Residents and staff are extremely friendly. Facility is very clean. Everyone we talked to loves being here. High on our list!

I have been in this facility. The only issue is that the rooms are like small apartments which is great for a more independent person. Mom would fare much better in a place where rooms are all inside one building.

This is a nice facility, however my Mother is more interested in Independent Living and this facility has both Independent and Assisted Living, she is not ready to co mingle with assisted living conditions at this time.

Grand Villa of Englewood has good food, helpful staff, and a lot of activities. However, the housekeeping is very inadequate. They are not cleaning resident rooms near as often as they need to. I also feel that the management is not doing what they should be doing as far as supervision and training are concerned.

I took a look at Grand Villa for my aunt, and I felt it was equally as nice as other places I had looked at, but I just wasn’t as open and airy as I was hoping for. I was looking for a place that felt open and healthy, so we opted of anther community we had looked at.

My dad moved into the Grand Villa and his first night was really good. He had a temporary experience there before and it was a bad experience. He is back there now and he is content and he is happier. The community is well maintained and they showed me variety of options for my dad. He has no complaints about the food, he is eating good meals. He has his privacy with his own apartment. They suit him well.

The community was very nice and excellent from what we saw on the tour. However, they were not within the budget. They would have been his first choice. It was remodeled and it looked like a beautiful place. The food was good and staff were nice.

This is a very nice community. She hasn't been here about a month and in that time she was enjoying herself. She never complained about the food. There hadn't been enough time for her to do any of the activities. The staff is friendly and very nice.

In touring this community I found that I did not care for the floor plan of the community. The staff was very nice and helpful very informative. The community was clean and looked well maintained.

This community offers assisted living and two levels of memory care. This community is pretty new and is very nice. It is located on the Indian River and the view is beautiful. I feel mom is safer here as she is currently in the memory care unit for residents with high functioning dementia. The food is good and they offer healthy options. They have a large kitchen on the main floor for the assisted living residents. The dining room for memory care is in a different location. The staff have bent over backwards to make sure mom is cared for.

We toured quite a few communities but in the end, we chose this one for many reasons. First was the location it was exactly where we were hoping for options. The staff is very friendly and helpful and very accommodating. They offer appropriate activities for dementia and alters patients. The food seems to be good. The community itself is very clean well maintained.

I had a pleasant tour of this community, and everything went well for the most part. The community looked great, everything looked nice, and clean. The staff was very kind, and helpful. My tour guide was friendly, and informative. My questions were answered. The experience went well, and I would had felt comfortable with moving my friend to this facility.

Could improve some but is better than the others I have lived in.

This was a very nice facility. We are looking for independent living and none of the apartments have a full service kitchen which is still important to us. The location is perfect, new construction with high ceilings and spacious room sizes, it is a location that we could consider in another 10-15 years when we don't want to cook anymore.

Very nice place. Staff and residents friendly. Needed a little updating, but warm and homey. Affordable.

Very nice, resort feeling atmosphere, a lot of walking, and I feel its not for everyone. No "zen" areas on properties, they have a nice pool area and lots of activities for the residence.

We toured this community for care. the staff was nice and caring. The staff was outstanding. and able to answer the questions on the care that was given. They offer a nice menu and there is a list of nice activities. We would recommend that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one for the value and the care.
