This place is wonderful. Unfortunately, my mom's situation won't allow us to place her here at this time, but when it does, I would feel confident in choosing Magnolia Springs. [name removed] is the best. She has provided us with a wealth of knowledge and has gone above and beyond the call of duty when speaking with us. Her follow up and genuine care are truly admirable. If that is any indication as to the type of care given to residents there, I feel confident this is the best place for seniors I have seen. I would recommend Magnolia Springs to anyone looking for a wonderful, caring place for their loved one.

Magnolia Springs of a Loveland is a tremendous place! I am a vendor that visits quite a few communities on a regular basis and I can honestly say that the level of care and passion I have routinely witnessed at Magnolia Springs is unmatched. The staff are always polite to myself and my team. The interactions between the staff and the residents are always loving. The building is kept clean inside and out! They definitely have a commitment to quality service and creating a home atmosphere for the residents. I’ve never written a review for anything in my life, but I felt during such difficult times we are faced with, the work these individuals are doing deserves some praising! Keep up the great work!

I entered Magnolia Springs in October 2019 with my husband who had dementia. We found it to be a very friendly and warm place. Several months after we moved in my husband became very ill and had to be admitted to the hospital. The help that I got was amazing. I was driven to the hospital to visit my husband every day and everyone was quite concerned about his condition. I felt very cared for and loved. Since that time, my husband had to be moved to memory care. He has received such support, care, and because of their programs that stimulate him, he has become well-adjusted and quite happy. I'm very happy and feel blessed that I chose Magnolia Springs because it has been a life saver for me and my husband.

I am so happy for my Mother and Sister-in-law to be a part of this community. My Mother would not have come if her faithful dog had not been allowed too. Not only is my Mother thriving from the variety of activities, but she is happy with the acceptance and care of her dog. My Sister-in-law is is happy with her care and has made this her home. She also loves the different activities that they have. She went there at Christmas time and the day she entered we were sent a video of her helping in the office and walking the halls singing Jingle Bells. We couldn't ask for a more caring community for both of them. All staff have been impressive and we do not have to worry about them communicating with us when needed. What a great place for anyone who can't continue to live in their own home and how lucky for us we have our loved ones there.

It is always difficult to make the decision to place your loved one into a facility. It was something we struggled with for a long time. We finally found Magnolia Springs and April helped us through the process of getting grandma into her new home. Where we know she will be safe and cared for. She has been there for a few months and we are happy to see grandma socializing for the first time in years. She has made friends and really enjoys all the activities that Magnolia can do during Covid. The staff are very caring and have her best interest at heart! We are so thankful for Magnolia Springs and Staff.

Huge facility, great layout, close to the downtown area, rooms are a bit dated but amenities make up for it

The staff at Brookdale Northville are some of the most caring and loving people I have ever met. They really take time to get to know the Residents and treat them like family. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to extend their family in caring for their parent/loved one. Just give them a call and they take care of the rest.

From what we can tell everything at this community seems to be clean and nice, but due to COVID we have not been able to visit for awhile. We speak to the staff members through the phone and they are very friendly. Our love done is in the memory care and she is very very happy there.

Covid-19 has been a challenge. [name removed] has thrown in her heat and soul to keep all in this community safe and healthy. The staff and employees have come together to be under her leadership and creativity, an effective team with hard work and dedication toward this same goal. A great place to live, a great place to work.

Despite these changing times we have been taught to cope and when to take after precautions. The changes in management certainly protected all of us. I am at this stage in my life I am extremely grateful for the knowledge and actions they shared. Three words may cover how it feels: monumental, heroic , selfless each, and every one of our people shared support with grace under pressure. Constant visits for temps, etc. to make certain we were well. Activities to keep us busy. Always something to do. Even meals to our rooms. Everything seemed to run as if they were always that way. All with a smile and we miss you in every department. Beleive me they know how to do excellence here.

Magnolia Springs at Bridgewater in Carmel, IN is a beautiful facility with many amenities at our disposal. All the people here (administrators, caregivers, food services, housekeeping, activity personnel, maintenance, and fellow residents) work together to make this a truly outstanding place to live. We are constantly stepping up to meet the ever-changing challenges that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought into the world. I feel especially blessed to call it my home.

We are happy here. The management and staff are very efficient and helpful.

I am very happy here. I live here with my wife. Somehow I got Covid-19 in April 2020. I was hospitalized 4 days then spent 14 days in quarantine by myself until I tested negative. Luckily my wife did not get it. I can't think of anything that Magnolia Springs did or can do to keep us any safer. I am very comfortable here.

I have lived here 6 years and it is wonderful! The employees all like each other and help each other! The employees all smile and are very friendly and helpful to residents! The food is very tasty... lots of variety... plentiful! The top bosses are always available and you can always talk to them! The building is beautiful and spacious. Plus a gazebo and a pond with fish and ducks!

My first day here at Magnolia Springs was [date removed]. My family came for Thanksgiving dinner. It was a lovely welcome for me and the family. We have church groups come and singing groups often. At Christmas, they take us on a tour of the city around us to see the Christmas lights and decorations. If you can't be at home by yourself this is the place to be. We are well protected from the virus.

This is a great place to live.

This facility is not perfect but compared to the others I have seen and heard about it's tops.

Magnolia became my home in October 2018, 3 years ago. After having many serious falls in my 2 story house, my family urged me to sell my property and move to a safe elderly environment. My wife had died 10 years prior and I had been retired from corporate work for 20 years. We researched several local senior living homes and Magnolia was our choice! I enjoy many new friends and activities.

We chose Walnut Creek because we were in a time crunch and it was one of the nicest facilities that we had toured. It is smaller and more intimate than some of the bigger places with better individualized care. The room sizes were great, he was in a semi-private room. The food was also great, I ate here quite a bit and they were all chef prepared meals. My favorite part about the community was how friendly everybody was, they make everyone feel included with activities.
