Would definitely recommend two others. The facility is really nice for the price. It's great! It's actually on the water as well. The staff is super attentive and the medical staff is very communicative.

5 all across the board! They are very accessible for any questions, they make everyone feel like it is home, and the best experience we could've had. I am very glad y'all helped me in this journey and found this place for us. They helped us out financially by spreading any payments across months that we needed.

So far we would rate them 5 - they have been lovely every step of the way and true to their word. From the experience with our sales rep, maintenance staff, and to the guys who man the front desk every day, everyone has been great and willing to help any way they can. Cleanliness is good across the board, with weekly housekeeping in every unit and all common spaces kept very clean. And my Dad won't stop talking about how great the food is- he actually looks forward to going to lunch and dinner everyday. Greatwood stood out to us from the other facilities we visited from the start - especially on cleanliness. Can't say enough good things about them at this point.

Very responsive to calls. Helpful with move ins/outs and any medical needs. Responsive to personal preferences with meals and outings. Admin is a bit difficult to get ahold of at times. But always friendly. If nurse is needed, they are excellent!! Also, the interior is so beautiful and super clean. Very safe location. My family member was very well taken care of there, in both independent living and assisted living. His health declined and he needed a higher level of care, otherwise he would likely still be there.

What we like the most about the community is that the staff are very carrying and helpful! The menu is very good, the rooms are a good size.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is good and the wait staff couldn't be nicer! We, my husband & I really do like it.

My family is very pleased with Garden Estates. Staff is amazing. Any issues we have, they are taken care of immediately.

Greatwood rates a 5 on customer service, feedback returns on multiple calls for questions I'd think of. Even though they had a change in managers the day after I met with them. The new manager stepped in without missing a beat. I'm extremely happy with my brother being there. What's more important is that my brother is happy there.

The best facility with the best staff. [name removed] and [name removed] are the amazing angels on earth. My father has been a resident for two years. The best care and the best customer service. I dont worry about him at all because I know he is loved and well cared for.

Great staff and leadership. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the location is convenient for shopping. The folks that live there are friendly and caring.

Staff was kind and willing to help with multiple types chores. Management was always there for me as well.

Regal has been a great place for my dad and for the family. The caregivers and med techs are watchful over him and helpful to him. They keep the family informed of any issues that come up as well. I don't worry about him -- which is huge for me.

New management is doing a very good job. Extremely kind and compassionate staff. Facilities are nicely refreshed. No level of care fee provides transparency and consistency.

Food was fair overall, their soups were good. The orderlies were a little cocky to my dad at times. Management was great, nursing director was great, I felt like the PA did not and would not keep me in the loop on things.

The staff at the community were very welcoming! I was able to look at various options in floorplans. They had plenty of amenities including a movie theater, bistro, and beautiful outdoor courtyards. I had a great experience touring here!

Whether it's Girl Scouts playing the cello, movie nights, book clubs, or a good old game of rummy, there’s always something fun happening, and the residents love it. They’re engaged, smiling, and truly enjoying life. If you're looking for a place where your loved one will not only be well cared for, but also thrive socially and emotionally, Regal Point East Cobb should absolutely be at the top of your list!

This is a beautiful, well-kept facility that truly does feel like you are walking into someone's home. The rooms are full of light and are designed to feel just like your own living space at home. They also offer a variety of floor plans to meet every individual's need. Walking down the halls, I was consistently greeted by staff with a smile on their face who appeared to sincerely enjoy their work. The common areas offered comfortable furnishings and were filled with music, conversation, and created a friendly atmosphere with ample opportunity to meet new people and make new friends. If you are looking for a place for yourself or a loved one, I could not make a better recommendation than Eagle Pointe of East Cobb!

Regal Pointe East Cobb is five stars hands down!!! After the unexpected loss of my mom and my dad needing full time care, we found Regal. The whole staff has made us feel like family and have given me peace of mind that I can take the best care of my dad with the wonderful help they provide. They have made what felt like an impossible transition a smooth one. Dad and our family are so happy with the facility, food and amazing care provided. I am still learning names but to name a few [names removed] the whole care staff ([names removed] and all of the others), the front desk ladies, billing office & program staff are all great too! [name removed] the maintenance guy has helped us, sometimes without even being asked, and always with a big smile on his face. I really could go on and on. So, thank you so much to everyone at Regal!!! If you or a loved one is looking for an assisted living facility, I highly recommend you choose Regal. You will love it!

Every time you set foot in Regal Pointe you instantly feel welcome! The staff and residents are vibrant and full of life! Everyone is willing to help no matter what. The community is clean and beautiful. You will not regret moving your loved one in. They will be cared for and well-loved!

This community has recently been through a remodel. It is a beautiful community and the staff are fantastic. They truly care about the residents they have the privilege to serve. I highly recommend stopping by for a tour.
