They are a very receptive and flexible staff. I have had a good experience with them. There are a lot of activities to do at Brookdale and there are plenty of people there to take care of all the residents.

One of the hardest decisions our family has had to make is placing my mom in a memory care center. Orchard Park made the process simple and were very understanding and caring. When we walked into the memory care side, mom was greeted by Linda, who said, Karen I told you I would be here when you arrived and then gave her a bug hug and off they went, hand in hand. My dad and I both got teary eyed knowing mom would be safe and happy. She has not been there for 5 days and is doing great!. I want to thank everyone at Orchard Park for being so kind.

There was nothing to improve on, they were very helpful, unfortunately my mother was not able to move in. She needed nursing care and they did not have anything available so we kept her at the facility she was at.

I am not happy with Farmington Square at Salem. My loved one came home with a blood blister on his heel that opened into a blister and it is still there a year later. They cannot explain how it happened and I am just not happy with it.

Great place! We moved mom in about a year ago after our dad passed away and it was the best decision we ever made. She's busier than we are now with all the activities and she's really come out of her shell. The food is really good too! We've been very happy.

It's wonderful, the people are very nice and very accommodating. The food is great, and the activities are great. They just had a volunteer come and do my nails, and we play bingo at night. I am really liking it here.

We are very pleased. I would rate them very highly at this point. I would give them a five out of five. It's working out really well.

They do a fantastic job overall at Mountview Senior Living, we are very pleased with how things have turned out. The person that we helped place seems to have settled in very well into their memory care unit, she seems so much more serene here than in the place she lived previously. The director of the memory care unit does a wonderful job, the residents are well taken care of, and they have a busy activity schedule to keep everyone engaged and entertained! The food is also very good!

They have just been wonderful. My mom fell and broke her hip and was in the middle of the move to the facility, and she had to go to like, a convalescent home and they came to feed her and brought her flowers and went over and above to welcome her even though she wasn't living there yet. And I had a good experience in setting everything up and moving everything in and I would highly recommend them. They were great.

The staff was excellent, they were very attentive and caring, the only issue I had was at night they didn't really check on him. The first night he fell and hit his head and that caused some issues. During the day they were great, but at night they didn't really check on him. That would be the only thing, they just really need to check on the residents at night.

They do a great job overall at Cinco Ranch Alzheimer's, I'd give them high marks across the board! The facility is well kept and clean and the staff is friendly and professional, and they provide all of the care and activity that you would want for your loved one. I'd highly recommend them!

I have been so impressed with how Mulberry Gardens has helped my father-in-law. They encourage him to signal them by pull cord or pendant for ANYTHING, even if he just wants someone to talk to, and get there within 5 minutes. Twice he has needed to go to the hospital and they haven't hesitated to call the squad, but have also communicated everything to us. They call frequently with any questions or concerns. The value is good, the studio apartment he has is very large and roomy. The dining room (and whole facility for that matter) is large, open, bright, and airy, and there are NO SMELLS. Housekeeping is included, and the caregivers and nurses have treated him very well. He has also been encouraged to participate in field trips, which he was surprised to find he enjoyed a great deal. And, they transport him to appointments, saving us time!

Nothing I've noticed that they can improve on. Everybody there was exceptional when I was dealing with them. They helped me tremendously with helping to move my mother in there. I really like the place. Out of all the places I went to nothing came close to this place.

They have been great. They were excellent. We didn't have any complaints about anything, not the food or the staff or anything. We just really liked it from the beginning everyone was really nice the whole way through. I would definitely give them a five.

It is a beautiful, homely place with a caring staff (although the kitchen staff - the young ones could be improved a bit). Residents are well monitored & encouraged to take part in the activities & outings. The Gardens also offers in-house health services with Doctor, nurses, lab work, PT, OT, pharmacy, & memory care services which is covered by Medicare. They even allow one pet, which is always therapeutic. My father did not want to leave his lovely home, but seems to be having a good time now at The Gardens of Virginia Beach.

She has only been there for not that long a time. I think they made her transition pretty easy. They were very welcoming when she first arrived. They are very polite. I do not really have any negative things to say.

My loved one came here for a short respite stay, and he liked it very, very much. They tried very hard. The food was good, he even gained a little weight. The people are very nice. The billing was pretty smooth. I would use them again.

They are very professional. They are very caring people. I can highly recommend them. The food is tasty. They are helpful. They have many activities. They have games, sing-a-long's, art projects, and more. They have people come in everyday to sing. They also have trips sometimes. Overall, this is a good facility. I would highly recommend Farmington Square at Eugene. It's a really good facility. I am very pleased.

We were extremely happy with Wynwood. We were thrilled with them from the very first day. Pam and Terry were fantastic. They visited my loved one in rehab and got things approved immediately. They did everything to get him better, but it was too late. They bent over backwards to get everything he needed. They were in touch with us, and called us whenever we couldn't be there, and they were great to us when our loved one passed. They were there to support us. I just can't say enough about the care and support that the staff gave us, and all the residents were just super as well.

We love the people. Everybody there has bent over backwards. We really appreciate all of it. The activities are amazing. She is very dedicated and engaged. It's impressive. The facility is just right. It has a small town atmosphere. It's perfect. We toured a number of facilities, and as soon as my mother walked in the Farmington Square she loved it. She's has been telling everyone about this place.
