Couldn't ask for more! Wow. The staff at Prestige Pines are amazing. The amount of love and kindness they shared with my family as my mom moved into the community exceeded our expectations by far. All of the staff are friendly and kind. No matter what time of the day or night when I stop in, I am greeted with a smile and a hot cup of coffee. It isn't just my mom who moved into Prestige Pines we all kind of did. Our family is at Prestige Pines so much that it feels like it is our home too. The Family Dinner was so much fun. It was nice to meet other families and other residents. Prestige Pines was a great choice for our family, I am sure it will be for yours too?

I toured this community for possible placement for my father. Although his situation did not ultimately result in him moving to this community, it was my top choice. The community was clean and the staff was knowledgable. I appreciated their willingnes to be a resource for me. Thank you to the staff.

Prestige Pointe has an excellent team working together helping my mom with a new location. They have changed management in the past six to eight months, it's a great team. Thank you for your assistance helping our family and would this team recommend to many others.

My mom moved into First & Main – Auburn Hills about 11 months after breaking her hip, with numerous ‘stops’ along the way, including the hospital, rehab, a kind but smelly respite care facility and an awful Assisted Living facility. We FINALLY feel like she is in her new home. The culture of respect [Name removed] has sought for the F&M community is evident. It is a joy to walk into F&M - lovely smiles, kind greetings, sincere help, and restaurant-quality meals. But First & Main is also a delight to the eyes. It’s classy! We feel our mom is well cared for, whether one of our family is on site or not. Her apartment is lovely and the common areas, both inside and out, are beautiful as well.

Back in 1966, Mom and Dad built the home they shared for 45 years until he was called home to Heaven in 2011. Mom continued to enjoy her independent living and the cozy familiarity of their home, until May of 2017 when she fell and broke her hip. That life-changing event began a series of visits in and out of hospitals, physical rehab facilities and several assisted living places. Mom was no longer able to live by herself, yet she wanted the independence of her own “place” where she could still make her own decisions. None of the 3 different assisted living facilities we tried came even close to fitting our standards for the “new home” we wanted for our Mom and all she wanted was to go to HER home, even though it would no longer meet her physical mobility needs. Then we heard about First & Main, and were hopeful from the first visit. Mom moved in this Spring, and she has found them to be attentive (but not invasive) and quite responsive to her needs and requests, while actually caring, something we have not found to be a commodity in this industry. It is bright, cheerful, convenient and beautifully laid out. And the food is excellent and the chef open to new menu options! Mom always found the meals at other places to be tasteless, cold and boring, and they treated adult residents like kids in a school lunch program. Mom also loves that she can attend Mass right there, and even go watch a movie in the theater. First & Main is now “Home” for Mom, and she is content. She has made new friends there, and her lifelong friends who visit are quite impressed with Mom’s elegant new place, as they have enjoyed the friendship and hospitality of the staff at luncheons. Thank you for making this stage of Mom’s journey one she accepts with a smile- and we accept with gratitude. Our hearts are with her every day at her new home, First & Main of Auburn Hills.

This has been our moms third assisted living facility and is hands down the best! The staff is accommodating, friendly and caring. The surroundings are not just beautiful but welcoming. The food is excellent and, though most folks would rather be at home, when circumstances require it, you want your loved one to be in a place they can call their next home, this is that place. Mom has had several groups of friends visit recently and all have been welcomed and the gathering was celebrated not tolerated. Staff has been attentive and caring. All have been open to listening to new ideas and have worked hard to make mom feel supported. Keep up the good work, First and Main!

This is a place where care for your loved ones comes first, relieving you of stress especially when your family goes left on you when you're trying to do what's right.

Mom has been here about 3 1/2 weeks. The people are wonderful, food is excellent. Some tweaks they are working out, being brand new, but nothing big. We rented the 2nd floor dining room for a family Mother's Day gathering and LOVED IT! Everything about this place is classy, but it's still homey.

I couldn't ask for a better place for my mom. She has been happy since day one. She moved in last month and has all of the staff, including the management did everything possible to make my mom feel special and loved on her first day. You couldn't find a nicer group on people. We toured many communities but didn't get the warm and fuzzy feeling we did when we entered Prestige Pines. You can tell they all just really care. That is what the most important thing is to our family!

My dad lived in the memory care unit at Prestige Pines in the months leading up to his passing. We are so thankful to the staff there for going above and beyond to make Dad's days happy and peaceful. Our family truly appreciated the efforts made by the nurse and staff to ensure he received excellent, personalized care. We truly enjoyed the activities offered by the community, especially the family dinner and music therapy. It was a joy to see our dad singing along to his old favorites! I would recommend Prestige Pines to any family that is looking for a safe place for their loved one to call home.

Very clean, home like community that is family orientated. You will get to know all of the staff, other residents and their families. All food is home cooked from scratch. A variety of activities, 2 nurses on staff that are always available. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

I have just placed my Wife into Covenant Glen in Frankenmuth. The process was quite smooth, but also I needed to be patient, a hard thing for me to do..But the administration & staff at this place is top notch. The Exec. Director & I had spoke on the phone several times, and I also worked with "The Alissa's".. a very good experience. I moved my wife from a failing facility to a much better place with more STUFF & for less money. The monthly fees are very competitive.. I know I've done my homework & have a LTC policy on my wife... I have no reservations about placing wife in the CARE of Covenant Glen.. Thank Goodness for Good People... [Removed]

Everytime I visit with my Aunt [Removed], I come away in total appreciation for all of you who work at Prestige pointe. You are all amazing people. The family parties and dances are such fun. Aunt [Removed] family that live out of state appreciate all the updates and pictures. Thank you for all the wonderful ways you share your love with those you serve. You are all in my heart.

This place is wonderful. Clean, organized and very bright. The management and staff are friendly, kind and I see compassion for their clients. My loved one is happy with the menu and the extra snacks. They provide crafts, field trips, beauty salon, an in house physician, fun games and attention. It always smells so good. I have never experienced bad odors. All I can say is. Check this facility out. My loved one is VERY happy and content. She is always clean, too. Music really makes her happy and they provide that also. 5 stars from me and my Family.. Highly recommended....

We are happy with the care here in this nice community. The staff is caring and make sure that she is getting the attention and cattle that she needs. We like the community for being clean and maintained. The activities are good and she enjoys the. We would recommend this community for great care and value.

A very nice facility - great food, nice spots for TV and visitors...not too big...However, the best part about the place is the people who work there...wonderful, caring employees that my dad took to right away...and lots of experience - each of the key staff members has at least ten years there - I've learned that's pretty rare in that industry... There's a lot of apprehension and at least a little bit of guilt in all of us when we make that decision for our parents, but the Brookdale staff was tremendous from the minute me and my sister walked into the place for our initial visit, and they continuously keep us posted...Another important thing: They have a very active and engaging schedule for the "tenants" so they're challenged mentally, physically (to their limitations, of course), and socially. I love my dad more than anything in the world, and I am so happy he is now part of Brookdale...

We are happy with the staff at this community. The community is clean and a nice environment for here. They need more staff and some of the house cleanings could use some small improvements. The menu is good and she is pleased and likes the variety. We are happy that they are taking a time to make sure that she had the care that she is needing. They do need to work on getting more staff that can help and they need to make sure that they are trained. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one. We would recommend that they are informed of all the charges and it needs to be made clear on all the cost.

The care at this community is outstanding. The community is nice and clean. I like knowing that she is happy with the nice meals and she likes helping with the staff on cooking. She likes all the activities and I like knowing that she is very happy. I would highly recommend this community for the care and value for their loved ones.
