Magnolia Springs has been a blessing to our family - especially during this pandemic. The staff has provided such great, SAFE care to all the residents even though the times are touch. The safe surroundings for limited visits are greatly appreciated. Thanks for making my dad smile!

We chose this facility mostly because of the affordability. The room sizes here seem very generous, my mother has a 1 bedroom and it is plenty of space for her. Pre-covid, the food was very good and she was happy with it. It has been a little limited now due to the virus. The best part about the facility would be that they are very good at communication, especially with the families during COVID. I also like that they have a mentor program where they help her get involved. One downside is the transportation to appointments. It has been a hustle trying to get her places due to the bus service. Overall, I would recommend.

Our first impression of Birchwoods was that it was excellent. For us it was a very good value, but for those who loved ones were more independent it would be more higher priced, but for us it was perfect. The CNA's at this community were great, we also brought in outside services to help out like a physical therapist. The rooms at this community are very functional, they did offered a variety of room sizes to choose from depending on what you needed.The food was good, no excellent but overall good.

This is a nice place and a low amount to be there, it's not a bad price compared to others. The food is good. The nursing staff is taking care of my loved one. The room is nice and they were able to furnish some of the room. We were able to bring our loved's one bed and chair.

Great facility with friendly staff who display professionalism and take great care of residents.

It's really good. It was a big adjustment for me to move and everything has worked out wonderfully.

I have lived in 4 different retirement facilities, independent and assisted living, over the last 12 years, in two states. Magnolia Springs Lex is by far the best of the 4 in all areas of review.

Magnolia Springs is a wonderful facility - easily one of the best in the state of Kentucky. The staff and management are very welcoming, friendly, and truly caring. Residents are very happy with a true sense of community. The facility is always spotless and even with COVID, there is always something fun for residents to do.

I am a Hospice Nurse who sees patients at this facility and I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff are to work with. They truly love their residents and trust them like family. I love working with them as they are always available to give me updates on my patients. They work hard to keep them safe and keep them comfortable. I love this place!

Everyone on the staff is excellent, warm and so accomodating for all my husband's needs. This is a very special home and [name removed] has done a great job booking visits. Thank you!

We are thankful Mom is at Farmington Square. We had no idea when we toured a little over a year ago, that Farmington Square would end up being Mom’s home. We appreciate the attention and care Mom receives from your staff. Her consistency in care has been remarkable. Med-tech’s, [name removed] and [name removed], are great! They express their thoughts, insights, and recommendations openly to me. I appreciate this because they are my eyes and ears into Mom right now. [name removed] is beyond her years in communication, knowledge and skills. From day one, she has been key in Mom’s care. I appreciate her teamwork and communication with Hospice. Most recently [name removed] helped clear up a medication order improperly being given to Mom. [name removed] and [name removed] are amazing! They are creative, helpful, and seek special activities for Mom. The Caregivers seem in tune with Mom. At her previous community, she would complain about so many things. Now, not so much. Mom is a complainer by nature. At Farmington, she seems more settled. From the moment she went into her studio, and Porfy noticing Mom’s bed would be too high for Mom to safely get in and out, I was comforted in her being at Farmington. I appreciate the Skype calls and Window visits. During Covid-19 and the visitor restrictions, your staff have been consistent and accommodating.

Magnolia Springs, Florence, KY is a beautiful facility. The caring staff is genuinely kind and considerate. They show patience while interacting with the residents. This helps the residents to be more comfortable and develop a “home” environment.

The staff at Magnolia Springs Florence has done an outstanding job caring for my parent. They have done an amazing job during the pandemic. Our family has great confidence in Magnolia Springs Florence.

Magnolia springs takes excellent care of my mother. Mom has lived there for two years and is doing better than we ever expected. Meals are fabulous and mom had put on a few pounds over the two years. She has friends and loves the staff. Beautiful facility. Lots of fun activities. Covid has put a damper on things. But the staff is going over board to help everyone get thru these hard times. High recommend.

My mother was very reluctant to move from her home of many years. When we found Magnolia Springs, right away we knew it was going to be a good fit. My mother is more relaxed, has 3 very nice meals per day and plenty of activities to participate in. The entire staff from the director on down are all incredibly friendly and helpful and genuinely care about all the residences. A great place to have your loved ones cared for.

Magnolia Springs is great. My mom loves it there. They take good care of her and have wonderful staff who look after her. I know she is in good hands and that gives me peace of mind. They have done a great job keeping COVID out of the facility and keeping the residents safe.

My mother has lived at Magnolia Springs since April 2017 and we can't say enough about the organization and facility. Management and staff are extremely friendly, patient and caring. And even more important to us -and her- is that we have seen very low employee turnover, unlike at previous facilities (2) she has lived in. The facility is well maintained and clean. Although we know some families are unhappy with the Covid safety measures Magnolia Springs employs, we are not one of those families. Our mother's safety is more important to us than having meals with her or taking her out. We are so pleased our family refers to Magnolia Springs as "Mom's Disneyland".

Thanks you for giving me the opportunity to rate Magnolia Springs in Florence KY. My husband has been in the Memory Way unit since January of this year. The staff has been responsive, caring, diligent and friendly. I have been very impressed and happy with my choice of Magnolia Springs.

Magnolia Springs Loveland has been the perfect place for my mom! Every level of staff is caring and compassionate, competent and professional. The living environment is beautiful (which was very important to my mom!) Staff knows each resident personally, and makes the extra effort to bring joy into each resident’s day. Further, their partnerships with the local medical community have allowed my mother to receive exceptional doctor’s care, as well as speech, physical and occupational therapy, without ever leaving the building. Staff has also provided me with valuable guidance and emotional support as my mom’s care needs have changed. I have peace in knowing my mom is receiving the care she needs and is being loved like family. I can’t imagine there being a better place out there!
