We chose Garden Estates of Corpus Christi because the director was extremely helpful and friendly. The room that she was able to get was also beautiful. Towards the end, the staff to resident ratio was low which started to affect the quality of care. I would recommend, just make sure main communication is with [name removed].

We chose The Pointe at Cedar park because of the convenient location and they got a pretty high rating. When we visited he really liked it. The rooms are kind of like a large studio, about 500 square feet. They raised his rates tremendously and he has only been here 5 months. They only gives you a months notice as well. They told us every October they raise the rates but they were not able to give me an exact number on how much.

In my opinion, Antebellum James Burgess has been a blessing for my parent in Memory Care due to the leadership of Director, [name removed]. [name removed] has been an asset to Antebellum with her personable and professional skills. She is a compassionate perso who has always been available to listen to any concerns or questions regarding care.

We loved the tour. [name removed] was very helpful in guiding us through the process and showing us the assisted living options and explaining all the amenities that are offered. If we weren’t going to refocus our search to Abilene, Texas we would’ve definitely chosen Garden Estates for our mother. The reason for our change in location is that our mother has two sisters and cousins who live in Abilene and we felt it would be better for her to have more family around who could visit her. If we didn’t have more family in Abilene, we would’ve definitely chosen Garden Estates.

This was a smaller facility, clean and bright and great staff. Really liked this place but it was located too far away from me and difficult to get there.

I would recommend this community to others for their loved ones. The reason we choose this community is they allowed more time to visit our loved one outside. The community is progressive as well.

We chose Regal Estates because liked all of the trees. We looked at 3 different places, this one was more established. My mom used to have big trees at her house, so she fell in love with them. The room size was perfect for her needs, not too big not too small. The best part about the community was the staff members, they really cared for her. l would definitely recommend!

It is cost-effective. The care is phenomenal. They offer nice rooms with their own bathrooms. The residents are checked on every two hours. The nursing staff is good, not great. The food is excellent.

The community was very accommodating to meet my needs. The staff was very friendly. The care was good. My husband is limited in what he can do in terms of activities, however they do offer them if residents want to participate. We do thin Antebellum On Arlington is a good value for the price. The person who I worked with in the office was extremely helpful and processed all our paperwork, helped with the doctor and made the administrative part very easy for me. They were top notch.

We looked at several facilities and we were most impressed with the interaction of the staff with the residents. The staff really show an interest in getting to know each resident and care for them. Anything we need, they are always right there and willing to help. They really look after the resident really well. We feel very blessed that we were able to get my mom into such a great facility.

Much like Grand Court like Mimi's. Very friendly staff, happy residents. RN, [name removed], on staff, able to do lab test if needed, perscrptions. More men than at others. [Name removed] has been there 6 years, good background. Class A rated, though many independant residents.

Tried the food several times, not very good unfortunately. The staff more than made up for it, however. [Name removed] has always been helpful and nice, makes us feel appreciated. We know [name removed] has been safe and secure at this facility. He seems to know most of the staff and more than a few neighbors..

I’ve enjoyed my first two months at Garden Estates. The staff and residents are friendly and helpful. The food is good and activities are sufficient. Maintenance is slow and sometimes requires repeated requests to get things done. In some areas carpeting and paint need some attention. I have a nice view from my windows and this is a nice, quiet place to live.

My sister has been at Garden Estates for two months. The staff is friendly and helpful. She is enjoying the activities and has made new friends. We’re looking forward to this being her permanent home.

My husband's cousin has been at Garden Estates for 2+ years. We are her only family and visit quite often. We have been very pleased with the care our family member has received. The staff is helpful and caring, often going out of their way to give assistance. We would recommend Garden Estates to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

NICE CARING PEOPLE AND GREAT TOUR

This is a good option for elderly who are on the cusp between IL and AL. Social activities, dining, common areas are for both populations. AL population are on their own wing, but otherwise mix with the general population. The studios have adequate room but are less visually appealing than some other facilities we looked at, but we are keeping this on the list.

My mother is going to need more care. I will be looking for a full service Memory Care Facility.

Staff were very nice over the phone, but with no memory care, this facility is not a.good fit for our situation.
