I would recommend the community. I wish someone from the community would contact me to ask about our experience. The community tries to improve concerns. The night shift is the problem I saw, and I feel this shift has the less trained people on it. The community is clean.

I had a wonderful experience with the director and she went out of her way to make us comfortable. I would recommend this community to others.

Grand Villa is a very attractive community and in a fantastic location. It is always bright and cheerful. The food is excellent, and we would recommend this community as long as it is only for assisted living.

This will be a good place for dad. Not quite as many people to talk to as at the Atria facilities.

We chose Grand Villa of Ormond Beach because of the location. They were also very professional at this facility. The place is neat and clean. The room sizes here were decent compared to others we saw. The temperature of the food, the service, and the flavor are all things that they could improve on. The dining staff is not very attentive. Overall, I would recommend the community.

They are always short-staffed. They have a nice outdoor pool. The rooms are larger than most. The staff is wonderful. The food is terrible. They have nice outdoor space for the residents. The staff is not always there when you need them.

This community is pretty good and was usually very clean. The staff were pretty friendly. The care was adequate. The activities were pretty good until the Covid-19 pandemic hit and everything was locked down. The price at Grand Villa Of Deerfield Beach was a little higher compared to other communities in the area. We had trouble with them when we asked about a price reduction and they told me they would be able to do it if I gave them other prices from communities in the area in writing, however they ended up never getting back to me about it. We had a very similar experience with them getting back to me about insurance covering some of the care costs.

The community is usually very clean. The staff is usually friendly and the care is very good as well. They deal with my father-in-law very well and handle some of his behaviors very professionally. They do offer activities for the residents to participate in, although my father-in-law doesn't often participate. We do think Grand Villa is expensive.

They are very friendly, both residents and staff. The food is good. The layout is great. Room sizes are a little small. I wish there were more outdoor options for my mom. There are only an area in the back with the smokers or chairs out front. I wish there were more areas for residents to use to get outside.

Grand Villa is a clean and friendly place. From what I have seen they have good customer service. The staff seems to care about the residents. The food could be better. Overall Grand Villa is a decent place.

30 year old building, but kept up pretty well. Rooms bigger than thought. [Name removed] was kind and helpful, on site Chef. 4 stars out of only 32, though. $3000 for 1 bedroom

Nice, clean, updated, lobby - bright cheerful, staff wore purple shirts with name tags, visitors sign in and are given name tags, laundry included, dining hall - bright-clean, have 1 shared room available - needs twin bed, dresser and night stand, have pool table, some outdoor space- limited, 5 stories building. Movie room. 2/3 women- average age 80. Cable wifi phone included .

I've had all good care. I think that we have a wonderful activity program and the exercise program is great. The best way to make friends is to be a friend.

We are very happy here. Everyone is friendly and helpful. It is a wonderful place to live and all of our needs are being met. The activities are good and the pool is wonderful. We really like our apartment - 2 rooms. Very nice. Maintenance is very good. The food could be a little better sometimes.

I liked grand villa. The memory center is on the first floor and it’s very nice. Very updated and modern. The semi private rooms had a half wall between the beds. The rooms were very nice and s good size. It has a pool that can be used We spoke to the activity director and she was very nice and informative. The memory center has 20 people and intimate which I liked. The memory center is a locked unit which is also good.

The Grand Villa was the best of all of the tours..it was cozy and warm and sunny and seems to be the most welcoming of them all...I give it 5 stars. Staff was nice, the residents were friendly and sociable, the rooms are large enough and had enough natural light that once you get the furniture in it will look very comfortable..the place is laid out like a small "bed and breakfast" type place and has proximity to several shops and restaurants for outings..the costs were high but all inclusive, so no unexpected costs would be appearing.
