The employees are kind and helpful & cheerful. LPNs are caring and come when needed or requested. Maintenance answers quickly when there is a problem. Activity directors try to provide entertainment for the different tastes. For the most part food is good, but I would like to have less breaded & fried food and a couple of nice shrimp scampi occasionally instead of a pile of tine ones that are fried. [removed] is a great director & strives for improvement.

I like it here at Garden Estates of Tyler. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really like my apartment is very comfortable. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. I wish they had more variety in their meals, but the food is okay. They offer activities for the residents, but I really enjoy watching T.V. and relaxing in my apartment. I do enjoy going out on their excursions that they plan. They let us know where the trip is going to be and then we sign up for what we want to do. They also offer trips to the doctor and to go shopping. They have a really nice courtyard that is beautifully landscaped. I would recommend this community to others.

I will consider this location if I cannot find something in Georgetown. I prefer not to drive if possible.

Charming, lovely old building that has been converted into a comfortable facility. Its nice that the rate is all inclusive and does not fluctuate with level of care, so you know what you are dealing with.Reasonable rates. Clean and beautifully appointed. Suites a a bit small, no 2 bedroom available but they were willing to convert 2 1 bedrooms into a 2 with a door in between. I took off one star because they have set dining times, not so flexible.

We will be moving my father to this community pretty soon. It is a close location to us, so we can help make the adjustment process easier. We are going to feel comfortable with his move to this community. It is a good, safe community.

I did not have any problems with my tour of this community. Everything went well, and everyone was kind. The community looked nice, and clean from what I saw. The staff was friendly. The experience went well, and I had a nice tour.

Things are going very well since moving my mom here. She seems to be enjoying herself she has been going out on Thursdays to eat. The staff was friendly and nice. The community was clean looked very nice. Mom is enjoying the food from what I am being told. The most important thing is that it is continuous care. So mom is starting out in the independent living section but if something should happen she doesn't have to leave the campus she can just transition over to the assisted living side.

This a nice community, and I had a pleasant tour of it. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. The staff we met was nice, and helpful. The community appeared to be well-kept. The experience was a good one, but I did find a better match for my mother, and her needs.

My mother in law is doing pretty well since her move to this community. This nice, safe facility, and I'am pleased with all they have done for us. They have a nice staff, and they are kind, and have been very helpful whenever needed. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. Everything is working out well for my mother in law in this community, and I would recommend it.

My loved one has recently made the move into this community and so far I have no complaints of how things are going for him. The staff have been wonderful and I am comfortable with the quality of care he has been receiving. He has had no issues with the meals and enjoys participating in the activities with the other residents from time to time. Overall it has been a pleasant experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

I have no complaints about how things went for my dad while he was at this community . The staff where very kind and I was comfortable with the quality of care he was provided. I also thought the property was clean and they had a lot of great amenities for all of the residents. Overall it was a great place it was just not the right fit for the kind of care he ended up needing.

This community has small rooms. They also have the independent living residents in the same building as the assisted living. We were looking for more of an independent living community. The person that took us on tour was very nice and the community looked clean.
