Regal Estates has been a wonderful choice. Every one of the staff we have met has been cheerful and kind. I'm not exaggerating! No one has been irritable, no whispers or complaining EVER. its quite obvious all the employees are happy there. Its truly a full team of support whether passing meds, cooking serving or answering questions and phone calls everyone has treated us very well. The building is very well maintained with few exceptions. The staff encourage activities of all kinds including feeding the local ducks and squirrels. When employees are happy at work it shows that the company values them. And that attitude creates a kind compassionate and safe environment for all. Even the office staff know residents by name and apt number. They always greet visitors with a smile and are professional and kind. I just cant say enough good things. Our whole family is thrilled with the amazing care and support. Regal Estates gets a 5+?????from us!!

I moved my father to Garden Estates after my mother passed away, my father was 100% blind. The staff at Garden Estates took very good care of my father for two years. He always talked highly of them. I would definitely recommend Garden Estates anyone looking for a place for their parents.

Everything is good, and they are working to improve the quality of the food. It's a nice place super clean, with friendly staff.

Lakeside Place is a warm and welcoming place! As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted with a smile and warmth. I work in the community as a healthcare professional and visit a lot of facilities; Lakeside Place is by far one of my favorites in Lexington County. Clean, friendly, wonderful staff- amazing place!

Regal estates was amazing. [name removed], [name removed] and all the staff went above and beyond with my mom especially in her final days. The definitely get the top score of 5. I would definitely recommend and have mentioned them in everyone I have been speaking with. I cannot say enough about Regal Estates.

5 all across the board! They are very accessible for any questions, they make everyone feel like it is home, and the best experience we could've had. I am very glad y'all helped me in this journey and found this place for us. They helped us out financially by spreading any payments across months that we needed.

So far we would rate them 5 - they have been lovely every step of the way and true to their word. From the experience with our sales rep, maintenance staff, and to the guys who man the front desk every day, everyone has been great and willing to help any way they can. Cleanliness is good across the board, with weekly housekeeping in every unit and all common spaces kept very clean. And my Dad won't stop talking about how great the food is- he actually looks forward to going to lunch and dinner everyday. Greatwood stood out to us from the other facilities we visited from the start - especially on cleanliness. Can't say enough good things about them at this point.

Very responsive to calls. Helpful with move ins/outs and any medical needs. Responsive to personal preferences with meals and outings. Admin is a bit difficult to get ahold of at times. But always friendly. If nurse is needed, they are excellent!! Also, the interior is so beautiful and super clean. Very safe location. My family member was very well taken care of there, in both independent living and assisted living. His health declined and he needed a higher level of care, otherwise he would likely still be there.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff are very carrying and helpful! The menu is very good, the rooms are a good size.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is good and the wait staff couldn't be nicer! We, my husband & I really do like it.

Greatwood rates a 5 on customer service, feedback returns on multiple calls for questions I'd think of. Even though they had a change in managers the day after I met with them. The new manager stepped in without missing a beat. I'm extremely happy with my brother being there. What's more important is that my brother is happy there.
