We moved my 88 year old father from a small town in northern Ohio he had lived in his entire life to Dublin Retirement Village Assisted Living to be closer to us. From the first meeting to secure an apartment to move in the personalized attention was evident. Staff knew his name (and ours!) from Day 1 forward and the greetings are always personal and sincere. Our fears about him feeling alone or isolated were totally unnecessary- he has joined activities (thanks to in person invitations and encouragement) and is absolutely thriving! After one month told us he had written down everything he didn’t like about his new home - then proceeded to show us a blank piece of paper (with a big grin on his face!) From the staff who are truly stellar (talk about TEAMWORK!) to the food and activities that actually happen - AWESOME!

Staff and residents were very friendly and lots of activities going on both times that I visited. My Mom and I had lunch there and food was very good. Good size apartment options. We only visited Independent Living building. The Assisted Living is in a separate building that’s much newer. My Mom felt it had a cozy feel.

We met [name removed] who reached out and contacted us before our visit. [Name removed] was extremely helpful to us in verbalizing the difficult relationship between husband and wife when one becomes disabled and in need of assisted living. She was also very helpful in helping us to understand the qualifying section of our long term care insurance policy. The facility is a little older than the other facilities but they seen to have a higher standard by having more amenities, programs, and staff training. Residents were called by name and we saw genuine caring interaction. We were able to speak with several of the staff and residents.

Five stars. My mother was there for over three years and DACMC became not only her home, but; her second family. She loved her caretakers through her dementia. They were always concerned about her well being and comfort. Through other relatives I looked after; DACMC was by far the best facility and staff.

My father lives in the memory unit. He is well cared for. The staff all know the residents and from what I can tell the family and regular visitors. They do a very good job communicating what’s going on and if there is any incident or fall. From the greeting you get when walking in from [name removed] (she makes everybody feel like a million bucks!) or from the care providers and nurses, they are focused on the residents comfort and needs. You get what you pay for in this place.

Wexford Place is a wonderful and caring facility for seniors. It is attractive and clean. The staff cares about residents, and treats them with respect. We moved my Mother-In-Law there about two years ago, and are very satisfied and pleased with the decision. This is the right place for her. Her health and outlook have improved significantly!

Luv it we needed to move in early because of a health issue with my husband. Everything was done that could help us. Lots stress help. They were there when we needed them.

Friendliest, happiest place to live. Nicest people live here.

I moved to DRV one year ago. The management, staff and the people all work together nicely. I thought moving to a retirement facility my lifestyle would be a lot slower -- It’s not the case! It’s really fun and lots of support services for those with needs

Gorgeous place. Love it. Cost could be the only drawback.

This is a Top of the line place . It has everything you could imaging you might need for your parents. From the time you step in you realize this is a place you feel your parents will be well taken care of. from independent living all thru mental care. On site doctor support, pediatrist, onsite dental visits, pharmacy, a couple of hair salons, indoor pool, exercise room, large gathering center for the entire facility for events/presentations. A spectacular view across Cincinnati, with dining rooms throughout. All rooms are large with multiple rooms per unit. Nursing stations for Skill nursing, and mental care that reminds you that you have staff around the clock to manage care. The community relations Coordinator, [name removed] was friendly, knowledgable and offered all the information and answers we needed. Just walking thru the place , all the staff including maintenance were friendly and said hello as we walked thru this incredible facility. Beautiful art work is displays everywhere, made you feel like this was a high end Hotel. This is definitively on our selection list. The Only negative would be distance from our Home as it's about 16 miles away but beats the current 150 miles we travel to see Mom. Price is a lot but we expect this as we embark on this journey.

Carol was so friendly, as were ALL the Residents we met. This community is very well managed and has engaged the residents in activities and made them feel at home. The food has large portions and was substantial with several options at each meal including heart healthy. There is a nice computer center with brain games, and a specialized exercise room with equipment that does most of the work to keep a body flexible. It has a pretty courtyard with koi and birds.

I went on a tour here and we liked it. But it just was to much for my parents. They offered services that they didn't need or want. It was huge and beautiful like a Marriott resort. The staff answered all of my questions.

My father-in-law was only a resident for a month, but I can only say wonderful things about Wexford Place. He wasn't happy about moving to a residential care facility, but in less than 2 weeks, he was saying that he liked it there. Wexford changed his whole attitude and showed him the benefits of residential care. The staff was helpful and always friendly. The physical therapy department was tremendous and made huge strides with my father-in-law's mobility in just the short time he was there. He loved the "happy hour" and other social aspects that they offered. Their social calendar had a nice variety. The food was good too! A wonderful place, can't give Wexford enough stars!

The floor plans were great but the halls were a maize that would take a long time to get used to.Biggest concern was high traffic location
