The place is a little expensive. IT needs to a little cheaper and more affordable. Other than that everything is fine.

I think that one of the most impressive things is they learn everyone's name so they know who you are when you walk in the door and they make some kind of statement about how your loved one is doing and they make it feel that everyone there is special.

I have nothing but good things to say about the place. She seems happy. Everyone there is really pleasant. She does not sleep all day like she used to and they keep her really active. Overall a great place and my Dad and I are very pleased.

Obviously a top notch facility. Looked like an active community and everyone was very nice. Has a great reputation in the community. I believe my Mom would do better in a studio, so we will continue to look, but have not ruled this out.

I can not really tell you about improvements because everything has just been top-notch. The food manager always tries to accommodate if there are any requests or suggestions. Everyone is just very helpful and everything has been great.

Even though I haven't actually moved in yet I have nothing but good things to say about the service at Wexford Place. They've been a huge help to me throughout the whole touring and move-in process. They kept me up to date on their openings and got right in touch with me once they had an opening that met all my requirements. They've really gone out of their way to make sure it will be a perfect fit, as well! They added some extra lighting to assist with some vision difficulties I have, and they screened in the patio so that I can let my cats out for some fresh air.

My aunt and her husband have only been there a little over a month, but so far everything is going well. I am really satisfied. I like the people, they are very nice and work with you. I think it's the best place for them.

We are good with them. They do a good job. The staff is very friendly, and they take good care of him there. I would say they get a five so far. We are pretty happy with them.

The care given at Senior Star at Elmore Place is exceptionally GREAT!!! I can not ask for a better place for my mom to be. The staff are so caring and loving. The rooms are large and spacious and the building itself makes me think of a four star motel. The decor is beautiful and the areas set up to stimulate their minds such as the hats, wedding dress etc are awesome. I cannot give enough praise to all the employees but especially Amanda, Abby and Jennifer. They all give above and beyond in their caring manner of all the residents.

It's great, I like it here. The place is very clean, and the staff is very friendly. The food is good. I go to some activities, and I have enjoyed most of them, and they seem to have a pretty good variety. The transportation is very good here too. I haven't been anywhere like this before, but I am happy, and I would rate them highly.

Overall I think they do an excellent job at Senior Star at Elmore place! They have a lot to provide the people who live here. The staff are all very friendly, and they have been a huge help throughout the whole process. They have a move-in coordinator at this community who really crosses Ts and dots Is, I really felt like they got us all the info we needed at every stage. They were very accommodating, and really put in a lot of effort to make the move as easy as possible. The facility itself is very nice looking, clean, and well kept, and they've got a huge variety of activities and amenities they provide for the residents. They have an on-site beauty salon, a heated pool. a small but well stocked library, card tables (and plenty of willing players!), and computer rooms. They also bring in a wide variety of both local and national speakers to speak of various subjects. My loved one really seems to be enjoying herself here, and I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking into senior living in the Davenport area!

I was very impressed with this facility and everyone that works there. The food was good. I liked that they still have a room for family to have gatherings, the pricing seemed reasonable, the fact that they have nurses on the facility 24 hours a day not just on call for most of the day.

I think it's just wonderful. It's a clean place, and everyone is very friendly. I am very happy with them. I give them at least a 5 out of 5. I don't have any concerns with them, or things that I think need to be improved, changed or done better. They do a great job.

Everyone seems to treat my mother with respect and she does seem happy even through she wants to go home. But when I have been there she has been awake but it ready to move, I just wish it wasn't so expensive for my Dad - he said it takes everything from him every month she lives there,

We are very pleased with Wexford Place--the staff are warm and friendly, the grounds are beautiful and the apartments are spacious and well-planned. The staff is very professional and everything has been handled quite well.

I'm very happy with Senior Star of Elmore Place. I'm satisfied with the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the facility, and the care and services provided.

Toured a long time ago and really liked loved it. Know they could not afford anything but maybe an assisted living studio not the memory care at all. Beautiful facility and gardens and location so convenient. May need to tour again the studio. This would be my first choice if we could afford it. Need to crunch some numbers.

Wexford is a wonderful environment we were impressed with everything and the nursing staff . The only thing that we were lacking was a detailed orientation on how everything works as far a what is provided and what is not provided and how to go about setting up Dr appointments and having our loved one taken to them if we are not available etc. This is a totally new experience for us and did not know to ask. It would be helpful for other people in the same situation. There could also be a little better communication at times over all.

I had toured Wexford before your recommendation. I love it, but cannot afford it. It was everything I wanted but the cost is too much for us to proceed.
