It's great! This is the gold standard of memory care. The staff has been exceptional. I think we are getting amazing care here. The activities are something I have been so impressed with, they have been so hands on with everyone, they have an incredible selection, and have been great about getting her involved. The activities director, Dave, is amazing. The food would be about a three. When I was looking around, I chose Clare Bridge based on the quality of their attention to detail. It was also the friendliness of the people I spoke with, and their level of true caring, they truly care about my mom. I didn't sense the same level of commitment and professionalism at the other places. I have also been really impressed with the nursing staff, they have been extremely attentive to my mom and extremely helpful to me.

My loved one is in their memory care portion, the Edgewood Arbors, and so far I'd give them top marks across the board! The aides are outstanding, and really relate well to the residents. It's a nice looking, well kept, clean community. They even do a great job with the food!

This has been the best choice! Tami, the ED has been fantastic in the way she has made Mom feel at home. All of the CNA's are wonderful with Mom and they really care. Mom has been there for about two weeks and she just told me again tonight that she feels at home and is very comfortable in her new setting. The food is good, they get mom to mix and mingle a bit (she is not a social butterfuly but they are working on that), when she needs assistance they are always right there. I and my sister are very pleased!

Darlene helped my mom transition the The Forum. I really appreciated her attention to detail, care and concern! It made the transition go smoothly!

I am really happy with them. They have good activities, I am pretty happy with the value, what I get for the money. The food is excellent. As you can see I am very happy with it. I don't have any complaints.

Still contemplating this also. Rooms are bigger.

Myrtle Beach Estates was a wonderful choice! She is really enjoying herself here. The facility itself is clean, well kept, and very nice looking overall! The staff are all very friendly, and the services and care they provide are wonderful. They're definitely worth a look if you are looking into senior care!

This is really a great place. Great food, extraordinary amenities, 40 acre campus, well manicured. So many activities that you have to choose what you want to do. Very friendly, very helpful staff and residents. For what you pay, you get a bargain. I looked at 10 places and this was by the less expensive and all of their costs are "up front". No surprises, or add ons. If you complain, they give you the benefit of the doubt, and make it right, even if you might be at fault. Because it is off the highway, hidden on a hill, it is quite. You can lease a villa, or an apartment. The Forum is negotiable to a certain extent on move in prices. They have people to help you through the process until you get settled. Free Chauffer service to meals at the Forum, Doctors' appointments, grocery, hair dresser, practically anywhere from 8:30 to 3:15 (return).

It is a very homey community. It’s very relaxing. I would recommend Elmcroft to anyone who was looking for a place for a loved one. The food could be better. There are not enough vegetables, not enough fresh vegetables. They serve too much pasta. Brady is very nice.

They are doing a great job. It's very clean, and the staff is very friendly. They have something going on everyday. The food is good, they are responsive and attentive. The only thing is, I think their prices are a little high. I am not real thrilled with how the insurance is handled, I have to pay and then get reimbursed. It really caught me off guard, I thought they would deal directly with the insurance company.

We've had a great experience with Elmcroft, I have no complaints whatsoever! I'd rate them highly across the board! From everything that I've seen during my visits the staff are very good with all of the residents. I'd heard very good things about this place before we toured, and from the moment I walked in I knew this was the one!

Beautiful, well-decorated, brand new facility. The receptionist could have been more attentive to new guests, but the rest of the staff were very friendly and attentive to residents. #2 on my lust.

Overall we've had a good experience with Elmcroft of Bedford. They seem to be doing a good job taking care of my loved one. It is a nice clean place, the staff are friendly, and the care they provide is good.

Kind of early for us to give a total review but the experience of getting our Mom into assisted living on a very short notice was made much easier by the staff and leadership at Wynwood-Northville. They were thorough, understanding and gave excellent explanations on all involved in the care of Mom. Her first day there was rough as she did not want to be in assisted living but her nurse was very understanding and took the time to ask us some questions about her so that she could reach out and try to make the first few days better. There may be places out there that are less expensive but I have to give kudos to the staff as they seemed the most knowledgeable and prepared to make this transition and that does count for something.

So far things have been going extremely well, and my loved one really seems to be enjoying himself! It's a nice looking place, clean and well kept, and the staff have all been very friendly and professional! They've got all sorts of activities and my loved one has gone on every field trip they've had. What really sold us on this place was how incredibly friendly everyone was, they greeted him like a long lost friend when he moved in.

My mother has been living here for about six weeks, and it has been a good fit so far. The primary care is amazing. Everyone my mother sees to help her get dressed in the morning, help her to the dining room, etc., is incredibly nice and they provide an amazing level of one-on-one care. I have seen some issues with the level of communication among staff members. When my mother's medical care shifted from her own doctor to the services provided at Cedar Ridge, I had to repeatedly explain to the staff what was needed, instead of them communicating with each other. I felt like this could have been handled much better with more communication. Otherwise, our experience at Cedar Ridge has been good so far.

We're very happy with the care our loved one is receiving here, they do a great job. He has shown a lot of improvement since moving in, he's regained the ability to perform many physical tasks he'd grown too weak to do before coming here! The staff interact well with the residents, they keep them happy, busy, and comfortable. It is somewhere he can feel at home.

This memory care home is a perfect fit for our sister. It provides a "new family" for her is a very comfortable setting. The staff is friendly. Many staff members have been working at Clare Bridge for over 10 years and really bring a loving presence to the home.

We toured this community when we were looking into care options for a loved one. This place looked very nice based on what we saw during our tour. Everyone was friendly and the facility itself was clean and attractive. We also got a chance to try the food, and it was good!
