The staff is very friendly and nice. The community is very neat and clean. My mom likes the food and seems like she is happy. The communication between the staff and the family is good. They are easily accessible and are quick to return calls. I would recommend this community to others

I have been living here for 1 year. I love living here. Staff is very very nice. I love how it is very quiet, relaxing, and I enjoy the activities. I love helping others, food is very good. Very clean community. I appreciate the staff including maintenance, nursing, and helping with my bathing. I am very happy.

Our loved one is pretty happy with the meals and dining service, she is a vegetarian so they have been very accommodating. She feels very safe there in independent living. house keeping comes once a week to clean,and they have bulletins for all the activities.

My mother lived almost 5 years at The Forum. She was first in Independent and later Ambassador. The staff consists of the most caring, qualified professionals. Especially during this time of Covid they went above and beyond to keep her safe and happy. I am so grateful for her excellent.

While not the right fit for my dad at this time, I was very impressed with [name removed]. He was honest, helpful, informational and caring. Wellstead of Rogers is definitely worth checking out.

The Elmcroft of Bedford is a community that will provide your loved one with great care during this time of COVID. They make sure the families, residents, and staff are safe. They offer different ways to communicate with your loved one. I highly recommend this community.

Sometimes our loved one gets tired of the same food they serve, but overall it is really good. We most definitely would recommend this community to others, they are great and our loved is very happy there he is glad he moved.

My husband and I have been living in Stratford Court for over three years and we are happy and content. This is a beautiful and well maintained place. The staff is helpful and caring. Dining in lovely settings with two meals a day. Once a week housekeeping including doing our sheets and towels. We do have a washer and dryer in our apart- ment for our personal laundry. We also have a small dog. Very important to us.

[name removed] has been great to work with. Caring, empathetic and realistic compared to 2 of the past establishments my father has lived - Heritage Green & Sunrise of Richmond. Neither place was willing to understand nor work with the genesis behind some of my father's behaviors. [name removed] and the team at Morningside made the evaluation process simple and we're excited to have him there with the family.

We have been very happy with the care Orchard Park has provided for our Brother. From the very beginning of finding out about the services providing it has been a smooth trip. [name removed] provided us all the answers to our questions in a very prompt fashion. The staff have made our Brother seem like one of the family from day one. Everyone in the place knows his name! We are very happy!

The community has been fabulous. They have handled the pandemic amazing. The communication is great with the staff. The staff is great and patient with our loved one. They have kept the residents safe during this difficult time. It has been very personal care. If there is an issue, they will listen to our concerns, and quick to respond.

We had a great experience at Winterberry Heights. The staff took great care of him and he was so excited to be here. I would recommend to others looking.

I was faced with having to move my mother to a Memory Care facility closer to me. After receiving a few Brookdale recommendations from friends, I spoke with a staff member. It was quite clear that this was the place I wanted my mother to live. Her move was uneventful. The staff went out of their way on a weekend to make her transition as smooth as possible. We set-up her room, got everything organized and acclimated her to her new room. She was placed in quarantine for 14 days, which we thought would be difficult for her since everything was new. That didn’t happen. The staff wheeled in a portable TV and constantly checked in on her. Once out of quarantine, the staff made every effort to introduce her to other residents and familiarize her to her new environment. They have made every effort to get her involved in their activity program, which she thoroughly enjoys and rarely misses a program. My mother loves to sing to the old time songs, and Brookdale’s Activity Director incorporates singing in many of her activities. They encourage us to schedule Zoom, Face Time or regular phone calls to stay in touch with my mother. It is quite obvious the staff has a genuine concern for my mother. They interact and engage as much as possible, making sure my mother is comfortable and thriving. They are always friendly, always smiling and always answer all my questions. They go the extra mile for my mother. I feel they are part of our family. Brookdale has exceeded my expectations, and I am so glad I found them. Thank you to all the staff at Brookdale Kenosha! You are an asset to the Brookdale Community.

Assisting my parents in their move to Wilkinson Woods was the best thing I have ever done. The environment is clean, bright and always festive for holidays. But what brings this facility to the top of list is the interpersonal skills or soft skills the staff brings to their residents. They know their residents! Staff makes their special days (birthdays, anniversaries' etc) so memorable. My parents, although independent, are always involved with engaging activities and events. Family is always sent pictures, by the staff, to show your loved ones in the events. STAFF CARES and that's what is so important to me. My parents have never been happier! Thanks especially to [name removed] for her efforts in making Wilkinson Woods such an exceptional place to live.

I haven't found anything to complain about. The administrator we have dealt with from day one, has been nothing but up front in anything we question, or ask .. She's willing to keep some kind of normalcy in todays UNnormal world. The nurse on staff, has been straight forward in any of our inquiries. After the challenges of 2020, I'm thankful that my mother has more pairs of eyes, and while my brother and I are included in any decisions, I'm thankful for all that they do to help our life come back to some kind of normal. My mother does not do change very well, and instead of letting her become a hermit that she would normally do, they prodded her without forcing her to come back out of her shell, and she is starting to enjoy the staff, and the other residents, even making some friends already (only have been there for 1 month) . I would highly recommend Wilkinson Woods .. and feel very comfortable that mom is getting the care that she is needing now at 93 years. (activities .. only 4 stars, because she is just starting to get involved in them .. from what we have seen and heard, can very comfortably upgrade to 5 stars as she gets more involved)

We both really like the locatiion,floor plans, food, activities lists. Pricing seems fair for what is offered and salesperson was most pleasant. This is our choice.
