Serene Gardens

I am very satisfied with the community. The community is clean, has a home feeling, and a friendly environment. The staff communication with the family is very personable about our loved one and they are responsive to our questions. There are three meals a day served to the residents. Some of the care the community provides includes dressing, assistance medication management and hygiene care.

Serene Gardens has been an amazing experience so far we have nothing but great things to say about all of the staff members there. On the day our loved one was moving in there was a mix up with the person who arranged the move in date and property manager - they were not ready for our loved one but they worked some things out and took our loved one in. They went above and beyond to make sure they were able to accommodating up They also have worked with us financially and we would recommend this community to other families.

Our experience was wonderful with Brookdale. They were willing to give the family a tour immediately, and had availability immediately for my loved one as well. They were willing to accommodate the needs of the residents on an individual basis. There were three meals a day served to the residents and they had choices to choose from. They even offered the family meals during meal time if we were there. The staff would bring meals to the resident's room if the resident didn't feel like going to the dining room. The staff communication was always available to answer the family's questions.

I would just say it is a beautiful facility. The staff go above and beyond. The food is absolutely excellent. Facility is extremely clean as it is very new.

My loved one seems to like the food. The staff is very caring, and learned the names of the residents, and addresses them by name. The staff is attentive, to the needs of the people. They do a good job to help, my loved one get up and get dressed. When my loved one is unable to get their meals, the staff brings meals/dinner. Overall, it is a good place.

Extremely favorable and a strong vote to reach out to. Consider for this service.

Excellent customer service, [name removed] and [name removed] answered all my questions. Staff was polite and was very caring. Activity and food calendar was exactly what my mom and dad loved. I left here with the peace of mind that my parents would be cared for and well taken care.

Grand Haven Living Center provided a safe and caring environment for my mother. The caregivers were friendly and treated her with kindness, patience and compassion. The director and staff responded to any questions or concerns I had in a timely manner

The communication with the staff is good. We are happy with our experience with the community. My loved one enjoys the food and activities the community provides.

I would highly recommend this community. The staff there are well trained and caring. They follow up well they are just really dedicated people. We love it here at this community. My loved one is not able to participate in the activities but they always have things going on for the residents. Tomorrow is a spa day and they will do nails and massages and more. They have activities like memory games, craft projects, happy hour and more there is just always something going on. I cant speak highly enough of them and it just feels like home they are so caring and concerned about her I know that she is taken care of.

The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful, pretty much everything you would hope for. From when we first toured the community you could tell right away it just had a warm and welcoming atmosphere to it. They have different video games like family feud for the residents. They have bingo, board games and a lot of arts and crafts. The staff do try their best to get the residents engaged. Based on our experience so far we would absolutely recommend them to other families.

Overall Angela's House is a nice, clean, friendly, and attentive place for a loved one. This is a smaller community, and has a homey feel compared to larger communities in the area. The staff are good to work with if there are any questions or concerns that arise about my loved one. Angela's House is able to assist with bathing, dressing, getting in and out of bed, and more for the my loved one. Memory Care is a secured unit, and the staff are very good about watching the residents and the exits.

Nice place, got a good vibe. They seemed caring. It was nice and clean and decorated nicely.

Our first impression right away was just how gorgeous the community is, its very inviting and just feels homey. The gal in charge [name removed] has bent over backwards for our family and no matter how small the issue is, she has just ben great. We have not personally eaten the meals ourselves but we can see them being prepared and they smell fantastic. We would recommend this community to others.

Grandhaven Living Center has spacious and clean rooms. Their staff is kind and caring and the management goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy, engaged and well cared for. A resident recently told me the food is “top notch!”

I’ve been living here since [date removed] and i love living here, i have met some awesome people and made a few friends., the staff is nice and helpful , i love going to the activities, and attending church. The food is delicious as well.

I came from memory care and i moved to independent living. I love that’s there more space for me to walk around in my apartment l. I love exploring through the community. It’s a bigger apartment in indecent living . And the service is greet as well.

There no place i would rather be, I’m so happy that my family decided to bring me here to live, i love it a lot and everyone is so helpful and nice, i love the food and activities here.
