It was in a good location. It's newly remodeled and very, very attractive. Seemed a little too quiet for my parents' taste. Fairly expensive.

Very good. All types of treatment desire. Food quality and variety good. [Name removed] seems like a good administrator. [Name removed]was concerned by the age of the occupants.

Beatrice was wonderful! The information and the tour were very helpful. She understood and verbalized very well her understanding of my dad's situation right away. She was a professional who was knowledgeable about the facility. I am planning to do a roadtrip with dad to include a visit. I am planning this for the end of August. However, it will depend on what his cardiologist has to say about his heart status. I found the facility to be well maintained, quiet, and aesthetic. It has the amenities that would fit comfortably with my dad's current independent lifestyle. Greatwood is also is close to shopping and health facilities that my dad would be able to utilize. Distance and traffic (Hwy 6 and Hwy 59) to the facility from my house are my concerns currently. However, I will see what dad thinks about it. I'll stay in contact. Again, thank you.

Facility is clean and the staff know resident names. Just a big place.

Very nice new facility. Used to be a school so they have nice high ceilings. This is an all-inclusive with video camera's outside and inside (very important) If you're interested in studio units only this is a "Must Visit" facility.

This was a nice facility, friendly, welcoming, and clean. The residents looked happy. [name removed] was very informative and helpful.

Very nice and clean. Common areas nice and residents were very pleased with their apartments. Staff was very knowledgeable and had been at the facility for many years. Mom just did not like the small size apt. Reasonable pricing also.

Memory Care Unit is impressive. Staff is highly visible, numerous and smiling. Residents happy, well groomed & given off-site activities. Clean, well-lit. Nice courtyard. The only drawbacks being shared bathroom with adjoining bedroom w/sink placed in bedroom & the sitting area is too small w/ uncomfortable appearing seating.

Everything is going fine with this facility and my sister really seems to like it. We ended up picking this facility for a number of reasons. The most important reason is that I have a friend who works in the nursing home business and this one came well recommended. The other reason is that it’s close to our brother and everything else just fell into place. For activities, they offer things like card games, bingo, live entertainment, and field trips. The only thing she isn’t happy about is the food. I would recommend this facility to other families.

My Mother and I toured this facility a few times before we decided to move all of her things. My mom kept changing her mind on what she wanted to take and [Removed] was nice enough to give us a tour three separate times. She was extremely patient with us. The rooms were really nice and overall it was a very clean facility. We did have a few maintenance issues while we were moving her things in and when we turned those in they were fixed. I would recommend this facility to other families.

Our experience with Azalea Estates has been very good overall. They have Friendly staff, and I appreciate that it appears to be a nice, clean facility. The food isn't impressive, but it seems to be satisfying, and they do have a lot of activities there to keep everyone engaged.

My family and I liked this property; however the location was not convenient for us. They lady that helped us was excellent when we first toured the facility. Unfortunately, they didn’t have a place for my loved one so we would have been on a waiting list.

We toured this community and weren't really impressed. The staff was great and they answered all of our questions. It was a more modern look and not homey feeling at all. There are a lot of businesses real close to it and we didn't really like that. Some of the rooms had an odor they hadn't taken care of like in the theater room. They were also out of our price range.

This is an older facility, but still in good shape. The rooms open to the inside like a hotel or nursing home. The apartments were a little small, but nice. Once again, I think the independent living would work better for Dad's needs at the moment.

Thus far I have been pleased with my Mother’s stay here. Unfortunately, I may be looking at moving her soon because we were informed that her rent is going up tremendously. The staff has been really nice but there seems to be a lack of communication between caregivers and management. We did have a few problems in the beginning but after working with management, they have finally been resolved. We picked this facility because we liked the people here. The residents aren’t sitting around with their heads down. I would recommend this facility.

Employees are very attentive to my mother. The community is well kept and clean.

Living at Garden Estates is a pleasure and I have recommended it to my friends. I feel comfortable in my apartment. The staff treats me with respect and smiles. The residents are easy to get to know and nice to newcomers. The menu has choices to fit your appetite.

I attend weekly for a bible study at which many of the guests participate. They are brought in by the assistants and all seem very happy. The atmosphere is great both with the staff and guests.
