I was very impressed with Broadway Creek. We showed up for our tour at 9AM and I was shocked by the amount of residents that were up and dressed and they all looked very clean. I liked that if you are here for a couple of years and run out of money, you are able to stay. The person giving the tour was very honest and thorough. The facility itself was smaller and when you walk in it smells great.

This is a great place to live. The people who live here and the employees are really nice. I haven't met anyone that I wouldn't like to keep as a friend. The food is very good and I am comfortable here.

My mother has lived at Tuscany Villa of Naples for almost 2 years. She is very happy there. The variety of fun activities keep her socially involved. The staff is helpful and caring. My family is very thankful for everyone at Tuscany!

I have lived at Tuscany Villa for over a year. The staff is great. It deserves to have the reputation of being a "five star senior living".

This community was very nice but a car service would be needed to get to the stores and other areas. She wouldn't be able to walk to other places in the area. big apartments but the distance from everything that my loved one needed was too far away. Just not for someone that doesn't drive. 5 tour guide was nice and got to speak to a lot of people it was very nice.

Our family had an in person tour and the sales representative was wonderful and even now she continues to follow up with our family and check to see how our mother is doing. The facility itself is a little rundown and they are expected to start renovations, and because of that reason and our mothers state of dementia we thought moving her into a place that will soon be renovated would be to confusing.

I like Morningside of Charlottesville - they've been very good. I've already recommended them to other people. After looking at several other places, as far as what you get for the price, they give you a nice variety with the food and activities. The people are so friendly and helpful. The facility is very clean, and there are no smells. Everything looks great every time I go in there. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Our in-laws love getting three solid meals a day and they love their room which has a really nice view. Every time we come to visit we have always found the staff members to be helpful and attentive. We picked this community because our loved ones can age in place and transition just to different buildings without moving communities completely. We would recommend Brookdale Park Place to anybody.

This was a very nice community and they were very exceptional.

The tour guides were awesome. The other community that we went to seemed to be interacting more with the community. It was a nice and clean community there was just another community that stood out more.

We like the fact that our mom is out and about and not stuck in her room, the staff do a great job encouraging the residents to stay engaged. Also we really appreciate this app they have that notifies the families when their loved ones arrive and attend and activity.

The "Search" for an assisted "Living Facilty", for our 89yr old mom, from a different state, was a "Daunting" task...However, upon reaching out to "23 facilities" in the Mecklenburg County, Charlotte, NC...Isolating only those accepting of "Medicaid".... "The Pines on Carmel", through the "Community Resource Director", proved the most promising. She was always, professional, informative(through e-mails and phone calls)...compassionate, supportive, understanding, patient and always kind....She directed, supplied and explained each "required" documents to be provided to the management and informed us on the requirements for Medicaid assistance.....Our religious family, felt she was a "God" sent...Her "Sweet, Pleasant" disposition, and assurance, helped eased: The "Highly Emotional" decision, to place one's (aged mother w/ deteriating medical conditions) in the care of their staff, allot more bearable....We are happy we chose this facility, our mom's needs are well cared for.

The administrator [name removed] is an Awesome leader and Director! She treats the families with Dignity and respect even though we can be a little protective of our loved ones and even annoying at times. Thank you[name removed] for putting up with my family during my mothers transition! You are truly Professional and I appreciate all of the kindness that you have shown my family during my mothers transition.

It was a pleasure to work with[name removed]! She made this experience very pleasant! She was calm, compassionate, caring, loving as if it was her own mother. This is the epitome of Great Customer service. Words cannot express how grateful my family is for having such a Wonderful person facilitating my mothers transition!

We have had a very good experience with the new staff at Pines at Carmel. I had also worked previously with the staff of Charlotte Square. The new staff is gone over and above to make things work for our family.

They've been very helpful. It was a very friendly place, and they were very transparent on their cost and how they handled my dad's medication reminders. They answered all of my questions thoroughly. My dad told me the food was very good, although the portions could be bigger.

My cousin moved to Laurel Oaks assisted living two weeks ago. The staff have been friendly and kind as he is getting to know them, the routines, and activities. The facility is clean with strict adherence to masking which is much appreciated. Everyone was extremely helpful with the moving in process…and I’m praying this will be where he calls home for many years.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a good tour experience, we were very impressed and liked everything we saw. However, just with covid and our loved ones memory loss, they did not feel like they had the adequate levels of care our loved one would need.

We had a wonderful tour experience at Lexington Manor. The staff were all friendly and helpful and it seemed like a great place to have a loved one.
