During our tour, all of the staff and residents were very friendly. Prior to this tour, we looked at a brand new facility. Compared to that one, Grand Villa just seemed older. The other place also offered us a move in incentive we could not pass up.

Wanting to charge [Amount Removed] for my dad to have an electric wheelchair. They waived it when I complained. Extra for cable tv. Extra for the emergency pendant. My mom gets those things at no extra cost at angels senior living. They told my dad he couldn't return after the hurricane destroyed the community. He was traumatized by something during the evacuation and he stopped managing his diabetes. He ended up in a nursing home for a a month (horrible!) and then they said he couldn't come back Because they're not licensed to manage diabetes. Really disappointing.

I toured this community and it was nice. Very clean and the staff was friendly. The only thing we didn't like was that the rooms were on the smaller side.

This community is perfect for my loved one, as they are independent. However when calling the office I don't receive a call back, and I think the handy man could be more available, especially when we moved in, there was a couple things we needed helped with and it was hard to get help from the handy man, now there is a new handy man and I believe there has been improvement.

The biggest concern we have is with the meals and dining. The dining room isn't very big and residents save seats for their friends and this makes it hard for other residents.. The food is not very good. Right now the community has an influx of residents due to them bringing residents in from the South due to the hurricane. There were some staff brought in; however, the staff they have can be overwhelmed by the number of residents. They are trying to keep the residents separated the best they can. However, the schedule isn't working for out for the residents. There is no communication about the long term timeline of when all the residents will be there still. There is a lot of turnover of staff. There has been a change of nursing and this hasn't been communicated to the families.

We are very happy with The Pineapple House. It is a wonderful facility, and the staff are great.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour guide who sat down with us was really nice. The facility itself was really nice but the economy rooms were economy they had very little room. The memory care center is on the second floor with access by stairs or elevators. They looked like they had a ton of different activities going on, their cafeteria and sitting room is in a very wide open area. The patients looked content and overall it seemed like a really good place. However due to our loved ones care level and the price it was just not going to be a place for us

I toured this facility and it was ok. A little bit older, but ok.

The meals and dining service was a great experience, all of the meals were very very good and our loved one at everything they served. We would recommend the Grand Villa of Sarasota to other families - our only issues we had was with the pharmacy, we had to wait days until our loved one could receive any of their medication

They were friendly. My loved one did not like the food. They had plenty of activities. We picked this community because, of the sales staff and overall attitude, great dining room, the view, location, they were laid back and prety nice. They were reall pretty realistic about the residents. Overall, it was super clean, quiet, and they had plenty of stuff for the residents to do.

Everything seems ok. Most of the personnel are very friendly. I would like to know in advance the apartment cleaning and activities schedules, transportation etc.

Our family had an in person tour and overall it was a nice tour experience and all the staff we met with were very friendly.

I've recommended them a few times already. I really don't have any complaints.

My loved one is getting better. The staff is responsive and on top of things, whenever I call. The food is pretty good. My loved one is more invloved with activities. They were extremely good with setting up a tour. They were very giving of any information that was needed. The staff is very friendly. They will take time to get your loved one acclimated.

Family toured for my father looking for him a new home. Felt went well could use some improvements in staffing areas certain areas but otherwise very well.

I toured with Grand VIlla of Delray and the staff were all lovely. The apartments were on the smaller side but still nice. I had heard from someone who lived their previously that the food was not very good. When I first started looking, this was my first choice.

Very happy here. Staff is wonderful, when I was ill they took great care of me. Treated me like family. Family is happy with services.

We chose Riverview Senior Resort mainly because of the location - it has an oceanside view which she wanted. They also seemed to be more organized and the facility was much more clean than other places we visited. They were just bought out by another company, so some services have gone away that we originally had and that has been confusing. Overall things are going well.

It is a very clean facility. My loved one was only there for a short period of time, and it's a place that I would take my loved one back to, My loved one liked the activities. Overall, it was a great place.

They do a pretty good job so far. My loved one complains about the food, sometimes it's cold, does not taste good and takes a long time to be served to them. I chose this place because it's a good location, for me and other family members to visit. They have medical servcies, that come to facillity, such as vision, a podietrist, and regular doctor. It's very bright and I like the facility. My loved one seems to be okay. Overall, my love done is in a good place.
