly and open about the facility, what they do and don't do. They answered all of questions and gave us a very thorough tour

The facility's staff have been very good to my father. Also, if I have any questions they are usually available to help.

Nice facility. Caregivers and staff are friendly and helpful. Food is pretty good. Laundry service for memory care residents are unsatisfactory. Management is working to improve this. Management is supportive and concerned when issues are brought to their attention for resolution.

Staff seemed amazing and were very interactive with the residents. Also had pleasant attitudes and smiles.

One disappointing thing is that the major reason for choosing there was that the rent locks for life. That was our contract. With the sale, they voided that portion. The food is great, the Staff is great. I love the energy and the attachment to the park for grandkids. It sounds like they may be able to age in place now, though, which was not the case before. So if they need assisted living, I think they can stay in their apartment. The apartment is small, but it works fine.

Overall it was a positive experience and continues to be a good fit for my dad. He's adjusting well and speaks very highly of the nursing and support staff in the memory care unit

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is clean and the apartment is very spacious. So far, pleased with Park Summit. My mom says she is settling in nicely and seems to really like her apartment.

It was a good visit. [name removed] did a good job. It's a definite possibility when I'm ready to make a final decision.

They only require one meal payed each day. This works well for my mom who eats out a lot. I don't know much about the services as my mom doesn't really participate. I'd recommend it if the situation fit (can't really blanket say yes or no).

We were warmly welcomed by staff and thoroughly enjoyed meeting [name removed]. She was so helpful and answered all of our questions. I would feel very comfortable having my mother in this facility when the time comes to make that decision. Some remodeling is needed for the facility but [name removed] assured us this is in process. All in all it was a very good visit.

We are very pleased with our choice of Stoneyridge. The activities and care are wonderful.

The Staff is nice. The food is good (except my fil hates pork) he enjoys the rest. It is clean and they do a fairly good job with keeping his room somewhat clean. His space is large for him and he seems to like the room except the noise from the air conditioner in the summer.

The staff is friendly. The breakfast is really good. You can have whatever you want. The dinner is ok. it's very clean and the apartment is big.

The staff is really good. Mom loves living here. The menu could use a little work but for the most part, not bad. Rooms are adequate in size. They have plenty of activities but more church services would be nice.

Most of the caregivers are kind and compassionate. The med nurses are great, the front desk is very helpful and the maintenance is super as are the rides to medical appointments. The facility is clean and smells nice. The laundry is done on site and the attendant does a fantastic job folding and putting the clothes away. It is a great service, she is outstanding. The food is pretty good and overall I do believe my loved one is in a safe situation.

Overall they do a good job. It's clean. My mother has urinary incontinence, dementia and mobility issues. The caregivers are hit or miss- some are good and some are not that good. But I think you will see that almost anywhere you go. They do get her down to the dining room for 3 meals a day and they dress her and get her to bed every night. It's a smaller place so they have plenty of stuff to help with the residents who need extra help. I probably should have given them a higher rating for quality of care. I marked down because my mother has fallen 3 times this last week. They say she is getting up by herself. I don't know if that is true. She usually won't make the effort to get up on her own. But overall, considering what they have to take care of, they do a good job. The residents are all friendly.

The staff is nice. I think the meals are good. It seems clean and I like the size of my mom's apartment. Occasionally, I feel like the workers don't communicate with each other so we've had some bumps in the road about when she needs to take showers and when she gets her clothing cleaned, and her linens cleaned and her apartment cleaned. They do offer many activities to try to get her to come out of her apartment and socialize with other people. She even took a field trip in a shuttle bus!

Staff and residents were very friendly, price for rooms were ok. Could use a paint job and new carpet in open areas and apartment doors . All places I have visited did offer 3 meals were they only offered 1.

They are very nice people, the place was always very clean and they had very good food.
