My mother in law was here for 20 months. This is a first class operation. The employees were great from top to bottom - they showed [name removed] respect, kindness, humor, and love. They went above and beyond. GOD- bless then ALL!

The staff provides everything we need in a professional manner. Everyone is very friendly. Any questions are answered promptly.

[date removed] was moving day into my new beautiful home in a lovely area of KY. Smiling faces greeted me (and still do daily). The atmosphere is grand, gracious, and delightful with activities and good meals. Entertainemnet is especially fun. I am very happy to be living at Magnolia Springs

The community of workers, staff, here all seem very proud to be working here. This is a positive effect on all the residents. I've noticed that (most) everyone works together especially during these pandemic months. Events are scheduled, meals are served regularly, facilities are clean and orderly

Most caring staff that you could ever ask for! Clean, comfortable environment. Food could be improved by simply preparation by not overcooking.

My mother has been a resident for two years and under the new management is even Better! All t he staff is extremely caring always attentive and concerned for her needs. The facility has just been renovated and looks fantastic. I love the leadership, even including the Activity Director! The weekend staff is exceptionally qualified and adapt. Mom likes the food and has been happy with her residency. I would highly recommend

Magnolia Springs East is a wonderful community for my Grandmother. It is a beautiful place to live and they treat [name removed] like she is their own grandmother. Everyone is so friendly and go out of their way to give her everything she needs or wants. I would recommend Magnolia springs to anyone thinking about moving their loved ones into assisted living.

My mother has lived at Magnolia Springs East for nearly 6 years. She has an apartment which she likes very much. MSE has very good food, an excellent care team, activities and opportunities to receive physical therapy on site. I would recommend MSE for anybody looking for an assisted living senior living home for their loved one.

I have been here 3 months and have enjoyed it. Have met many nice people. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The friendliness of the staff members, their care services and their activities all get 6 stars, they are incredible. From the moment you walk in you can see the residents participating in activities, the staff members are there greeting you and it does not smell like a nursing home. It has a very warm and inviting atmosphere to it.

I would recommend Morningside of Bellgrade to other families looking. I think it is a good place to put your loved one if you need a place where you won't need to worry about them.

Our family was able to have an in person tour and we were very impressed from the moment we walked in. The way it is decorated is very grand, you can tell that was the look they were going for, Very pleasing to the eye, the apartments were very fresh and clean, but a little to small but it came with a full kitchen so you can make a meal since they only offer 2 meals a day. The tour guide was very nice and informative but we never received any follow up calls which we thought was odd.

The friendliness of the staff members is excellent, they are amazing. The meals and dining service is where they are having some issues - the meals they serve are super tasty but the problem is with the dining service, sometimes it is a little slow and they could use a little more training. However even with being understaffed they are doing their best and being extremely helpful and all the activities being offered now are fine. Hopefully more and more can be brought back.

Our family had an in person tour and we thought the residents there were very very friendly and the staff members were wonderful, however what deterred us was the decorations. It is an older community and it felt old, the rooms were dark, the dining room was dark and our loved one just did not think she would be able to get comfortable and settle in. It was all old wood and 80s decor.

My mother has lived at Tuscany Villa of Naples for almost two years. She is very happy there. The variety of fun activities keep her socially involved. The staff is helpful and caring. My family is very thankful for everybody at Tuscany!
