This community provides a inviting environment for residents to enjoy. The restaurant stile dining and activities are perfect for residents to engage at all levels. The staff is very compassionate and caring in a very kind and friendly manor.

We are very happy with Magnolia Springs Lexington. We chose this facility at the time because it was recommended to us, when my sister visited she thought the staff were very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. It just seemed like it was going to be a good fit for her. They did not have a single case of covid in the assisted living portion of the facility, they were so careful and they managed it extremely well. I would recommend them to others looking.

My father moved here after leaving rehab and had more care needs than independent living allowed. While it is fairly expensive, they are extremely responsive and answer calls from residents very quickly. I love that it is very small, it feels very welcoming and they quickly know who the family of residents is, that is nice. Very happy to have him here, I trust he is being taken care of

We thought they did an overall good job, they were responsive to our calls whenever we had questions or needed assistance with our loved one. We sure would recommend the Brookdale Western Hills community to others.

We are pleased with their services. They have great service. I have already recommend the community to others for people I like and trust. I think they are terrific. The meals are lacking a little bit. They have plenty of food. The activities director is wonderful. They are receptive to ides from the residents to bring activities into the community. I have the highest regard of this community. My loved one loves it here and feels like it is home.

We chose Magnolia Springs because they had availability at the time we needed it and they were able to take care of his needs. The director of the memory care unit is no longer here, but she was absolutely wonderful. She sat down and talked with me and made me feel comfortable having him here. They have been good with communication with everything that has been going on by updating us with newsletters and zoom calls. I would absolutely recommend them.

My mother was no longer to live on her own and very skeptical about moving into Assisted Living. This place has just been the best! They truly care and are interested in their residents. My mother loves it there and we couldn't be happier.

We moved my mom to MagnoliaSpringsSouthPointe and she is very happy. Her apartment is beautiful and has lots of natural light. She enjoys the meals. The staff are very accommodating and take great care of mom. Whenever I need to call my questions are answered quickly. [names removed] are extremely helpful, friendly and professional. My father is so happy at Magnolia Springs Southpointe! He recently had to spend time in a rehab facility and kept comparing them to MSS. He was so happy to return home. The entire staff is so friendly and attentive. They make sure all of his needs are lovingly met. Whenever he has had an urgent need, they are with him within moments to attend to him. They are also fabulous about communicating with loved ones -with newsletters, online updates, and Facebook, for example. The facility is clean, safe, beautiful, and in great repair. My dad always has plenty of options for activities, from outings to on-site entertainment and special events. We were so impressed with the way that Magnolia Springs Southpoint responded to the Covid challenge. Even though our visiting options were limited, we knew my dad was safe and cared for. We so appreciate MSS. They have exceeded our expectations as the perfect place for my dad.

I was trying to find a place to put mom temporarily and Elmcroft actually called me first. When I talked to the director I was so uneasy about moving mom somewhere else and they put me at ease. When we put my mom here my heart felt better. They took such good care of mom. I cannot say enough about the staff members here, they went above and beyond for our family. They were excellent with communication, they always called to give us updates and we always knew what was going on. They truly cared and are wonderful people. If I had to place her somewhere again I would go to Elmcroft of Downriver.

I would tell others that this community wonderful and I would refer you to the community. I had a loved one that I thought would be upset about going and dealing with the staff. My loved one has liked the community from the minute walking into Creekside. The staff has a good rapport with my loved one. The staff loves my loved one, and cares for them. I feel my loved one is comfortable here. My loved one hasn't tried to leave here. They have given my loved one a purpose to be at the community. The turnover of staff is low.

My mother in law has been a resident at Magnolia Springs Southpointe for almost 5 years now. It was always a wonderful place for her to live with so many activities, outings and things to keep her thriving and active. Now, post covid I can not give this wonderful place a rating high enough to do them justice. They followed all state and local guidelines and then some. They ran a tight ship, did everything humanly possible to keep covid out of their facility and what a great success story they have had!!! No covid spread. No large numbers of deaths, like so many other local places had to endure durning this pandemic! [names removed] and their entire team went above and beyond every single day! I'm so thankful for the care Mom receives every single day at Magnolia! Kudos Magnolia Springs, our true heroes, we all survived ?? You're all amazing!!

This community is wonderful. We had such a good experience here, we placed another loved one in a different Magnolia Springs. The staff is always helpful, they reach out to me if anything changed with my loved one. They allowed pets.

I would say look no further than Magnolia. Our experience has been great, and my loved one has had a great turnaround. They are eating well. The care with the nurses seems to be good for my loved one and enjoys working with them. The communication is excellent with the staff. I wish I had made the decision for my loved one earlier to go here.

I shopped around a lot before choosing this community. This is convenient to be able to see my loved one. My initial contact was pleasant. Morningside is clean and well kept. The communication has been good with the nurses, and they tried to find answers and get back to me about any questions or concerns I have about my loved one.

I would tell others that the place is very updated. Magnolia Springs has good technology. The staff is great and very responsive. My mom is happy here and has transitioned well into the community. The community is my favorite thing. The room is large, and the community is very clean. It feels like a hotel.

From the very first day the staff at Oak Hill Terrace were very kind and compassionate. Our mother was finally safe and being taken care of in a respectful and compassionate way. Our mother had Alzheimers and the care she received in Spring House was amazing. I highly recommend Oak Hill Terrace.

We chose Morningside in the West End because after interviewing 5 or 6, the staff here were ready to get the ball rolling. We did a virtual tour and they seemed more organized than the others as well. This facility is only 2 floors, so we felt it was a better fit for our loved one and not as big. The location also worked well for our family. The room sizes here are adequate for our loved ones needs. They have been pretty good with communication with us since not being able to go inside the facility. They have been very accommodating and have put us in touch with different military organizations to help subsidize the payments and wave some incoming fees. I would recommend them to others looking.
