My loved one was only here a short time, but I thought Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs seemed like a very nice place! The place was clean and well kept, and the staff all seemed friendly and caring. My loved one is normally very picky and hard to win over, but after only a few days here she really seemed to have settled in well! Unfortunately a medical emergency required a move after only a short time, but based on our experience I would definitely recommend at least taking a look!

Having our mother- mother in law at GVE has been a wonderful experience. We know that she is taken care of even if we are not at the facility. The staff is kind, efficient and caring, and knows each resident by name. They respond to questions or problems very promptly. Sarah, who will be 99 at the end of August, loves Linda Horvath, the Resident Manager and is always made to feel special. We have had only a positive experience with GVE.

My mother in law needs full assistance but because she has a single room with her own bath, she also feels like she is living independently. So she has all the help she needs and still has privacy in her own room. She requires 24 hour oxygen. She has macular with limited sight and end stage pulmonary fibrosis. Having a sense of independence and community I believe has really given her a boost and stronger will to live.The staff is very helpful and responsive. It really has been a wonderful experience. Debra has been so great since our first meeting and continues to respond to anything we need immediately. My experience with the staff I have met has also been good. They are friendly and helpful. Having a nurse on staff 24 hours a day with all of my mother in laws needs is reassuring as well, even though she is with Hospice. For the level of care she receives for this price it really is incredible compared to other facilities she had been in previously for rehab. I highly recommend New Port Inn. Most importantly my Mother in law loves it there as well and that is a comfort for all of us to know she is safe, well cared for and comfortable. Not having the burden of all that pressure on the family is invaluable.

We visited this community when we were looking into senior living options for a loved one. I thought this seemed like a very nice place overall, and it was definitely somewhere we were considering as an option.

They are extremely friendly there-everyone from the director right down to cleaning staff. My mother has been happy there and they take good care of her.

We looked here when we were touring. When you first come to the community, it has a very humble exterior. As you enter the property and interact with the residents, it truly is very different from many other places that we visited.

I'm very pleased with the job they have done so far at Grand Villa of Delray. The staff are all wonderful people, the facility and the individual rooms are lovely, and they take great care of the people who live here. My loved one really seems to be enjoying the food, and has gained some weight since moving in! I really can't find a single thing to complain about!

My mom is staying at the Grand Villa of Delray East. My sisters and I are so thankful for the care they have given to my mom. She used to stay at home alone most of the time,wake up at odd hours,eat the wrong food etc. Now she is cared for,has friends,gets the right nutritional value when eating,gets her medication exactly when needed. They just do it all and she is sooo happy. We all live in New York and miss her but the end result is she is healthier and happy .. We can't wait to visit her and the staff of the Grand Villa of Delray EAST.

After visiting several assisted living places, we chose this one. The staff was very friendly and professional. The apartments were new and clean. They had nice-sized kitchens and more closet space than other places. The dining area looked like fine dining. And there are activities all day long for the residents.

My tour was very nice. The woman who showed me around was very informative and helpful in answering my questions. Very nice place and I liked the idea it is located near downtown. It will be awhile to make a decision to make the move.

The community is well kept, updated. The only complaint from my mom is that the food needs to be better. Yes, I would recommend it to others.

Although my dad was only at grand Villa for a few months he thoroughly enjoyed all Grand Villa had to offer. His favorite place was outdoor at the pool area where he could soak up the sun and enjoy the pool. Dad said the food was good but not great. Service was sometimes a little slow at the dining hall but overall a good experience. It took my dad a few weeks to acclimate but just about the time he was getting a handle on everything he began to decline and ended up in hospice. Overall the staff as personnel were very friendly and helpful. The building was kept clean and we have been overall happy with Grand Villa and considered it a good value for his care.

The tour was good the only drawback one bathroom in a two-bedroom apartment. It would be so difficult sharing as although we need to downsize and find a place for my husband with his declining health and the process is over whelming for us it is a real deal breaker.

It was terrific. They just couldn't accommodate her needs after a fall, she needed full nursing at that point. Otherwise, a wonderful place. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for care for their loved one.

I found them short of staff for weekends. Staff was stretched. We were there less than 2 weeks. They could not handle [name removed] as declined rapidly and had to be sent to a skilled nursing facility where he passed on [date removed].

I was told that I do not qualify for your facilities. Was looking forward to it, from what I could see, however I need to be in a nursing facility.

Met with management and had a great tour. There are minor concerns but it is only because my wife and I are looking for a bigger apartment with washer dryer plus a larger kitchen area. However, their dining facilities are impressive and the surrounding areas are well kept.

The staff took really good care of my mom! She liked them a lot.

Everyone is very friendly and kind. Yes I would definitely recommend Grand Villa, my husband loves it there and is very comfortable. He told me he feels safe there.
