I give Magnolia Springs at Bridgewater in Carmel, IN a ten star rating. It was the best choice my wife and children and I could have made. [Removed], executive director, along with all her staff that includes all the caregivers, food servers, and everyone else who makes this place what it is. The food here is good and the menu changes daily. There is always something to do to pass the time, bingo, arts and crafts, card games, live entertainment, everything is spaced so we can join in on all or none of them. They provide transportation to doctors appointments, shopping, church services, or any outings a resident has signed up for. I can't say enough of all the residents I live with. They are all so kind and a joy to be a part of their life. People who live here are from all walks of life and professions. I know they enjoy being a part of this community, Magnolia Springs at Bridgewater. So I vote it as number 1 and I hope you do too.

My mother lived at The Forum the last years of her life and it was just wonderful. She started out in Independent Living and the staff and other residents were so interactive that she really enjoyed it. After a fall, she spent time in the rehab/Healthcare and had excellent care and physical therapy. She then moved to Ambassador Suites/intermediate memory care. I was concerned about this transition but, again, such wonderful and caring people made it easy. Another fall and another stay in Rehab; another experience with the kind and skilled staff. From there she went to a short stay in Bridges which is a higher level of care. She had such caring people; I can't emphasize that enough. She peacefully passed away with family, hospice, and The Forum at her side.

Great place for your family members. My Grandma lives here . The family had concerns with placement it's never easy placing your loved ones, but in just a short time the staff at this facility has made the transition easy. My Grandma has transitioned very easy with all the daily activities. She loves the staff which tells me they are caring well for her. The care and compassion that they provide on a daily basis is a true example of what you would expect in a care home. They go above and beyond for their loved ones. Love this place family friendly environment, !! Love the Staff too and the compassion they provide.

The staff always seem to have a smile on there face and are very friendly. They provide three delicious meals a day and have a variety of snacks in between meals for the residents. Not only is the rooms and the community always kept clean but there is always a fresh and inviting smell.

It's clean and the staff are friendly. So far it's been working out well. We are pretty happy with it. I would give them a five so far, we haven't had any complaints.

My loved one is really enjoying the meals that are provided for her as well as the desserts. The staff has been encouraging and very helpful in getting my mom to participate in activities they have during the day . Overall staff is wonderful and always smiling. I would highly recommend this community to anyone in need of a senior living residence.

I love this place. The building is very clean and the staff is super friendly. They have a wonderful activity program to keep the memory care patients engaged. The staff are also very kind and friendly with the care they give. I would highly recomend Autumn Leaves of Pearland as a place for your loved one. The rooms are also very nice and roomey. I love the fact that they provide all the furniture and lenens also. The community offers such a warm home feel. My Aunt loves this place and the care they provide. Cant say enough good things about their service.

Clean community Staff is very Friendly and provide excellent care to their residents. I love their special programs for Alzhimers and Dementia patients and the warm loving environment they create in the home.

The staff at Rittenhouse seem to work as a team to care for my parents. They have a daily calendar of activities. My parents seem to like the food. I would recommend this clean community.

The community is wonderful. The staff is very helpful and caring for her needs. The food is appealing and offers a good choice in meals. Activities are offered to her when she wants to be involved. I am happy with the care and would recommend this for others that want good care for the value.

It has been a very good experience for my mom and she is really pleased there. The staff do a really good job and I can tell they love what they do there. It is a clean community and my mom is really happy with the meals. She has variety of meals to choose from. This community is close so we can visit or take her out.

I liked it so much, I've rented an apartment there.

The staff are all fabulous i have no complaints . My mother is being well fed the meals are good and healthy . As of now we are hoping to get her into long term care . The staff does try for her to engage in activities to a level of comfort . Everything is fixed around and kept very neat. There are pictures of the residents families on their rooms to remind them of their loved ones.

I have been very happy with them. I would give them a five out of five. I don't have any major complaints at this time.

My loved one and i took a tour of the Orchard Park of Southfork and we really liked it. The staff was very nice and attentive during our tour. The community was clean and well organized. Activities were offered on site and offsite. There was resident parking and transportation available as well. The last thing that we liked was the meal plans available.

My mother and step-father have lived here for about 16 months after moving to Indiana from Florida. They love it, and we are very pleased with the care they get. The staff is wonderful - from the Executive Director to the housekeepers - everyone cares about the residents. The food is very good. There is a wide range of activities for residents and everyone can find something to participate in, no matter what their level of mobility might be. I investigated three or four other retirement communities before recommending Magnolia Springs, and none of the others compared - it was an easy choice. My wife and I enjoy our visits, especially on special occasions like Mother's Day, when the staff goes all out with a wonderful buffet.

Dad has been doing great since moving into Brookdale Ennis. The community is very close to family and friends which we really like. The staff are doing a wonderful job caring for Dad. The staff are very friendly and some have been working there for several years. They take the time to encourage dad to join in on activities. The community is very well kept and clean throughout.

Great all inclusive property. A little bit pricey for our budget but seems it as a place that takes great pride in taking the best care of the residents. good bathroom conditions and easy to maneuver the shower with built-in seat. No freezer in the small refrigerator.

Went to Mountview on Aug 30th. I loved this place. The rates are reasonable, the staff very nice. The rooms were small but cheery. I think this may be the one!!
