They are very good. I am very pleased with the establishment. They keep it very clean, and the staff is friendly. They respond quickly if there is ever a concern or a request. They have plenty of activities, and the food seems to be good. We chose them based on their reputation.

It's clean and the staff is friendly. The only complaint we have is the food, dad complains about the food. I've had it and it's not great, but it's not bad, they are working on it and they are aware of it. They have feedback with their residents, and they hear their residents. They are good with communication. We picked them because it just clicked with us.

We've been very pleased with our experience with The Wellstead of Rogers. Even during the search process they were very responsive and great with follow-up. I appreciated that they really did the research to see if they could handle my loved one's specific care needs. The staff are fabulous, they're all very caring and professional, and they keep the place looking well kept and clean.

They do an amazing job at Elmcroft, I'd rate them 5s across the board! The staff were really are amazing, they really went out of their way to provide any kind of help that they could. I visited my loved one here often, and I saw so many examples of the staff going above and beyond to make their residents happy. I really can't say enough good things about them! The facility itself is nice looking and clean, and seemed like a good value overall based on the care. One aspect they could improve on, however, is the food. It's not terrible, but it could definitely be better. Another aspect I really liked is that this was the most secure facility I saw in the area. My loved one had wandering issues, so the fact that they had the one entrance/exit set-up, and the door had an alarm, made me feel much more secure. If I ever need this sort of care this is where I would want to be, and I already have days where I wish I got the degree of service they provide!

Liked the fact that they paid all the utilities. Less cost than Rose Arbor (and they didn't pay all the utillites. Keca was very helpful in giving me ideas for financing

We toured here and we really liked it. The only reason we didn't choose it, is because it would have been a very long drive for us. I was really pleased with their staff, and the attention they gave me.

She loves it there! It’s well worth checking out. The food was very good. We haven’t had any trouble with the laundry service and we’ve always been able to find parking. The staff is very friendly. My loved one is in independent living, so we don’t really use any care services.

The nursing home part of this community was excellent. My loved one wasn’t there very long, but the staff was very friendly and it was clean. The care was excellent. My loved one was planning on going into the independent living, but unfortunately, that never got to happen.

This is a very nice, and lovely community. The one thing that I didn't like was that they don't have a nursing staff. As the residents health declines, they would have to be sent elsewhere. There is no aging in place, and moving is a lot for a person. I wouldn't want to have to move them again.

We love it there, we are very happy with where we are at. They keep the community clean, and they are very friendly. They are pretty responsive to needs or concerns, and they have a good variety of activities. One of the main reasons we chose them is that they are a one hundred percent memory care which gave it a more open feel that doesn't leave the residents feeling of being locked in one part of the building.

Quiet, very clean, no smells, lots to do, nice dinning & food, caring staff. Had no problem leaving mom because I would not mind being here. If looking for this type care you need to look at Hudson Creek.

They were extremely friendly and very helpful. I was very satisfied with the care. There were no issues laundry service. It can be busy at certain times, which can cause concerns for parking, but I was always able to find a place. I felt it was a good value for the money.

Clare Bridge in Plymouth, as of this moment, is wonderful!! Mom has talked more in the last two days since she got there than she has in the last year!! And, her quote for the day is....."this can't be real!! I don't know what it costs, but it's worth it!!" First of all, shocked that she talked so much, and second, that she was so happy!! She has been is Memory Care at another facility and it was NOTHING like this!! Ask me in a month if it's still so great.

Very nice facilities, nice setup for semi-private room. Unfortunately won't be able to take sister at her level of care needed.

We are happy with the community. It's a very clean community. The staff is friendly, and they are responsive to needs and concerns. She is real happy with the activities. The food is very good. We don't really have any complaints or concerns, nothing that I can think of that could be done better. It was pretty comparable to the others around.

We really liked this community, but they didn’t have a pool. If they’d had a pool, I might have picked them. I really liked them very much, but my son pointed out the pool, and that made my mind up. I’d still give them a five all the way down though.

It's awesome, phenomenal. They are really good. She has adjusted well. Everything just fell right into place. I appreciated that whenever I would talk to people from the community on the phone, they were always honest and up front with me.

They're doing a great job here, we're very happy with the service. They really care about and get to know the residents here. I like that when I call the front desk they can tell me, without even needing to look, where my loved one is. The staff know everyone by name, and go out of their way to make the residents feel like family. When my loved one returned from the hospital everyone greeting her warmly and welcomed her home, which really meant a lot to us.
