Right away what stood out to us about Garden Estates was the people, they are just very very excellent and really friendly. Our loved one did not really participate in the activities but they have a ton of different things to offer for the residents. We do think it is a really good value for the money and based on our experience we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

This facility is nice. Overall, we're happy with it. They're facing some staff turnover which has effected things. That's everywhere in America right now. Housekeeping is good, but lots of schedule changes due to staffing. They have a new chef and are also having trouble with supply issues/getting orders in. Due to that, variety isn't always good and they've had to substitute items. They're doing a very good job given the challenges. Their efforts are sincere and they're trying to keep things running smooth. The care here is top notch. They also make extra effort to keep the residents socializing and interactive. Maintenance is an issue also. It's an older facility and repair needs are many. Again, due to staffing, repairs are slow to be completed. They just need a little more attentive maintenance. I would recommend them to family and friends.

We picked this community, because it was the best for the money. Overall, it has all been a positive experience.

I would tell others I have been satisfied with our experience so far. There have been a few things I haven't been pleased with. There used to be choices for entrees for meals and now the menu doesn't have the choices. It would be nice to see the choices back for the residents to choose for their meals. The meals can be delivered to the resident's rooms; however, there is a charge. If your loved one is ill, then there may not be a charge associated with delivering of the meals. The staff communication with the family has been great!

It has been a good experience, and the residents and staff is super friendly.

We had a good tour experience with Arbor Terrace of East Cobb but unfortunately the location was just going to be too far from family.

Great people!!! Management seems great so far - caring, responsive, good listeners. Food is average but understand they are looking for new cook.

The community is older but it is well maintained. We have a few things we are working out but it would be anywhere we went. They always take care of it. We are please with them. I would recommend this home and it is a great community for your loved ones to have independence in a safe environment.

I toured Court at Round Rock and it was a very nice community. We chose another community because Court at Round Rock was way too modern and upscale for our loved one's preference. The cost was also more expensive than what my loved one was comfortable with.

This was a good community, they didn't provide all care types and I was looking for that for my loved one.

My dad and our family has been pleased. Everybody has been quite nice and accommodating. Every time we've asked for something or have tried to make a change, they've done the best they could to accommodate any requests. The med techs have been really good with my dad. I have no complaints about the facility. The courtyard is great, and my dad loves going outside there. The room is a good size. The common areas are well decorated and well done. And the cost is comparable to similar places in the area. I have no reservations recommending Arbor Terrace of East Cobb to other families.

Antebellum on Arlington is a vey good fit for my Mom. Clients are of diverse cultures, which is a beautiful thing. My 81 year old African American Mom was very, very apprehensive about "other races" and has now come to the conclusion that there are good and bad in every race and she genuinely loves everyone there. She is very active in the daily activities. My Mother was totally against interacting in any activity or devotion . Now she looks forward to all of the activities. She says "This is my home now and we help each other along the way." She even gave away a special Teddy bear I had given to her as a gift to "her friend of a different race" she says "I think she really needed it." This makes my heart glad. She's had some ups and downs but Antebellum is a Godsend. [name removed]and [name removed], & [name removed]are hard working, kind people.

The Regal Estates community is quite nice, and they do have a lot of really good activities going on, they have bingo every singe day. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to others.

We had a nice tour experience with Garden Estates and everything looked pretty good. I liked that they offered more than one care type. The reason we did not go with them was because we needed a facility that was closer to the VA.

My loved one enjoys the food. I think they are doing a good job and I would recommend them. They are really taking the stress off our family knowing she is well taken care of. The staff do a good job communicating any concerns with our family regarding our loved one.

The staff is very friendly. They keep you informed with what's going on with your parent. If your family member is in assisted living, I think they go above and beyond to help them. They do a lot more activities in assisted living, but not very much in memory care. The challenge there is that all of the memory care residents are so very different in their stages and abilities. I just wish Antebellum included the lesser functioning memory care residents in more things, including the musical events.

Good community, too far from family.

We had a good tour overall at Regal Estates. It was a little too large for our mom to feel comfortable. It was an older facility as well, and the staff weren't quite as friendly as other places we looked at.

This is a great community. If you are looking for care based on a timely manner, the staff is very slow at responding. The medical portion such as call button response time could be improved on. The food could be improved on. The staff communication is good with the family; however, the follow through could be improved on as well.
