We're very pleased with how things have turned out at Elmcroft of Arlington! It's a beautiful facility, the staff is friendly and caring, and they're taking great care of my loved one. It is expensive, but the pricing is all inclusive so you don't need to worry about it increasing based on care needs.They also have a lot of great amenities to offer! They have a busy activity schedule, and the food is delicious! My loved one seems very happy here!

They have a caring staff. The facility is light, bright and and very friendly!

They offer activities but I can't get my parent to participate in them.

It is a very good place and she is enjoying it there.

My parents moved in last spring. The staff are plentiful and caring, wonderful people. My dad recently passed away. Staff kept a constant eye on him and kept him comfortable and us well informed. They also kept my mom involved in activities especially when my dad's health was failing and have made her feel part of the community which has made it much easier for her. I cannot say enough good things about Brookstone. They are professional, maintain a quality staff who go beyond the call of duty and very low staff turnover. I am 100% satisfied with the care they have received at Brookstone.

A fantastic Memory Care unit, with outstanding nursing care. This service will help my father to stay in a home environment and not a skilled nursing home facility.

The caregivers at Myrtle Beach Estates are excellent to work with and very helpful in all areas of my parents relocation.

I think that the employees at the Farmington Square have done an excellent job with communicating my loved ones needs and keeping the family up-to-date on her condition and letting us know what is going on.

They do some things very well, but we just had a problem with them recently. One thing that has really bothered me is that they have not had ice the entire time, their ice machine is broken, and my father has gotten dehydrated. Also, they really promote themselves as family oriented and they have done nothing as far as checking in on him, and nobody welcomes me when I walk in. So I am just a little off-put right now. In general, the staff and the care are pretty good though.

I highly recommend Farmington Square Tualatin. They are caring, supportive, communicate concerns well and promptly with family members, serve tasty, nutritious food, keep the facility and grounds clean and neat, give prescription medications meticulously; housekeeping and laundry services are first rate. Transitioning our loved one with dementia from his home to memory care was very difficult for us emotionally, but the staff provided support and care not only to the new resident, but also to us, the family. We have visited unannounced at all hours and always find caring, intelligent, dedicated staff and well-cared-for residents. We visited other facilities before choosing this one, and one of the primary reasons for our choice was the quality of the staff, and their ability to hire, train, and utilize people who care, are gentle, and capable of dealing with the broad spectrum of emotions and behaviors of residents with dementia and their families. We are comfortable knowing that our loved one is well, happy, provided with activities, supervised 24/7, and we don't have to worry about his care.

They seem to super friendly to the family whenever we come. They let my loved one call us anytime he wants. He seems happy there and any time we have gone in they have been doing activities, so I think it is fine.

Everything over there is great. The people over there are taking good care of Granny very well.

Everyone that works there is so nice!!!!

They seem to be doing pretty well. My Father has not voice any complaints. There might have been a minor issue in the beginning, but it was resolved.

A representative from A Place for Mom guided us to The Wellstead of Rogers, This representative was fantastic; she knew that our loved one had some unique needs. She was open and always very honest and straightforward with us. We toured the Wellstead of Rogers facility and knew it was the best choice for a "forever home" for our loved one. The staff at The Wellstead was friendly, so helpful and flexible-the entire moving experience was a joy. Our loved one is content and happy now and we know that he is in a safe, welcoming community.

My Father was in there a week and he fell and they were on it immediately. They called me immediately and they are just right on top of things. My Mother is there too and if something happens they always react immediately.

Leisure Park is immaculate. The staff is amazingly friendly. They are very well trained. They are very enthusiastic. My mother is a very happy woman. The only hiccup we had is she sold her home and this facility told her they would have a place. As it turned out they only had a 2 bedroom 2 bath. So she had to move into it until the one she wanted became available. So then she recently had to move again. They staff there really made it the less stressful though. They helped her move everything. She says the food is excellent. We come from a family of cooks and she is very pleased. There are 2 brothers that play the piano and sing, exercise classes, video bowling, and a lot more to keep her occupied. The staff encourage meeting new people. When she was new they encouraged her to sit at different tables in the dining room and meet new residents. She is a very happy woman. Even driving her to Dr. appointments is great here. They drop her off and pick her up right up at the door. Great kindness is extended to her there. I would highly recommend this facility.

I have been most satisfied with Brookdale Park Place. They are very good. I am in touch with the staff there and they say things are going as well as could be expected. No news is good news. They are friendly. I am very happy with this facility.

Elmcroft of Bedford is doing a good job. They are very caring. The staff treat everyone like one big family. I cant think of any improvements for them to make. Dad is very pleased and thinks it is a nice place. The food is great and it's just been an overall good experience.

My wife is in assisted living with the facility. We had to go out and get our own services because my wife has a catheter and they do not provide services for this. She teaches some of the activities and we participate with her.
