They did a marvelous job at securing the community during the Coronavirus. They gave us puzzles, Etc daily to help us keep busy, an event had outdoor music and entertainment periodically so that we could hear and observe even when we were shut-in.

I would highly recommend this community. Compared to other communities in the area for the price. The staff are always friendly, and always interacting with residents and families. They have made an exception for me to come in and see my loved one due to them being on hospice. I've been given a COVID test and answer questions. This has allowed me to spend time with my loved one daily.

Surrounded by a gorgeous walking trail through nature, Magnolia Springs East is great for seniors who love to enjoy socializing, good food, activities, and walks through the great outdoors. It’s often difficult to find assisted living communities that provide high-quality care at an affordable price. I know from experience that Magnolia Springs East provides everything you could possibly need in your retirement days. I have seen, first hand, how dedicated the staff is to ensuring that their residents are happy and healthy on a daily basis. They are also excellent at communicating updates to their residents’ loved ones and arranging for safe visitation during these very difficult times.

We chose Mountview Senior Living because it was close to her home and and they had availability. The facility itself was also very nice. The room sizes here are adequate based on others that we saw. My mom is very happy with the food, she says it is good and has had no complaints. I would recommend, she is very content here.

This community is the best place available. They are well-staffed and professional, the director is hands on and in the community, and everyone knows us and my loved one. I had high expectations and have never been disappointed. I would definitely recommend this community

Having lived in another community I expected more of the same. But this place really surprised me. This place is wonderful!!!

We really liked the facility and thought they were very helpful, they always followed through with everything they said they would do. We originally chose Farmington Square because they seemed more concerned about my mom and making it work for her rather than filling a space. The best part about this community was the residents, they were all very friendly and my mom enjoyed their company. I would recommend it.

I am an ambassador at Elmcroft and have lived here for 12 years. I like the homey atmosphere here and the staff treats me like family. They are great!

I can’t tell you how wonderful Magnolia Springs East is to work with. The place is top notch and if your looking to place a family member in an assisted living look no further than here. The executive director is very involved and knows the smallest to the largest details on each of her residents. That’s very hard to find these days. And let me tell you about the food! It’s like eating at a gourmet restaurant. This place checked all the boxes when we decided to place our loved one.

After 6 years of convincing, my dad moved to Magnolia Springs a year ago. It's one of the best decisions we've ever made as a a family. Even in Covid-19, my dad is thriving because of the authentic level of care and compassion of ALL employees. We visited a handful of times over a year before he made his decision. The fact everyone knew his name immediately and the attentiveness was real, and lasts to this day. We are well acquainted with most facilities on the east side of Cincinnati and this, by far, is the best fit for my dad in terms of staff, care, community, amenities, size and convenience. We miss visiting him in his apartment, but understand that the means MS had taken has kept ALL residents safe. Even with restrictions, MS is as accommodating as possible, helping my dad gather mail to bring out so we can sort, delivering groceries we bring, hosting a non-contact 95th birthday celebration that worked well and ferrying my dad in their classic Cadillac to medical appointments. Staff has really stepped into this pandemic, taking over duties family would usually perform if we were allowed inside. And they do so cheerfully, with grace and compassion. They truly enjoy their work. If this community is in your reach, don't hesitate.
