Serene Gardens

Our loved one has only been here a short while but it is a nice a day experience. Cottage of Davison is a wonderful facility, everyone there is amazing and they are much cheaper then some of the larger communities we have had experiences with. The staff to residents ratio is well balanced, there are always nurses in the hallways interreacting with the residents, no one is off by themselves.

I have been in the Imlay City location at least 4 times and I can say that without any regret that if we needed to move into assisted living care, this would be the place! What impressed me (beyond the cleanliness of the community) was the fact that there were so many consistent caregivers! So many other facilities are trying to find people, but Angela's House KEEPS staff! Love the entire environment, the care staff are amazing and their manager [name removed] is an wonderful and kind person! Kudo's to Angela's House and their Care.

I did not like this community at all. They had some changes in ownership and things changed for the worse. The tour guide was very good in the beginning but once in things changed.

I liked this community but went with the another one just because of geographic reasons, The community we went with is in the middle for our family and works well for us. This place was nice just too far.

The first impression we had of Pineview Cottage was that it is modern and clean.

They haven't disappointed me yet. As long as you're involved and ask a lot of questions, you should be fine. The staff are pretty good. Sometimes in the afternoon/early evening I don't see a lot of staff around. The food is fine. They have a lot do as far as activities, and they try all the time to get my loved one involved.

My sisters and I placed our 94-year-old mom in Grandhaven Living Center in 2018. Selecting GLC is the best decision we made in caring for our mom. Between the amazing Care team members, friendly residents, and family visits, she adjusted quickly to her new surroundings. The staff are well-trained and genuinely love and care for their residents. The food is good, with variety and choice, Mom’s room is kept immaculate, and there are wonderful activities, both morning and afternoon. During the lockdown of COVID the only thing comforting us was knowing the love and support mom was getting from her amazing caregivers. We do not have words to express our love and appreciation for the staff and caregivers at GLC. No place is perfect and there have been a few hick-ups along the way. Staff are always willing to listen to us and do whatever is needed to resolve our concerns and accommodate our wishes to our satisfaction.

We toured Gradhaven and my dad actually stayed here previously as well. It is a very nice facility but the location was just too far for what we were looking for for my mom.

Brookdale Bay City has been awesome, they have great and wonderful nurses there. They always make sure things are going smoothly, and anytime our loved one pulls her cord for help, there is no delay and they come in a very reasonable time. Whenever we give them feedback, they are right on top of it, and they are very quick to answer any questions we may have. Any feedback we have about this community is positive feedback.

We toured this community and it was very nice. The residence all seemed very happy and the staff was nice and followed up with us after the tour.

Since moving in, the facility was sold to another business. I had my concerns but the new team was glad to speak to me on the phone. During this time, they are very proactive with updates on Covid and protocols. My aunt loves the activities, the staff, and the food

They are extremely thorough, and they have had a great covid plan. They encourage activities and the staff is friendly and caring. the facility is very family orientated and they take care of any issues quickly. The food is good, they had buffet dinners for the families and has live music while we ate.

Lots of positive changes in the past 6 months. Great place for your loved one.

Addington Place Grand Blanc has been a blessing for our mother. The staff are the greatest. Thank you all!!!!

We moved our dad here in December of 2019. He recently passed away. Our family is so grateful for the compassion of the staff.

Very nice community with a lot to offer. The staff was so friendly and the Administrator answered all my questions. It is a very nice place. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place for their loved one.

Toured with my mom and I had a great feeling from the minute I walked in that this would be the place we settle on for my mother. The lobby area is spacious and the theme continues through the building with wide open dining spaces and common areas with lots of natural light. The staff and management were incredibly friendly and receptive to my concerns, I know it is a hard process to settle on the right home but we are comfortable knowing we picked Sterling Heights Comfort Care.

I'm really glad I came to tour Comfort Care. Everybody I came into contact with was so friendly and made me feel welcomed. I loved how modern and clean the building was, and my mom loved the "feeling" the building presented. She's planning on moving in in the next few months and is looking forward to making more friends her age.

A lovely community with very friendly staff and a beautiful building. I went on a tour and was very impressed with how beautiful this place looked. A movie theater, salon, and great living area is all part of the package
