Before a new resident moves in, the community changes the carpets in the room and repaints. The staff overall is very friendly. The director of memory care is wonderful and one of the sales team members is great as well. They have holidays that the staff dresses up for and decorates for. We do think Grand Villa Of Englewood is a good value for the price. We don't love the fact that they have automatic payments for things because that can cause some issues. We also think they might have too many residents per aids.

The room sizes are great. My mom has a one bedroom with a nice view of the back garden and a large bathroom. The community layout is good, not too big but big enough. Nice outdoor space to walk which is adequate.

My mother is in memory care here. She is treated with the upmost respect. She is always clean, well fed and has s variety of activities to keep her entertained. Grand Villa was on top of the Corona situation and has been well equipped and kept me well informed of their activities to stop the spread. The staff are amazing! Thank you Grand Villa for keeping my mother safe and healthy!

I recently came to Grand Villa with a friend to visit his Elderly mother. What a warm and friendly place. We were met by a very friendly and helpful sale manager who made us feel very welcome. I walked around the facility and was happy to see so many people enjoying activities. When my father is ready I will be taking him to Grand villa of Englewood.

My father is a resident at Grand Villa, he is very comfortable there and I couldn't be happier. The facility is easy to navigate, very clean, modern and homey. The staff at Grand Villa make Dad feel welcome and safe. He wants for nothing! Food is important to Dad and the food service doesn't disappoint him. It's not Mom's cooking, but it is tasty and filling. Wait staff is courteous and so friendly. I so appreciate the outings planned by [name removed] and carried out by her staff . The residents can pack onto the bus and go shop, out to local restaurants for something different to eat and there are the planned outings. Dad's been fishing, out to lunch, shopping, sightseeing.....he's busy and living a good time. Dad is well cared for by caring, kind and professional staff. If Dad can't be with me, I'm pleased he can be at Grand Villa.

I am from California and visited my mother, I am very pleased with the appearance and attentiveness of the staff. They seem to keep control of issues at hand and are respectful. Seems to be a good value for the care given.

We moved my father-in-law from out of state into Grandville Villa Memory Care, Englewood. The travel experience was tough and our arrival was after 6pm. [Name removed] (Executive Director) and her staff had stayed late to give us a warm and friendly welcome. They really made us feel so much better about leaving him there. His progress has been remarkable. He arrived in a wheelchair and in a few weeks he is speeding along with a walker. The staff is very friendly and caring. Any issues we had were addressed and resolved.

The last time I spoke with my friend she was doing well here in this community. She sounded good, and upbeat. She hasn't had any problems since her move to this community. She is safe, and in good hands. The staff is taking good care of her, and her needs. The only issue she has is she would like for the room to be bigger. Other than that issue all is well for my friend in this community.

I have no complaints about how things are going for my mother since she made the move into this community. The staff have all been wonderful to her and I am comfortable with the care they are providing my mom. They have recently moved her into the memory care unit and we are just trying to get adjusted to larger environment. We are looking forward to getting her out on walks as well using the great onsite pool that they have available.

The place is spectacular. Everything and every room is a room with a view. I wish I could live there. They were super nice, the rooms are nicer and bigger than any assisted living I've seen. The smallest is 412 sq. ft. The prices would be comparable if you only wanted assisted living. The memory care is on floor 4. It has the same beautiful scenic rooms. The floor is coded so they can't get off & on the elevator without an escort. The prices go up with the level of care needed. The place is beautiful. Each resident gets a security necklace if they need help. My mom uses one now at the place she's in CT. As much as I like this place I'm not sure this is the best place for mom probably because of the increased price she will incur as she needs more help over time.

My mother moved in recently and she's really enjoying it so far. They always have stuff going on like activities and social gatherings. My mom really enjoys playing BINGO and cards. They offer daily housekeeping and the staff is very friendly!The food is tasteful and they offer a large variety of options.

I was very impressed with the quality of meals the chef serves to the residents at this community. During our visit they let us try a meal and it was nothing short of amazing. I also liked how the entrance was open and very inviting. It was almost like walking onto a cruise ship that was on land. They also have a back up a generator which I thought was important especially with all of the storms we have.

I have found the individuals working at Grand Villa to be professional and friendly. The premises have been upgraded both in respect to the outside landscaping as well as the apartments we have seen. I would recommend this community to others.

Our call was answered by an extremely knowledgable and caring individual. We were given information that we wouldn't have been told if we struck out on our own. We toured several facilities and finally selected Grand Villa of Delray East. The facility is very nice and the staff are very nice; however, the dining staff needs some training and attention to detail.

My husband and I toured this facility recently and all I can say is it is fabulous. We are moving my mother in law here from California. The staff were attentive, caring and seemed to know each and every resident. The place is clean, well kept and the residents seem very happy. I wish I could live here!

Due to medical reasons both of my parents had to go into some form of assisted living arrangements on very short notice. The entire staff at Royal Palm at every level was extremely helpful and accommodating during the entire process which provided my sister and I with great comfort that they were in a good facility. The Royal Palm facility has just been redecorated including all new furniture, new meeting and entertainment areas and amenities and it looks absolutely great. I would recommend this facility.

In Delray Beach, Grand Villa is in a great location, has a wonderful, caring staff who shows great care for their residents. My Mother has been here for a year anda half, we have all had our ups and downs along the way, but we have grown closer, worked out issues and made Grand Villa a much better place than it was a yr and half ago. The staff is so friendly and offer great skill to handle the issues that come up. We have been very pleased and after moving my Mother over 1,500 miles to a place called we now call home since the day she moved in! You will not find another place as warm and loving.
