I was very pleased with the overall care that my dad received here. We chose this facility because everything just seemed better, the staff were nicer and easier to work with, our first contact with them was pleasant, and affordability and location. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for Alzheimer's care for their loved one.

We couldn't be happier with the care and services provided by Magnolia Springs, Southpointe. Especially during the 2020 pandemic; The staff has proven time and time again their main concern is for their residents safety and welfare. Magnolia has made it possible to see our relatives, while ensuring their safety through strict social distancing guidelines. These extra steps have allowed the residents to stay not only physically healthy but has also accommodated their emotional well being. I believe that emotional well being is just as important to them and to us, as caregivers. I want to give much thanks to all the staff for caring for our loved ones with so much devotion and so lovingly.

We chose Brookdale Eden Prairie because it is strictly a memory care facility, so everything was secure and set up with a lot of thought into memory care. The room sizes here are small, but they are all private rooms so you do not have to share with a roommate. I ate here before and the food was alright. My favorite part about the community would be that its small and everybody knows everybody.

Staff are kind and caring and go above and beyond to ensure that all residents are happy, engaged and safe. The dining room has an extensive and delicious menu and really caters to the residents' preferences. If you are thinking of an assisted living facility, please schedule a tour and see it first hand - we are so happy we found Magnolia Springs!

My MIL has increasing dementia. She was in Assisted Living in Minnesota, but when they could no longer care for her, we moved her to Magnolia Springs Southpointe so she could be nearer to us. They are open, communicative, and the staff is really caring and patient. It's been hard during covid, but the Administration and staff has been taking excellent care of the residents, and have worked hard to ensure there have been no cases. That really gives us peace of mind. When things open up more, we look forward to visiting the facility frequently again, and taking my MIL to lunch in the lovely main dining room. I highly recommend this facility in every way .
