I would tell others to sign up and come here. The friendliness, cleanliness, and staff all stand out to me. Some of the activities available are trips around town, bingo, crafts, religion, and more for the residents to participate in.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour experience was wonderful, the lady who we met with was terrific. However we just weren't a big fan of the rooms, they were to small for what we were looking for.

Making the decision to move my mother in law into an assisted living facility was gut wrenching, especially during Covid. But it bacame obvious she wasn't getting what she needed in my home. Sometimes love isn't enough. Once we made the decision Lancaster Grove helped us transition her quickly. Every week when we go visit her, she tells us how happy she is there. She stays busy with so many activities and making friends. It's been the absolute best decision. If you are looking, I know how hard it is. But I can honestly tell you Lancaster Grove is Amazing!

Magnolia Springs of Loveland is a very caring community. The residents and staff have a connection that comforts the families when they are not with them. In a lot of ways the residents consider the staff as their extended family! Which comforts the family members in knowing that they will be well cared for. The families know that we are a phone call away if they ever have extra care needs for their loved ones. The residents are very happy with the Activities, food and all of the other things that the team takes care of. When care needs arise it is always addressed to the residents satisfaction.

Choosing an assisted living is never a “pleasant” job. MS was the best fit for us when it was time to act. We loved that the residents have first floor apartments, many places made the independence/assisted folks stay on upper floors. Shortly after moving a new director was named, we feared this would change things for the worse. But Katie Huff has stepped up to the challenge. Accessible, willing and ready to help, and somehow managing to guide them through this pandemic with grace. The location is great, access to a Walgreens, Kroger, and 275. If you are looking for an assisted living or independent living, definitely give Katie and Magnolia Springs a look!

The support team at Mongolia is among the best at working w seniors.

The residents are very happy and involved in the many activities offered throughout the day. The staff are very attentive and caring. Many of the employees have worked at the community for more than 20 years so that says an awful lot about Lancaster Grove! When it's sunny and warm out, the front porch is a very inviting perk of the community. The residents love to sit outdoors and visit with their friends. They also have two smaller courtyards and a large, center courtyard that is very inviting on nice days. I highly recommend Lancaster Grove for many reasons, but the main reason relates to the heart of the community. Lancaster, SC is a great town to live, work, and retire. The community in which Lancaster Grove is located is a quiet, residential area near USC-Lancaster and area churches. The town of Lancaster and the surrounding communities love Lancaster Grove and the many residents who call Lancaster Grove home do, as well.

Eagle Ridge has one of the most wonderful staff that I have seen. The staff is caring, dedicated loving, supportive and happy. They have are happy to be at work every day and it shows. I refer anyone I can anyone I can Eagle Ridge. Amazing place! Amazing experience! Amazing people!

I visit magnolia springs quite often. On a recent visit I ran into a resident that I knew from a previous facility. She looked great and more importantly she looked happy! I asked her about how things were going. She mentioned that the staff is always very polite and responsive. She loved the activities they offered and the meals were much improved from her previous facility. I told her that the receptionist is always very welcoming when I come in, she said it’s like that with everyone. She mentioned the maintenance guy by name and said he was the nicest person she has ever met. I just want to pass along this news. The ability to maintain this level of service during these trying times should be highlighted in my opinion! If your mom or dad is in need of a loving, caring, and safe environment, I would recommend talking to someone here!

We have been Very Pleased with the care that my mother has received at Lancaster Grove. Like every family it’s a hard decision what to do when the time comes for assisted living care. But we are glad we chose Lancaster Grove. My mother is very happy there and that’s what matters. They have done the best they can to navigate through this Covid mess and that’s all we can ask. Give them a look if you are looking for long term care you will be glad you did.

The welfare of people is of great concern. Plenty of activities. It is clean 99% of the time. Management is very friendly.

{name removed} and all of the staff are very caring and professional. They show love for all the residents. and have good entertainment for the residents. Good meals and shacks daily. Have always treated me friendly.

The aides do a great job! When called they come promptly. They care for us in a loving way. {name removed} guy is a great ED. We are so blessed to have him. I would like to mention the cleaning ladies who do a fine job. Thank you all!
