It has been a good experience, and the residents and staff is super friendly.

We had a good tour experience with Arbor Terrace of East Cobb but unfortunately the location was just going to be too far from family.

I would like to say that it is not all on them by any means. They are experiencing lack and or shortage of staff. This related to Covid where it all had started. Some of the levels of service are affected by this. It is not consistent , service levels are up and down quite often.

We were very pleased with our experience at Garden Estates of Tyler.

Great people!!! Management seems great so far - caring, responsive, good listeners. Food is average but understand they are looking for new cook.

The community is older but it is well maintained. We have a few things we are working out but it would be anywhere we went. They always take care of it. We are please with them. I would recommend this home and it is a great community for your loved ones to have independence in a safe environment.

I toured Court at Round Rock and it was a very nice community. We chose another community because Court at Round Rock was way too modern and upscale for our loved one's preference. The cost was also more expensive than what my loved one was comfortable with.

This was a good community, they didn't provide all care types and I was looking for that for my loved one.

My dad and our family has been pleased. Everybody has been quite nice and accommodating. Every time we've asked for something or have tried to make a change, they've done the best they could to accommodate any requests. The med techs have been really good with my dad. I have no complaints about the facility. The courtyard is great, and my dad loves going outside there. The room is a good size. The common areas are well decorated and well done. And the cost is comparable to similar places in the area. I have no reservations recommending Arbor Terrace of East Cobb to other families.

The Regal Estates community is quite nice, and they do have a lot of really good activities going on, they have bingo every singe day. Based on the experience we have had so far we would recommend this community to others.

We had a nice tour experience with Garden Estates and everything looked pretty good. I liked that they offered more than one care type. The reason we did not go with them was because we needed a facility that was closer to the VA.

My loved one enjoys the food. I think they are doing a good job and I would recommend them. They are really taking the stress off our family knowing she is well taken care of. The staff do a good job communicating any concerns with our family regarding our loved one.

Good community, too far from family.

We went with Lakeside Place because of the proximity to where I live and also it is a relatively new facility so the layout is really nice and beautiful. On the negative side, they do not really offer as much assistance as where my loved one was before. On the weekends it is very hard to get a hold of anyone, they do not answer the phones. It almost seems like it is in between independent living and assisted living. My loved one is happy here but it might be a little better suited for someone younger who needs less care.

We had a good tour overall at Regal Estates. It was a little too large for our mom to feel comfortable. It was an older facility as well, and the staff weren't quite as friendly as other places we looked at.

This is a great community. If you are looking for care based on a timely manner, the staff is very slow at responding. The medical portion such as call button response time could be improved on. The food could be improved on. The staff communication is good with the family; however, the follow through could be improved on as well.

I chose Garden Estates because it was close to my house and my son lives right down the street as well so he could come visit. The apartment sizes are average compared to others. The food was excellent and they are chef prepared meals. I would recommend them to others looking, when I get to the point I need to go back I will definitely be coming back here.

The community itself is very nice and like a hotel setting. The people pretty much stay in their rooms except for meals. I'm not sure if this is due to activities that are supplied or if the residents just don't like to participate. At dinner they have assigned tables and switch them around so that people can make different connections. This was a good fit for our loved one because my loved one is very quiet.

My daughter was the one looking into different facilities for me, when she came to tour Court at Round Rock she thought that it would be the best fit. The apartment sizes here are better than average. There are quite a few residents, so it is easy to find someone to talk to. I would recommend to others.

Food is very good. It's important! Helpful staff and interested in well being of client, caring folks. Overall a very pristine environment and positive staff. Staff shows genuine care and concern about clients. Appreciate daily rides and also doctor appointment rides.
