So far everything is working out well for my mother with her move to this community. I'am satisfied with all they have done for my family. This is a nice community overall.

This is a very nice community, and my mother in law is doing very well since her move here. We are pleased with all they have done for us. We know she is safe, and in good hands. They have a very good staff. They are kind, and friendly when we come to visit her. The community is well-kept, they do a good job with the cleanliness. They provide nice meals, and offer good activities. She is pleased with her move to this community, and we would recommend it.

We toured this nice community for care. The staff was nice and caring. the community was clean and we were happy with the staff. The menu was appealing. They have a lot of activities for the residents. This was a little more costly but very nice. We would suggest that families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

I am happy with the care at this community for my mom's care. We like the staff who are caring and attentive. The community is clean and she likes the variety of the meals that are served. This community offers the residents a lot of activities. We would recommend this community for the care of a loved one with a nice value.

We decided on Grand Villa of Boynton Beach because of the attentiveness of the stuff with the residents, the food was delicious, the brightness of the rooms, and the positive feeling received. I reached out to some of the residents and asked them how they liked living there. They were all very happy there and sang out their praises for the facility. We also found it more affordable for my mom.

My wife has Alzheimer’s. We both moved in when the facility opened. The staff has taken total charge of looking after my wife, they do an excellent job. This has now given me time to myself without worrying about her safety. We share a room on the memory care floor. This was by far the best facility out of the dozen so I visited great decision to come here!

Whoever said “hind sight is 20/20” was absolutely correct. If I knew then what I know now I would have never wasted six months of my Mothers Golden years searching for a “forever Home”. Three facilities later my family and I settled on the wonderful accommodations and amenities offered by Grand Villa, Deland. From day one Mom was treated with the dignity and respect we all expect and look for in an assisted living facility offering a Memory Care Unit. To further put your mind at ease the Memory Care Unit is locked down to prevent any residents from wandering out of the facility. Within the locked down area on the ground level, residents have the freedom to wander out into the courtyard with no concern of getting lost. Although Mom choses to be left out of some or most of the daily activities she is prompted by the activities director to join the other residents more than once every day. After only three days at Grand Villa, Deland my siblings and I celebrated Moms’ 95th birthday in the facilities private dining room. While we were setting up the room one of the kitchen staff asked if we needed anything. I suggested coffee would be nice. Within minutes she returned with a Pot of coffee with all the “fixins”. Before the party was over she came back with a second pot. As soon as you enter the facility you are greeted by the most accommodating receptionists I’ve ever encountered. I explained I needed to make multiple trips back to my car to get all the party stuff for my Moms’ Birthday party. She offered the use of one of the luggage carriers. That gesture of hospitality saved me three trips to the car. The maintenance staff set up Moms room exactly the way we wanted it, down to the pictures and photos on each wall. When Mom walked into her room for the first time, she knew something was a little different but as soon as she recognized her furniture and the pictures on the wall she settled in. The nursing staff keeps me up to date on Moms’ health and personal needs. Along with medication management they assist mom with her daily hygiene in her own private bathroom and shower. The housekeeping staff keep her room neat and clean along with the laundering of her personal clothing. Last but not least, I would like to thank the Sales and Leasing staff and the business office personnel for tailoring a package for mom that met all of our monthly financial goals and included the level of personal care she needs. Mom wants to live to be 100 and I feel she will easily achieve her goal due to the one-on-one care and compassion provided by the Grand Villa, Deland Staff. And one last thing, she loves the food! And, one more last thing. Using my hind sight, if you ever see an invitation for an “Open House” At Grand Villa, Deland for new residents, be sure to attend. During those events the leasing staff may have some financial offers for a limited number of families or loved ones who sign up for residency. The Schubert Siblings

One of the most difficult things one faces in life is the necessity of entrusting your parents to the care of an Assisted Living Facility ("ALF"). Royal Palm is more than an "ALF". The question most are concerned with has to do with their parents being able to accept their change of living environment, and all that it entails. For my sister, brother, and me, it truly is a blessing in every aspect. Whenever I visit unannounced I can plainly see that everything is just as it should be. The rapport that has been established between Royal Palm's staff and my parents is one of friends who care for each other. When I go to visit my folks I am truly glad that I did, because they love to tell me about how much each person there means to them. Now that they are there, I am convinced that God gave us His guidance and that they are under His loving care.

Very clean and upscale. Atmosphere is extremely friendly. Up to date technology for medical and emergency care. Worth the costs is if it is the budget.

It was a very hard decision for my mother, this facility along with the other ones that we toured are beautiful. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming, the tour guide gave us a lot of good information. The community was clean and well maintained.

My mom is doing very well at this very nice facility. It has not been easy for her at the moment but she is attempting to get involved with the dining experience and she has activities available when she is ready to try that out. We call her daily to see how she is doing and the staff have been very accommodating and made the move in very easy. It was helpful having them get everything started and doing everything they said they would. The community is clean and the people living there are friendly.

I am very impressed with the Brentwood facility. After working with both [Removed] for over a year, and visiting many other memory care facilities, I decided to take my beautiful wife to this wonderful facility. She is in the late stages of Alzheimers disease, and has now been there for appx. 6 weeks. The people that work there are fantastic and very caring,. My wife is doing better now than when I moved her there. The people that work there are there because they care, not just for the almighty $. They know her name and are genuinely concerned for her well being. The place is always clean and the food is terrific. I do not worry about her, because I know she is getting the best of care. Both [Removed] are very accessible. They are just as helpful after you are a resident there as before. I am confident that my decision to move my wife there was indeed the right one.

They do a great job at Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs! The facility itself is clean and always very well kept. The staff here is friendly and professional, and they do a great job looking out for the residents! The food is very good and the ice cream is better.

The team at this facility is A+. They know their residents and their needs. They are compassionate, dedicated and truly cared about my loved one. They dropped everything to help us during a very difficult time. We did respite care at this location while we made arrangements to move my family member closer to home. I almost wish I would have kept her there, she fit in so well.

The staff at Grand Villa was so helpful in helping us make the transition for Dad. They made a very stressful situation bearable. The care and attention he has received since he has moved in has been more than I could have ever expected.

I never thought we could find a place a great as Grand Villa East [Removed] are wonderful

My mother was in assisted living for the first three weeks,then moved to Memory Care.She has told me they don't have a lot of activities for memory care. I've seen them play BINGO one time. My mother said they do take them on a "mystery trip" every Friday. She doesn't like the food in memory care, it isn't fresh because she is located on the 5th floor and by the time it gets to her they have to microwave it.She doesn't have anyone to talk to in her area.Although, the staff is very friendly and easy to get along with. My mother gives them a hard time and doesn't want their help but they are still friendly and assist when needed.They clean her room everyday. They mop, sweep and do her laundry once a week. All in all, it's a very clean community with a friendly staff! Every time I visit the staff greets me with a warm welcome. The biggest issue has been my mother adjusting to her new surroundings and being away from home.

I think this community is a perfect fit for my mother in law. Gretchen was very professional in her presentation, and offered the most help above and beyond what her community offered. They are at the top of our list currently.

This is an excellent place with a caring staff. My grandmother was in a different place prior to this one and it's easy to see how much better she's doing now. She is now getting proper meals and attention and is taken around the facilty to enjoy it. She needs extra assistance with mobility issues and they are doing great with her.

The experience I had while touring was good. My guide was on time and ready to show me all they have to offer. The community was nice and clean as we walked through the place. When I mentioned the age of my brother they told me he was too young for the community requirements.
