I have had nothing but good experiences with this community. The food is very good and they offer a good varity. I would definitely recommend this community to others.

My mother has been a resident at Magnolia Springs for three years. She first had a spacious apartment in the Assisted Living part of the facility. As she required more and assistance she moved to Memory Way. The caregivers in both wings are caring and personable. They provide excellent care. During this pandemic it has been difficult for me to not be able to visit Mom in her apartment but window visits and socially distanced visits in the dining room have provided opportunities for us to visit. I am thankful that the staff have kept all the residents safe and healthy. Today when I visited Mom through her window on our phones I was delighted to see that caregivers had put up her Christmas tree and decorated her apartment for the holidays. It had really bothered me that I wouldn't be able to do that for her. Thank you, Memory Way staff for making Mom's holiday brighter!

My mom likes the exercise activities they provide. We have been very happy with this facility. They have been on top of covid from day 1. The communication has been amazing, they have laid out the plan and let us know of any changes. I would recommend this community to others.

We think Green Tree was fantastic, and the lady who ran it was accommodating and transparent. She was very welcoming and warm, and the staff members were great. The community was clean and there were no fowl smells. We think it was very fair value, and when it came to the care services they were very attentive to our loved one.

The people stood out to us, as well as the upcoming plans they had for the community. The rooms are great, and the food is very good. We would recommend this community to a family or friend.

My mom has lived here for almost 2 years. She needed a place that would provide safety and medicine reminders as well as help with household chores and meals. Her ability to have an apartment with her own furniture and belongings were a priority for her. Wyndcrest has met all those needs and then gone beyond our expectations. She has very skilled caregivers that she considers friends. They treat her like family, and they treat me like family too. It is a huge relief to know that she is in a safe and caring place.

Wonderful facility, great staff. Tuscany Villa takes great care with its residents. It's always clean. And, if there is a concern or question, someone will always responds quickly. The staff is friendly. The food is good.

Tuscany Villa of Naples has been nothing short of terrific and a Godsend for my mom. She’s been there 3+ years. At first she was reluctant to move, but ALL of the staff has been wonderful in making her comfortable and happy. Like a miracle! She has new friends, participates in activities - more than I hoped for - she had been pretty much a loner before. The facility is clean, furnished lovely, but more importantly, the STAFF at every level is professional, personable, and always greet you with a smile. Don’t hesitate to move your Mom (or Dad or both) to Tuscany. Not a single resident has contracted covid since it began which is a testament to their commitment to residents and employees alike.

the staff has continuous training, they are polite, competent, and your family member will safe and enjoyed. the room is small but it's perfect for what he needs, but they do have a variety of rooms available. I have already recommended this community to others

My loved one was in the memory care area. The community was exceptional with my loved one. The staff were able to assist me in correcting items I was doing wrong. My loved one felt like it was a hotel, more than a community. The aide that took care of my loved one, I had her personal number to check on my loved one. The community had the ability to have virtual visits.

My ratings are based on the month I was able to go into to the community. The community was able to let me know the price of care wouldn't increase as my loved one needed additional care. The activities included live music at least once a month, walks for the residents, and other activities for the residents to choose from. They are lacking WiFi capability for the residents.

We have been very happy with Wyndcrest Assisted Living. My mom has been here for a year and a half and it has been a great fit, it is a smaller community which is good for her. They have different levels of care from independent living to hospice. The staff have been very good with my mom and have adjusted well with the covid situation. They have had no cases of COVID which is amazing. They are doing porch visits as long as the weather is mild, or you can do patio visits where you can visit through screened doors. They recently had a change in administration, we have met her and the new nurse and they are great as well, we really liked them. It is a really awesome community and I would recommend to others.

We have not been able to step foot into this community, but from our understanding we believe everything is going good. We have seen our loved ones room through videos and it looks very good. We have spoke with the staff over the phone and they are nice, our loved one is happy there and she just loves it.

This community is very tidy, and our loved one even compliments the house keeping when they come to clean his room. Most of the staff members are wonderful and have been so kind. Due to COVID there are no activities but beforehand our loved one would go on little outings, they also used to have exercise classes, and movie nights. Our loved one even says the food is the best he has ever had.

the director is a very nice person and is engaged with everyone. He really wanted the residents to live in a nice place. They had a birdcage in the hall for the residents to feed a bird. The staff is very nice and went above and beyond to care for my loved one. the facility is extremely clean and neat. The communication was great. We received calls every 4-6 weeks with updates and they communicated their covid plan very well. They tried to make sure to come up with unique ideas so that we could see our loved one, including a parade, and a conversation outside with 6 ft of distance. I would recommend this community

A good friend has lived at Mulberry for a number of years. Life was better (for everyone) prior to covid. It is tough on residents as well as family and friends alike...no longer being able to visit in the usual way. That said, the staff make every effort to go over and above, pay that extra special attention, go that extra mile...to make life a little happier for our loved ones. I have only the highest regard for the staff and amenities/programs offered at Mulberry Gardens. In my experience: They strive to provide the best possible quality of life for their residents. What more can one ask for? Five star rating from me!

I love it here!! Everyone is so kind and helpful. Friends have been fun. Paradise on Earth.
