The Regal Estates community is quite nice, and they do have a lot of really good activities going on, they have bingo every singe day. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to others.

We had a nice tour experience with Garden Estates and everything looked pretty good. I liked that they offered more than one care type. The reason we did not go with them was because we needed a facility that was closer to the VA.

My loved one enjoys the food. I think they are doing a good job and I would recommend them. They are really taking the stress off our family knowing she is well taken care of. The staff do a good job communicating any concerns with our family regarding our loved one.

Good community, too far from family.

We had a good tour overall at Regal Estates. It was a little too large for our mom to feel comfortable. It was an older facility as well, and the staff weren't quite as friendly as other places we looked at.

This is a great community. If you are looking for care based on a timely manner, the staff is very slow at responding. The medical portion such as call button response time could be improved on. The food could be improved on. The staff communication is good with the family; however, the follow through could be improved on as well.

I chose Garden Estates because it was close to my house and my son lives right down the street as well so he could come visit. The apartment sizes are average compared to others. The food was excellent and they are chef prepared meals. I would recommend them to others looking, when I get to the point I need to go back I will definitely be coming back here.

The community itself is very nice and like a hotel setting. The people pretty much stay in their rooms except for meals. I'm not sure if this is due to activities that are supplied or if the residents just don't like to participate. At dinner they have assigned tables and switch them around so that people can make different connections. This was a good fit for our loved one because my loved one is very quiet.

My daughter was the one looking into different facilities for me, when she came to tour Court at Round Rock she thought that it would be the best fit. The apartment sizes here are better than average. There are quite a few residents, so it is easy to find someone to talk to. I would recommend to others.

Food is very good. It's important! Helpful staff and interested in well being of client, caring folks. Overall a very pristine environment and positive staff. Staff shows genuine care and concern about clients. Appreciate daily rides and also doctor appointment rides.

Things are pretty convenient here and the staff do a really great job trying to get us involved and to stay involved.

We chose Garden Estates of Corpus Christi because the director was extremely helpful and friendly. The room that she was able to get was also beautiful. Towards the end, the staff to resident ratio was low which started to affect the quality of care. I would recommend, just make sure main communication is with [name removed].

We chose The Pointe at Cedar park because of the convenient location and they got a pretty high rating. When we visited he really liked it. The rooms are kind of like a large studio, about 500 square feet. They raised his rates tremendously and he has only been here 5 months. They only gives you a months notice as well. They told us every October they raise the rates but they were not able to give me an exact number on how much.

In my opinion, Antebellum James Burgess has been a blessing for my parent in Memory Care due to the leadership of Director, [name removed]. [name removed] has been an asset to Antebellum with her personable and professional skills. She is a compassionate perso who has always been available to listen to any concerns or questions regarding care.

We loved the tour. [name removed] was very helpful in guiding us through the process and showing us the assisted living options and explaining all the amenities that are offered. If we weren’t going to refocus our search to Abilene, Texas we would’ve definitely chosen Garden Estates for our mother. The reason for our change in location is that our mother has two sisters and cousins who live in Abilene and we felt it would be better for her to have more family around who could visit her. If we didn’t have more family in Abilene, we would’ve definitely chosen Garden Estates.

This was a smaller facility, clean and bright and great staff. Really liked this place but it was located too far away from me and difficult to get there.

I would recommend this community to others for their loved ones. The reason we choose this community is they allowed more time to visit our loved one outside. The community is progressive as well.

We chose Regal Estates because liked all of the trees. We looked at 3 different places, this one was more established. My mom used to have big trees at her house, so she fell in love with them. The room size was perfect for her needs, not too big not too small. The best part about the community was the staff members, they really cared for her. l would definitely recommend!
