My mother moved into Grand Villa East last week and is very happy so far. The care and attention from the nurses and aides is top tier. There is a wide range of activities, and the people are super friendly. She is also impressed with how good the food is. The move in process was easy, and the help and support from the sales office was so appreciated. It's been a great experience so far and we are truly glad we chose Grand Villa to be her home.

Mom seems happy. [name removed], the main recreation therapist is excellent. She has group sing alongs, drumming, balloon toss, name that tune, fashion shows, nail painting and manages to keep the residents occupied. I am slightly disappointed with the nursing supervisor as I have not received any personal calls. Mom's color changed and one of the staff caregivers coordinated an ambulance escort to Countryside Meese for evaluation. It turned out she caught an early diagnosis for pancreatic cancer. So now family has time to visit before she transitions. We plan on sharing a free Christmas dinner with her tonight.

Brentwood at Fore Ranch presents very well. Great sales manager, very clean facility, nice dining hall. Mom was able to move in quickly and received a nice incentive package. Residents are friendly. As of recent, rumors circulating about a change in ownership, so we are waiting to hear about the policy and rent changes.

Very difficult first 2 weeks. Had to relocate due to hurricanes. I witnessed how organized and caring the staff were and was impressed. During initial tour was told that there was an organized singing group. My sister loved to sing and she is quite good. That has not materialized. Overall I am happy with the care she is receiving

From the moment we walked to the doors at Grandvilla of Altamonte Springs, we felt at ease every staff member was welcoming and cheerful, making my mother’s transition, incredibly smooth. They even took the time to hang her pictures by the second day, adding a personal touch that made her feel at home. The medical staff is attentive, promptly answering calls and always willing to discuss my mothers needs in detail. She loves her spacious and airy room and genuinely enjoys the daily activities offered. We couldn’t be happier with the care she’s receiving here!

Overall my loved one is having a good experience there, but the dining room has a lot to be desired. There is ALOT of difficulty getting the food out quickly and hot, they wait a lot and even have left the dining room without dinner. The financial department is very difficult to communicate with, but overall everyone is friendly and outgoing and promises to do better.

We like the pleasant surroundings and we would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

The facility was ALWAYS clean & safe. Main complaint, no access to bedroom during the day. Resident rooms are on 2nd floor and not accessible from 8am to 8pm. Residents are told they can “rest” in the recliners. We were told prior to moving in if staff available they could go to their room for a bit. In practice, never happened. There are only two toilets on first floor for all residents which caused a lack of privacy for with residents waiting outside the door. Labeling clothing/bedding did not help. While Dad was in the hospital all of his bedding/toiletries disappeared. Billing was sloppy in that GV over charged twice for half admin fee despite already being paid and then argued about it. Eventually resolved. Director hard to reach. Every staff member we met was very pleasant. However, if a request was made to administration, they would smile, say they would check into it and we’d never hear back. Unfortunately due to health issues my father discharged.

The activities seem fine but they are mostly things that do not interest our dad. The facility itself is very bright and airy, both the public spaces and the apartment are clean. Based on the experience we have had so far, I would recommend this community to others.

My mom has received great care in the memory care area, The aides are attentive and caring.

I moved in at the end of [date removed]. The facility seems to be a a period of transition. Both the staff and the building. I think it will be terrific once modifications are completed

Warm community atmosphere with great activities, food, and culture, minimal nursing care. Management interactive with residents, although follow thru sometimes slow. Great place for making friends and socializing. Community activities nearby, facility close to lots to do.

If mom has a problem, she's been instructed to notify me because I'm her advocate. We've had a few & I speak to the head of the department. Mom is concerned about others who don't have anyone. Mom goes to breakfast & dinner. She's full & doesn't want lunch. Aids, transporters & housekeeping love my mom. They are very good to her & she appreciates all of them.

All of the staff and residents at Brentwood Fore Ranch have been very friendly. My mother likes more simple meals. Less sauces, more fresh veggies and fruit. I highly recommend this facility to others looking.

Many kind staff members who enjoy caring for the residents. Many kind, friendly and outgoing residents, both female and male. I would like to see more attention to the health needs and assistance of the residents. The food could be better. They need more activities offered. I feel that it is a bit too expensive for what is offered.

This ALF was good in several ways. The staff was great. The food was great. The room accommodations were great. But there were too many residents for the space and my brother couldn't get around with his walker and would become a little agitated after asking people to please let him by. At times, my brother would refuse to take his medicine and as they had no nurse, they are available to give him the medicine, we were asked to move him to a facility that could offer him the care he needed. The Grand Villa staff took good care of my brother and also helped us find a place where there was more room for the patients to move around and nurses who could be sure he took his meds to reduce agitation.

I'd say although nothing is perfect, my mom is in a much better place. It's safe, she gets good care and has made many friends amongst the residents. The staff is very friendly and are attentive to residents' needs.

I love it here I would recommend this place to anyone. I have never I mean never experienced a bad moment here the people a very very friendly this place is so so so clean the residents look like they are happy and well cared for.

I would say I think it's better than most but there's always room for improvement.
