At Brookdale Plymouth I like the way the staff seems to know and care about all the residents. I have no complaints at this point. Overall it has a good experience so far.

Incredibly nice and professional. The move in process was flawless. Thier marketing director was responsive, compassionate and truly made us feel wanted and welcomed. Our family couldn't be happier and my dad is thriving!

Our experience with Elmcroft of Medina has been a good one, overall! The people here are very friendly, and they were a big help throughout the whole touring and move-in process. They really went out of their way to answer my questions and show me the sort of care they could provide my loved one. It's a very nice looking place, and they seem to take good care of the people who live here!

The staff is kind at the Farmington Square at Salem. They are very courteous, kind, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this facility for others to visit and stay.

Orchard Park of Kyle is going great. They are awesome. The value is great. She is in memory care and doesn't really participate in activities. I know they do listen to music though. They have a movie room. I've been really happy with them especially for the value. It's absolutely what we are looking for. Sometimes when I call I cant get people to answer the phone. That's my only complaint. It is a little frustrating as a family member to not be able to get a hold of an actual person. It happens occasionally though. Other that we really love this facility.

My family has found that Winterberry Heights has been an excellent choice for my mother. The cleanliness and beauty of the facility make it a truly enjoyable home for my mother and a pleasant place for us to visit her. The staff are always professional, friendly, and warm. They truly care about the residents. The dining facilities are wonderful; it is an advantage that families can purchase meals there and eat with the residents. The restaurant-like atmosphere is wonderful and the food is excellent. This is not your typical institutional type food--it is well prepared and tasty and offers options that will please anyone. Often I try to visit my mother during lunch or dinner so we can enjoy a nice meal together without the stress of having to take her out to eat which can be difficult due to her mobility issues. Winterberry Heights has been able to adjust her level of care to accommodate her needs when she has been feeling under the weather or going through challenging times. They willingly and easily adjust to meet the level of independence for the resident at any time. The warmth and friendliness of the staff is reflected in the residents who are also very warm and welcoming. I believe this is due to the role modeling of the staff and the happiness of people living there. Every time I visit I feel like I am making new friends as everyone goes out of their way to say hello. Although my mother is not one for organized activities, she has been willing to try some of the varied activities at Winterberry and surprisingly found out how much she liked them. The variety of activities and entertainment would please anyone. I enjoy sitting with my mother for the entertainment, especially the musical performances which are excellent. Before my mother moved to Winterberry Heights, we tried having her live in her own home with support and also having her live in my home with my family. Neither option worked well and I was constantly worried about her while I was at work or away from her. Now I know that she is safe, happy, and well cared for by staff who really do like and care for her. This is such a relief. The price for services is very reasonable and I would recommend this facility to any family.

Finding the right place for your parents can be a challenge. The Staff at Lakeside is beyond exceptional! Helene is INCREDIBLE!!!! A true gift to residents. The entire staff from Dawn to Cheryl are wonderful, very friendly and extremely supportive. My Mother is a new resident and already 'family'. She is well rested and well fed. She calls to rave about the food. She is happy and making friends. This transition has been made as easy as possible thanks to Helene and her staff. We could not have asked for a better outcome. MANY MANY THANKS to ALL at Lakeside.

This was our choice, and we would have liked for our loved one to go here. We had a deposit down and everything. Unfortunately our loved one took a turn for the worse and this was no longer an appropriate match. They were really good and tried to work with us, they even tore up the deposit, when we realized we couldn't move here.

I believe this is the place for my parents, now the paper work is in progress. I feel we will get the care we want for our parents, its been a journey. All of our questions and needs have been addressed.

My dad is happy at Elmcroft of Arlington. So far he is happy with the food and the activities. He has made a lot of friends there. It has been an overall good experience. I have been happy with this facility.

It was a good experience with Mountview Senior Living. All of the staff members are taking good care of my loved one over there. I would have to give it a five - star rating overall and five - stars again for the subcategories.

I think the facility itself as far as decor and amenities is top notch. My father raved about the food. The only problem he had was getting around because he became more and more tired. The facility was wonderful about coming to get him and pushing his wheelchair when he did get tired.

She chose a studio room which has a walk-in closet,coat & storage closet, kitchenette to store all her snacks and cookies she must have with a microwave and mini fridge in the room. The bathroom has storage drawers on each side under the sink and plenty space. She loves the walk out patio door and deck with a storage closet off the deck for season storage of flower pots and patio chairs. It could even fit a small christmas tree and ornaments if carefully arranged. Brad and Alexa have been fabulous to us. Even the difficult visit with my mom when in the hospital 2 months ago did not dissuade them from continuing contact with me and the additional 2 visits with mom to the facility and their visit to my home. The staff all seem extremely caring.

Overall, it has been excellent. the sales people were informative and the move-in helpers did a terrific job. My loved one has been there for a little while, and any odds and ends that come up are taken care of immediately. They do an outstanding job.

The caring and friendliness of the people at this facility is exceptional. The only issue that I have is that sometimes when I visit, my Mom's room is not as clean as it should be. The rest of the facility is very orderly.

Elmcroft of Xenia is a beautiful facility. The manager was singing A Capella out of a hymn book. He said he had been singing at his church since he was a kid. I thought that was really neat. We came in unannounced so I know it wasn't staged or anything. They had a farmers market that they had outside for the residents recently. They had animals for the residents to see and a cook out. They have music that they can listen to with i pods that really helps patients with Alzheimer's especially while showering. It really calms their fears. So far so good at this facility.

I am quite happy with Elmcroft of Lorain. There is a lot of empathy for personal situations that are difficult. The food at this facility is excellent. I have nothing to complain about. It has been a good experience here.

Our experience with Brookdale Edina has been a very good one so far! They've come through on everything that they promised during the touring process, and our loved one really seems to enjoy it here. The facility is clean and well kept, and everyone seems very friendly!

I toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. This seemed like a nice place! It was clean, the staff and residents looked like they got along well, and there seemed to be a lot of activities. It was a bit too far to be an option for our family, but it was somewhere I would have been comfortable placing my loved one.

We love it, the staff are all very, very kind, and willing to go out of their way to make it wonderful. It's just a matter of getting used to the food, it's good, we have had it, it's just different than what our loved one is used to. I was so amazed when we walked in the first time, the head chef stepped out and introduced himself to us, as did the nurse and the other nurses and med-techs. Anytime we have a question they stop what they are doing, and help us. They were comparable in price to others, and I like the point system that they use. Other places felt like they were selling us, Elmcroft felt like they were opening their arms to us.
