Senior Star Management Company

My mother was reluctant to move into a community but so far it has been a good thing for her. The place is wonderful, during our visits it is always clean and cheerful. I've had one meal with her, and it was good. They call me if she forgets to tell them that she will not be going down for a meal to make sure everything is okay, there is a lot of people looking out for her and keeping her safe.

We could not have been more impressed with the staff and facilities here. A spacious 2-bedroom apartments was their wish and this fits the bill. Also important to them was a dining room with a 2-hour window of time to dine and this was available.

Very nice facility.[Removed] was very accomodating and thoughtful in taking the time with touring. My mother and I had lunch there and the food is stellar. All aspects of staff included to meet you while touring as well as an actual resident's apartment shown to you. Most expensive of the facilities we have toured so far...but very nice. Every effort made to make YOU be center of attention (and your pets, etc..)

I really liked this community for my mom. She received really good care and was in good hands. We liked the community that was very warm and friendly. We liked to visit her and they went out of there way for us. The meals were fantastic and high quality with fresh foods and vegetables. Great therapy and making sure that she received her medications. We highly recommend this community for families wanting outstanding care and value for a loved one.

Like a five-star resort for very active seniors. Beautiful, with Lots of amenities, bu they are somewhat spread out and could prove challenging for those with mobility issues.

I absolutely loved this community. The tour was great and the people were nice. I liked that they had big hallways and just the general layout of the community. Everything about the community gave me a good feeling like this is a good place. They just did not have a current opening. still an option if needed.

I though they were very nice and elegant. It would have been fine for my parents. They offer a pool and exercise room. When we went on the elevator, the floors seemed similar and I felt that my dad would have got confused. Maybe colored carpets could guide residents. Overall it was too big for them.

The staff that offered the tour at The Kenwood by Senior Star were very friendly. They were knowledgeable and were able to address all of my concerns. The community is very well kept and updated throughout.

My mom is happy with her new community and the care has been fine. She has nice and friendly staff who I am able to communicate with well. My mom likes the meals that are prepared and she thinks it is good. There are plenty of activities for my mom to participate in.

Very nice! everyone was so helpful, beautiful new place. More expensive than the others we have seen.

My parents are really enjoying their time here at this community. Everything is working out pretty well. It is very nice looking, every time when I visit everything is nice and clean. The staff is amazing, they are very helpful. There are many activities for them to try. They are pleased with the food. It has been a good experience and I would recommend it.

Tiffany [Removed] at Senior Star is the greatest. Tiffany is a true professional and its obvious that she cares deeply for her residents. My mother in law is very happy at Senior Star.

My move into this community has been a great one I simply love it here things are wonderful. The people are wonderful and really nice to me. I've participated in some of the activities they offer here and made some new friends with the other residents. I love it here things are really going good for me it has been a pleasant stay so far and I would recommend this community to everybody looking for senior living.

I liked this, the location was perfect for me. We had a good tour. This was my first choice. Mom wanted to stay in Kansas so we didn't choose this, but it was nice.

So far everything is going great with my sister in law move into the community. The place is very clean and look super nice. The staff here is excellent never have I had a problem with them they are helpful and really nice. They have a lot of activities for the residents so that is very nice. The food here is excellent I really enjoy it ! We have no problems here everything is going well. I would recommend this community to anyone.

Our experience with Senior Star at Elmore Place has been a very positive one! Tiffany was a huge help to us throughout the whole process, and we really appreciate how honest and upfront they were regarding their pricing structure, there were no surprises. I haven't visited the facility personally as I'm located out of state, but I've heard nothing but good things from my loved one!

We are so happy that our parents have the opportunity to live in such beautiful and safe place. The staff could not be nicer and has been so welcoming. It is early in their transition from their home, but so far so good. They love the people and the food and feel very comfortable.

We're very pleased with our experience at Burgundy Place. It's a clean, well kept facility, and the staff is professional and easy to work with. We've got no complaints!

My loved one is very happy there at the Senior Star at Elmore Place. The staff members are very kind and attentive to her and they are doing their best to keep her active. She has only been there for about a month and I am hoping it keeps getting better.
