I was at Hart Park Square for a total of four days so my exposure was somewhat limited but during that time it was very good. Every staff member seemed to genuinely care about each of the residents. Everyone there, from the caregivers to the maintenance personnel, is very friendly and extremely helpful.

My father was only there for a few hours before he had to go to the hospital, but they were very good. I like that it is a smaller place and a very nice facility where the residents can get really good one on one care and attention. I am a nurse and really look out for little details that will make a place like this great and Rittenhouse Senior Living really is wonderful.

I absolutely love it. I was very concerned about my aunt because she did not have any contact with people her age. Now that she lives here, she is up early in the morning participating in activities and programs. She is having the time of her life. I really do like the place. It's always clean and the people are just wonderful. Even the residents just seem happy and talkative. I would highly recommend this place!

They have been excellent. It's been working out well. The food is food very good. It's clean and the staff is friendly. Other than a few minor communication issues, everything has been great!

I toured this facility while helping a loved one look into senior living, and I was very impressed by what I saw at Leisure Park. The staff here were incredibly supportive throughout the whole process, they were right on top of any questions I had or any information I needed. When I visited all of the residents I spoke to seemed to adore the place, and had nothing but good things to say about all the activities and the food.

I am often in this facility I do not like saying. Facility as it is so home like for the residents. I feel it is a beautiful place and all staff involved and very attentive to the residents needs and go above what is necessary to provide for their needs. They truly treat the residents as if they are family and how they would like them treated themselves. If ready, I would send my mother there.

Feel like my Mom is safe there.She seems to get along well seems happy.

I have only been to this facility once. The facility was very clean. Everyone was very nice. They have great food though. Overall, it was nice.

Morningside at Belgrade is located just off of Route 288 near the Robious and Huguenot Road shopping centers. It is located in a residential area and I immediately thought the location was perfect for easy access to anyone coming to the Richmond area to visit. The feeling I got upon entering the facility was energy. I came by at 2:30pm so typical meal times would be over but there are flexible meal times at this facility so there were residents in the dining room eating. I was introduced to the resident chef and shown the dining areas. The look and feel to me was of being on a cruise ship. There are enough residents that there has to be an early and late seating in the dining area to accommodate all the residents at "regular" meal times but, as I understood, residents could come for a meal at anytime during the dining room hours. The dining area was restaurant style with a menu and an actual display of the menu choices as you entered the dining area. There are also daily a la carte choices. If you like fine foods and feeling like you have the dining flexibility of living on a cruise ship, look no further. There are also snack and hydration stations around the facility. I liked that there seemed to be multiple activities going on throughout the floor that I was on and most residents seemed to be busy and engaged. Truthfully, if I were to choose a place for myself, this would probably be it. All the residents that I saw seemed in good condition, calm and happy to be there. There was one lady who appeared to be from the Memory Care side that was demanding to be released. This seemed to occur right after an organized activity ended. I thought the staff member speaking to her was very appropriate in being understanding and not arguing with her. Eventually, she calmed down and went on to other activities. The rooms are to a standard that I saw everywhere and that standard is nice. This was the least expensive assisted living facility as far as the price I was quoted for my father. I looked at the inspection reports for this facility at the Department of Social Services website and nothing stood out to me. There were violations but they mostly seemed to be in complying with regulations and not serious patient concerns. I am glad the inspectors are very rigorous and that the information is available to the public. The one serious item reported is probably embarrassing to the facility but it was also self-reported by the facility which I find to be an extremely good sign about the character of the people who run Morningside at Bellgrade. I found the report encouraging because of the obvious health of the resident who escaped memory care. The person was found and returned in good health as well. This highlights another thing I liked about Morningside at Bellgrade, their physical therapy facility. The physical therapy room is similar, although a smaller version, to those I have seen at hospitals. I felt confident that my father could receive the physical therapy he needed.

The Emeritus at Camelot Place is a professional and caring organization. They are very careful and they care about people. My overall rating of this property is 5 stars. It has been an excellent experience. The facility is very clean. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. It's just a very caring organization. I really like this facility. It is very nice and everyone is kind. I can't rate the activities. It is not applicable.

I initially had no idea what to expect, and was given a very friendly compassionate caring tour to acclimate us to this new experience. They are doing an excellent job taking care of my mother. The staff there is just incredible, all the way from maintenance all the way up to the director and everyone in between. I could go on and on about how wonderful Magnolia Springs Bridgewater is. it truly is a magnificent place.

Every employee at this facility goes above and beyond to assist. Every email is answered promptly. Every issue or request is responded to promptly. I think this place is Awesome in every way. The employees love the residents and treat everyone like family. I toured several Assisted Living facilities and needed on with Memory Care (when the time comes for Mom). This is the place I loved and chose. I have no regrets. It is a difficult transition for my parents (leaving their home of 40 years). But, slow, but sure we are all working together to make this work. I feel my parents are safe and well cared for.

It is a wonderful place to work....the staff really care about the residents. The facility is lovely, the management and care team are committed to providing their best for the residents. The food is really good too!

My mother did a respite stay here for a week or so and we just loved everything. We have no complaints about this community.

Great atmosphere and friendly/attendant staff. Dining and daily activities noteworthy. After a month and one half, very satisfied with choice.

They were so accommodating with my family's needs. We had pretty specific needs and they met all of them. My grandma made real friends there. They were excellent in communicating with me and my family. My overall rating of this property is 5 stars. I would highly recommend the Elmcroft of Xenia. It was a great and positive experience. Everything went very well. Everyone was so friendly. The care services were great.

So far, so good. Mom is content. The food has been good. They clean the rooms once a week. I would rate them highly, a five out of five.

We toured (and selected!) this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Our loved one has not moved in yet, but we've been very impressed by Birchwood at Canco already! The tour was very thorough and informative, and the staff have all been a big help throughout the whole process!

My mother-in-law felt right at home the day she moved into Ashley Pointe. The small number of residents helps to create a home like atmosphere. The facility is very clean and well laid out. We visit often and appreciate the caring and friendly staff. Mom has made many new friends and tells everyone about the delicious meals and how happy she is at her new home.
