bathroom and floors should be cleaned more frequently. they need more staff. They have all been kind and gracious. A couple of the guys set up Mom's TV and hung her artwork on the walls. We tried to tip them, but they absolutely refused to accept any money.

I am happy with Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs where my aunt is a resident in the memory care unit. They communicate positive news about my aunt, are responsive to inquiries (I can text the unit director with any questions or concerns) and unlike most other memory care facilities, Grand Villa takes these residents on various outings — movies, museums, restaurants, and even a monthly visit to a spa for manicures and pedicures! When I was interviewing other similar communities, their administrators admitted they are not comfortable taking those with dementia on field trips, but Grand Villa thinks differently. While memory residents at other places are sitting in front of TV’s or singing Old MacDonald, those at Grand Villa are treated as if they can still learn, participate, and enjoy (on my first visit they were conducting a crocheting class!). Grand Villa also has a staff dedicated to the memory unit to include an activities director and life enrichment coordinator — at another more expensive and upscale community where my aunt previously resided, the same staff circulated between memory care and assisted living, and appeared to have no experience or insights into dealing with cognitive impairment.

Continually short of help. No consistency for my mom. She never knows who is going to give her meds, who is cleaning her apartment or transporting to meals. They have a HUGE problem keeping support staff. Staffing issues are definitely a con. Mom is a happy go lucky 85 year old. Staff always tell me how much they enjoy her. She's not a complainer, but is stumped/ concerned about the staffing problem.

The move in process was good. Issues with another tenant were a major problem, but got resolved. Keep clothing to a minimum. Clothing seems to get misplaced often. The room could use a little more housekeeping due to smell.

Many people have asked me about this place, the place is clean, friendly atmosphere, food is excellent! My wife is a resident and has been for a year and a half. We looked around at various facilities in the Naples area and found it is close to our home I can visit my wife often.

I'd say it's ok except for the food. So many residents complain about the food. We picked this community, because it was close to me and affordable. Residents and staff were friendly.

My loved one is currently a resident at Grand Villa of Clearwater and overall things have been good for her at this facility. The cleanliness and friendliness are good. The care services and value for cost are okay. We have had a few issues with the staff, but they seem very nice so overall I would say good. My loved one has not complained about the food, it's good. They offer plenty of activities for the residents.

My loved one is currently a resident at Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs and the experience at this facility has been very good so far. The cleanliness and friendliness are great. The staff and care services are also great. I would recommend Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs to family and friends.

Care staff are very well. Some staff I have taken a liking to, [name removed] is wonderful. Staff is very pleasant. When ever I walk by they always say hello. [name removed] in Laundry is wonderful. I would give [name removed] in housekeeping a five star rating. Food is a hit & miss. [name removed] in Activities does a great job. Her Job is hard, she has to come up with activities everyone likes. That isn’t always easy.

Our family had an in person tour with Grand Villa of Boynton Beach and overall we though the community and tour experience was good.

Care staff is awesome. They are always here for me when I need them. Housekeeping is great, [name removed] is untouchable, very experienced. Food is okay, too salty at times for me.Cleanliness of the building I would give them a 5. I think that even tho I don’t have a lot of contact with the nurses & care staff they are wonderful, they do care for there residents. They are one of the reasons why I decided to stay here. Maintenance is good, I asked them to hang something up on my door. [name removed] took his time, and made sure no one would be able to remove the item off my door.

My loved one currently resides at Grand Villa of DeLand and his experience at this facility has been very good so far. There were a few staff in particular who were extremely helpful during the move in process. I also dealt with the Director who was extremely helpful when we had an issue with obtaining VA benefits. My loved one says that the food is adequate, but he says that the portions of the meals are small. However, he can ask for seconds. I would definitely recommend this facility to family and friends.

We toured Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs when searching for a Memory Care facility for my father. This facility was very good! The cleanliness and friendliness were both good. Nice facility!

We cannot comment on the quality of care as our loved one is in independent living so that doesn't really pertain to her. When it comes to the meals and dining we gave it that rating because she doesn't always eat what they serve. Also they don't really have an activities director at the moment. The value for cost is a tough one, because her rent has gone up [fee removed] since she moved in, they have to share transportation with the other facility, and they have taken away the overnight desk person. I would actually recommend them, it is a nice community and it's been a good place for her

The Care staff are the greatest. They are efficient. Cleanliness is outstanding. Housekeeping is always on top it, they are outstanding. Food is great. Grand Villa is Home, it is clean and very comfortable. I am happy to be back.

The biggest Highlight of the community is the generosity of the care staff. The care staff are so sweet and gental. Overall the care staff have been warm and helpful, They are say hello how are you? . Housekeeping dose a wonderful job. Cleanliness is good. The food is fine, with my allergies they are working very hard to accommodate them. Activities are okay, I enjoy playing bingo and exercises class.

I would definitely recommend this place to others. No place is perfect. Mom is happy there and that's what matters. Clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of activities. Beautiful celebrations for all the holidays. They need help. The staff is overworked. My mother loves living there.

They actually list more activities than people participate in. Usually Nothing happens after 4 pm. But they definitely support new ideas for activities and provide supplies for resident run activities. So I do enjoy living here

All staff are good, very helpful. Always asking if I need anything. Housekeeping is good. Food is okay, I Haven’t had anything that was bad. Always have choices. All activities are good, I enjoy sittersize.
