Everyone has been so kind, and helpful to Mom since she arrived. Transferring from another facility that she has lived at for 5 years was stressful, but the staff and residents were so kind to make her feel at home. If you're looking for exclusive features, you won't find them here. The whole place is extremely clean, well taken care of, but instead of beautiful features which are really not important, the staff is totally focused on the residents. I'm not saying the place is unattractive. It is. You walk in and are impressed with how well taken care of the whole place is. I couldn't find dirt or dust anywhere. The rooms are spacious. Mom is sharing a room and her room mate is very nice, and there is plenty of space for the both of them. All in all, we are very happy and glad that we moved Mom to Charlotte Square.

My mother in-law was in the ALF. I can't say enough good about the staff, care and homey environment. They were always just a phone call away if you needed to talk with someone about your loved ones care. We went to visit weekly and stopped in when not expected. They are familiar with the needs of older individuals. My mother in-law was a functioning Alzheimer's patient but would have mood swings. They found the correct medication for her to keep her functioning, crocheting etc. without appearing to be medicated at all. They adjusted as was necessary. She was happier than we had seen her all her life. She loved the staff. They called if there were problems and discussed care options. They also put on wonderful holiday and monthly shows for the residents, they took those who were able out to lunch, did daily chair exercises and craft activities as well as a variety of games that they loved to play. They have a lovely dining area, choices of food like ordering off a menu and have a living room like atmosphere with a large screen TV. They also allow those able to go out to sit by the pool and sit on the porch that has a grill for planned picnic like activities. Supervised by staff when necessary. There was one pet dog that was well known by residents and I noticed that at least one person had a white cat in their room. Never saw it out of their room so I'm guessing that it was their personal cat. The staff knew all the residents by name and were very helpful as the same people cared for your loved one daily because they had no one leave their position for years. Many of the staff had been long time employees. The areas were always clean and well kept. Every problem that you brought to their attention was addressed. My mother in law would come to our holiday visits and would ask to go back to her home when she was ready. When we initially placed her in the ALF, her initial attitude was that she admittedly did not want to stay and was verbally and nearly physically abusive about it. Glaring daggers at me. They advised that we not come back for a few days to a week, for her to get used to the idea and they were right. She lived their for many years and was happy and content. The Director, Sue Gianelli knows her stuff when it comes to Senior behavior and medical needs. I would highly recommend.

I enjoyed the people from the moment I arrived at Elmcroft of Bedford. I didn't want to be there but I will say everything went really well. It was a good experience overall. I was nice to everyone and everyone was nice to me.

I thought that the whole process was really great at Somerford House & Place Newark. From the site visit to the implementation. Everyone was very responsive. I really appreciated that there was a quick turn around for my grandmother who is 99. She fell and we needed to get her in a safe environment fast. The whole process was very quick. We were just blown away. Somerford allowed us to bring grandmother to lunch and see how she liked it there. Things have gone as smoothly as possible. I think it is the right place for her. My grandmothers only complaint here is that they do too much for her. She is used to being independent but I explained to her that it's for her own safety. The staff members were very accommodating here. We were delighted by everything.

So far so good. We haven't had any complaints or concerns come up since we got there. I've tried the food and it's good. We chose it because of how clean it was and how friendly the staff was when we were first touring. We like it and so far it's really working out.

The activities are phenomenal, they keep everyone active. I think they could work on communication regarding medical issues though. But I have been very happy with the place, Clare Bridge is a great facility.

I checked out several facilities and Elmcroft was by far the cleanest and nicest place. I had no qualms placing my mother there. She has been there 4 weeks now and thoroughly loves it!! The food is very good. The staff is friendly. No regrets.

Overall, I think that the staff is very good at The Wellstead of Rogers. There is not much else to say about the place besides that. The ratings I gave for each of the categories represent my opinion of the place.

They just need some additional staff, like more aides in the evening. I think they are hiring more people now, so it is improving, but that is really my only complaint. They have been real helpful with my mother and have gone out of their way to accommodate us.

The people that work there that take care of the residents do a really good job. They are all very friendly. I am concerned about the excess of medication however, I think it is overdone and I do not like that.

Our Mom hasn't been in residence very long, but in the time she has been there is any indication of how it is going to be, we couldn't be happier. Rittenhouse is a beautiful place, with flowers and furniture, it actually looks a bit like a nice hotel. The staff are all nice, very helpful and so patient. Making Mom feel at home is our first priority, and everyone at Rittenhouse has been willing to help us achieve this goal. Vicki Mullins is great, she has been the most helpful in helping us on this leg of our Mom's journey. She understands this is difficult, not only for Mom, but for us as well.

So far so good. They take her to the assisted living side to do the activities. The memory care can get boring, the people aren't very alert. They have been pretty accommodating. It's a nice clean facility, you don't get those smells, like in some other places. She likes the food. I like the fact that they have a podiatrist that comes once a month. Jason and Megan both have been wonderful. So far I have been very pleased.

Our experience with Myrtle Beach Estates has been a very good one! The staff here is very friendly and professional, and they really helped a lot through the whole transition. The medical care here is great, the nurse Faye really goes above and beyond making sure the residents are well taken care of!

My Husbands Grandmother was At Farmington Square for about a year and the Staff were great with her, she ended up going on hospice care, but during her last days the staff made her very comfortable and took GREAT care of her as well as gave the family the support they needed during the difficult time. I would HIGHLY recommend Farmington Square for their loved ones.

I think what they do really well is the personal connection with the people, which was what the deciding factor was in choosing them against another facility. You can definitely tell it is personal for them.

Moving my mother into Assisted Living and then shortly into Dementia Care was an emotional tornado for my family. The staff extended themselves above and beyond to make her comfortable, as well as assist our family in the transition. It is clean. The staff friendly and caring. Most of all, my mom is happy. She is safe and happy. We feel blessed to have found Rittenhouse

The activities are great at Wellstead of Rogers. The staff is so attentive. They get the residents involved. Getting mom integrated here so was so seamless. The staff has reached out to us asking what they could do better. They are so warm and caring. From the business office down everyone has been so helpful. They have gone above and beyond. My parents are glad to be here. Cant ask for more.

Without a doubt the very nicest assisted living community we have seen. We have chosen this place for our family member -- we and he are now extremely satisfied. The staff seem exceptional in helping both the residents and related family members. Mountview Senior Living was a godsend to our family in finding a wonderful living situation for our elder family member.

So far the experience with The Wellstead of Rogers has been great. Overall it has been a great experience. I know that my father likes living there. He told me that he thought he would never be living in a place that nice. He has only been there for a couple of months, so far we are very satisfied with things overall.

This is a wonderful place to put your love one. The staff is excellent, they treat you with respect and return phone calls promptly. Also the staff is there for you love one, they check up on them if they need help or anything. I would recommend this place for everyone. I don't believe that you will find a better place to feel very safe and comfortable placing your love one here.
