It is a pretty community. The people and administrative are nice. I think it is expensive. I feel we didn't get our money's worth. My loved one didn't care for the food while they were there. This is due to a chef turnover. Our time was during the pandemic.

We toured Grand Villa and there was nothing negative about the facility, it was just an average tour. After meeting with my siblings we found that another facility would fit our mothers needs better.

We toured this community and the staff was very nice and helpful. They provided lots of information to us and the tour was very nice. The only feedback i have is that is was dark looking and I would have liked to see the community brighter.

It is very nice and well maintained. The apartment was very lovely for our loved one. The aesthetics are very nice, the dining room as well and they even give you options for food to eat. I would like to see the community get a hold of family more and let us know about our loved one more often.

I looked at employee reviews for Brentwood at Fore Ranch. And they were under management that all the employees hated, based on their reviews. So there was no way we would go there. The woman I spoke to on the phone for our virtual tour was nice enough, but based on those employee reviews, I was not taking my parent there.

Nice facility with above average amenities. The staff that I met were very friendly, positive and upbeat. The tour was cut short due to time constraints on my part. It appears there is little to no outside amenities, i.e. pool gardens etc. I hope to see more on my next visit.

I would recommend this community. Overall, I have been happy here. My frustration is items have gone missing such as clothes for my loved one. The communication with the staff has been excellent. The staff seem to really care about the residents.

This is a nice community, but they don't have any dietary specials. The food is horrible. They had bingo, arts and crafts, movies, bowling and more activities for the residents to choose from. The communication was fair with the staff and the families. I would like for their food to change.

The price is kind of costly, and they just increased it this year. We were not expecting it to go up that fast. We've also had another unexpected cost when insurance stopped covering medication, and now we are being billed by the company Grand Villa uses to provide medications. The staff is okay, we had one issue with one person in billing. But other than that, the rest of the staff has been okay. They call pretty quickly when something is going on, so that's good. When they moved my loved one to a different room, they lost a piece of medical equipment and they still haven't found it. But overall, yes I would recommend this community.

It's a very nice place, everybody is very friendly and helpful. They were really good at keeping me informed, especially because we couldn't visit at first, or only visit on a limited basis. They would send me videos and get me on calls with my loved one They really kept our loved one engaged and made sure he partook in a lot of the activities. I was happy there was such a nice view out the window into the courtyard. I talked with them for weeks before our actual move-in, and the sales director was great about answering my endless questions. She never got impatient with me. The video tours she sent were helpful as well.

We chose Grand Villa of New Port Richey because they take medicaid and we did a site visit and we were impressed with the facility itself and staff members. The room sizes here are pretty good, my mom is in a studio and it is a good size apartment and a HUGE bathroom. I would absolutely recommend them.

I would recommend the community. I wish someone from the community would contact me to ask about our experience. The community tries to improve concerns. The night shift is the problem I saw, and I feel this shift has the less trained people on it. The community is clean.

I had a wonderful experience with the director and she went out of her way to make us comfortable. I would recommend this community to others.

Grand Villa is a very attractive community and in a fantastic location. It is always bright and cheerful. The food is excellent, and we would recommend this community as long as it is only for assisted living.

This will be a good place for dad. Not quite as many people to talk to as at the Atria facilities.

We chose Grand Villa of Ormond Beach because of the location. They were also very professional at this facility. The place is neat and clean. The room sizes here were decent compared to others we saw. The temperature of the food, the service, and the flavor are all things that they could improve on. The dining staff is not very attentive. Overall, I would recommend the community.

They are always short-staffed. They have a nice outdoor pool. The rooms are larger than most. The staff is wonderful. The food is terrible. They have nice outdoor space for the residents. The staff is not always there when you need them.

The community is usually very clean. The staff is usually friendly and the care is very good as well. They deal with my father-in-law very well and handle some of his behaviors very professionally. They do offer activities for the residents to participate in, although my father-in-law doesn't often participate. We do think Grand Villa is expensive.

They are very friendly, both residents and staff. The food is good. The layout is great. Room sizes are a little small. I wish there were more outdoor options for my mom. There are only an area in the back with the smokers or chairs out front. I wish there were more areas for residents to use to get outside.
