Grand Villa is a clean and friendly place. From what I have seen they have good customer service. The staff seems to care about the residents. The food could be better. Overall Grand Villa is a decent place.

30 year old building, but kept up pretty well. Rooms bigger than thought. [Name removed] was kind and helpful, on site Chef. 4 stars out of only 32, though. $3000 for 1 bedroom

Nice, clean, updated, lobby - bright cheerful, staff wore purple shirts with name tags, visitors sign in and are given name tags, laundry included, dining hall - bright-clean, have 1 shared room available - needs twin bed, dresser and night stand, have pool table, some outdoor space- limited, 5 stories building. Movie room. 2/3 women- average age 80. Cable wifi phone included .

I've had all good care. I think that we have a wonderful activity program and the exercise program is great. The best way to make friends is to be a friend.

We are very happy here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It is a wonderful place to live and all of our needs are being met. The activities are good and the pool is wonderful. We really like our apartment - 2 rooms. Very nice. Maintenance is very good. The food could be a little better sometimes.

This facility is well maintained and the rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The employees are friendly. Sometimes the room has an odor. Maintenance is slow with repairs.

I liked grand villa. The memory center is on the first floor and it’s very nice. Very updated and modern. The semi private rooms had a half wall between the beds. The rooms were very nice and s good size. It has a pool that can be used We spoke to the activity director and she was very nice and informative. The memory center has 20 people and intimate which I liked. The memory center is a locked unit which is also good.

We were impressed with the variety of living options for specific care levels. The rooms were nice size and easy to get around. Well taken care of, clean and organized. The outdoors were beautiful. At the top of our list. Need additional visits to be certain of my rating.

Due to health reasons, my husband was only there for a couple of days, but the staff and administration were great.

Nice facility but in need of a little upkeep to grounds, rooms etc. Painting, cleaning of sidewalks, etc. Rooms were nice and clean. Friendly staff. Presenter was very good.

Mom is in memory care and they do an amazing job with them. They keep a very close eye on all the residents, but yet at the same time let them do most of what they want to do. They have some activity going on in the main area most of the time. The TV is always on with music and sometimes funny shows that some of them engage in. I love the fact they can go outside whenever they want and are actually taken out every day (weather permitting) for some fresh air.

I liked this place better then [removed], but am uncertain yet if this situation will work for my Dad. I need to see other places before I make any type of decision.

Like the place a lot. So did Mom. Going back again this Thursday to discuss next steps. Only availability right now is 2nd floor apartment and we would like one on the first floor for Mom.

Everyone seems friendly and helpful. We are pleased so far with the facility except the pool doesn't have set hours and its kept locked most of the time. Since having a pool was one of the deciding factors we are disappointed with this area.

I came to visit my loved one and I also had a meal in the dining room, it was the best meal I have ever had here in years! I also met the new chef, [name removed] I believe his name is. He is a very very kind chef and I see that he is kind to the residents that live there. This community is very clean and we love all of the staff at this community.

Wonderful staff... everyone from sales manager to aides were welcoming and friendly. Many clients came up to us and told us how much they love living here! Food was great. Only negative was that my Mom was a bit overwhelmed by the size and number of people there. Otherwise it was a wonderful place and I would not mind having my Mom live here.
